Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas larangan perdagangan uang dalam Islam, khususnya dalam konteks praktik penukaran uang yang marak terjadi menjelang hari raya. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam, perdagangan uang (al-sharf) diatur secara ketat untuk menjaga keadilan, menghindari unsur riba, gharar (ketidakjelasan), dan spekulasi. Melalui kajian literatur dan pendekatan normatif, penelitian ini menguraikan dua bentuk riba utama, yaitu riba nasī’ah dan riba faḍal, yang keduanya dilarang keras dalam Al-Qur’an dan hadis. Riba nasī’ah melibatkan tambahan pembayaran karena penundaan waktu pelunasan utang, sedangkan riba faḍal terjadi karena adanya tambahan pada pertukaran barang sejenis yang tidak seimbang. Praktik-praktik ini dinilai mengeksploitasi pihak yang lemah secara ekonomi dan bertentangan dengan prinsip keadilan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kepustakaan sebagai metode utama pengumpulan data. Analisis dilakukan melalui teknik analisis isi terhadap berbagai literatur dan sumber tertulis yang relevan. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya membedakan antara transaksi jual beli yang sah dan transaksi ribawi, serta perlunya edukasi kepada masyarakat agar tidak terjebak dalam praktik keuangan yang merugikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa larangan riba bertujuan untuk menciptakan sistem ekonomi yang etis, berkeadilan, dan penuh ketenteraman baik di dunia maupun di akhirat.

Abstract

Literacy programed give positive effect toward students’ reading interest. The research aimed to find out the effect of Literacy Programmed toward Students’ Reading Interest in Fourth and Fifth Grade at Public Elementary School of 010 Tembilahan Hulu. This research was quantitative research. The participants consisted of 25 students. It took by using random sampling technique. Data collection used questionnaires, and documentation. The data analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that the Fhitung 14,66 ≥ Ftabel 4,28, so Ha is received and H0 is rejected. It means that there is a significance effect between literacy program of reading fifteen minutes before learning toward Students Reading Interest at Public Elementary School of 010 Tembilahan Hulu. The results suggest that school should have fixed schedule for visiting library as a part of literacy program which help students achieve reading interest.

Abstract

Abstract The interpretation of the Al-Qur'an is a scientific endeavor that requires a profound mastery of Arabic linguistic rules to accurately comprehend the messages of revelation. This study explores the linguistic principles underlying Al-Qur'an interpretation, including the use of pronouns (isim dhamir), the distinction between definite (ma’rifah) and indefinite (nakirah) nouns, singular (mufrad) and plural (jama’) forms, and the concept of synonyms that are often misunderstood. The research discusses the importance of understanding nouns (isim) and verbs (fi’il) in terms of time, attributes, and meaning. A qualitative descriptive approach is employed to analyze data from Al-Qur'an verses and tafsir literature. The findings reveal that mastery of linguistic principles not only enhances the accuracy of interpretation but also ensures the relevance of the Al-Qur'an message in modern contexts. This study makes a significant contribution to the development of Al-Qur'an exegesis, particularly in fostering a comprehensive and structured hermeneutics of the Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki konsep ma’rifatun nikah dalam konteks relasi suami istri dalam Islam. Ma’rifatun nikah merupakan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang insitusi pernikahan,yang mencakup aspek spiritual, sosial dan psikologis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literature dan analisis teks Islam yang relevan. Studi ini mengeksplorasi konsep ma’rifatun nikah sebagai landasan untuk memperkuat hubungan suami istri. Fokus utama penelitian adalah pada pemahaman terhadap hak dan kewajiban masing-masing-masing pasangan serta bagaimana membangun komunikasi yang efektif dan pemahaman yang mendalam dalam pernikahan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi pasangan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan keberkahan dalam pernikahan mereka.

Abstract

Pemikiran Pendidikan Masa Bani Umayyah (661-750 M) menggambarkan periode transisi yang penting dalam sejarah pendidikan Islam. Studi ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur untuk mengeksplorasi karakteristik pendidikan, tempat-tempat pendidikan, dan perkembangan pemikiran pendidikan pada masa tersebut. Dinasti Umayyah, meskipun awalnya dianggap negatif oleh sejarawan, memiliki dampak signifikan dalam perkembangan pendidikan Islam. Pendidikan pada masa ini mencerminkan identitas Arab dan Islam yang kuat, dengan fokus pada pembelajaran Al-Quran, sastra Arab, ilmu-ilmu agama, dan bahasa Arab. Tempat-tempat pendidikan seperti khuttab, masjid, majelis sastra, pendidikan istana, badiah, perpustakaan, rumah sakit, serta pemikiran pendidikan yang tercermin dalam nasihat-nasihat khalifah dan tulisan ulama, semuanya membentuk landasan penting bagi perkembangan pendidikan Islam. Meskipun ada kendala politik dan sosial, masa Bani Umayyah memberikan dorongan signifikan bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan pemikiran pendidikan Islam yang menjadi dasar bagi masamasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Peneliitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran penyuluh adgama honorer dalam meningkatkan kesadaran beragama dan sosial masyrakat di Desa Bukit Indah Kecamatan Rakit Kulim. Metode yang di gunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melaluli observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluh agama honorer berperan sebagai pendakwah, mediator, dan fasilisator dalam meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang ajaran agama serta mendorong partisipasi sosial. Kendala utama yang di hadapi adalah terbatasnya fasilitas dan waktu namun demikian keberadaan penyuluh agama mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam kegiatan keagamaan dan sosial secara signifikan.

Abstract

Fazlur Rahman is a Muslim scholar who has critical thinking about changes and developments in Islamic education. His thoughts were the pros and cons of his time and became an important study in this era. For this reason, research was carried out using the library research method. According to Rahman, the aim of Islamic education is to develop humans into fully functioning beings, and to save humans from themselves, for themselves, and to respect themselves. The current generation is facing serious problems due to dichotomization, which has led to the emergence of split personalities. To overcome this problem, the Islamic generation needs to receive modern education that integrates Islamic principles. Islamic education must be an agent of reform that can adapt to current developments without losing its fundamental values.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the numerous phenomena related to behavior, habits, mindsets, and natural events that often occur without clear explanations. These phenomena, both social and natural, raise various questions and issues that require clarification. Qualitative research emerges as an approach aimed at understanding social reality from the perspective of the subjects being studied, allowing researchers to see the world as it is. This paper aims to examine the definitions, characteristics, objectives, and benefits of qualitative research, as well as its contributions to Islamic education. The method used in this research is library research, which involves gathering data from various scholarly literatures. The results of this research indicate that in the context of Islamic education, qualitative research helps develop a deep understanding of educational processes, culture, methods, and practices relevant to Islamic values. Qualitative research enables the development of new theories that can be used to improve Islamic educational practices, tailor educational approaches to specific needs and contexts, and provide innovative solutions to challenges faced in this field. Qualitative research significantly contributes to Islamic education in several ways. First, it allows for a deeper understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and practices of students and educators in the Islamic context. Second, it helps identify and develop more effective teaching methods that are relevant to Islamic values. Third, it supports the development of contextual and adaptive curricula that meet the needs of Muslim communities. Fourth, this research encourages critical reflection and continuous improvement in educational practices through a deep understanding of the social and cultural dynamics that influence Islamic education. Thus, the qualitative approach plays an essential role in enriching and strengthening the practices and theories of Islamic education, in line with the demands of the times and local contexts.

Abstract

This research examines the Discourse Analysis method as a qualitative approach in understanding the meaning of texts or conversations in social, cultural, and ideological contexts. Through literature study, discourse analysis is used to explore the hidden meaning behind complex social phenomena, by highlighting the role of language as a means of communication. It includes various approaches, such as narrative, Marxist, psychoanalytic and framing discourse analysis, to understand how meaning, ideology and power are shaped and transmitted. The results show that discourse analysis helps identify ideologies, rhetoric and social contexts that influence the production and reception of texts. In addition, the method provides great insight into the relationship between language, power and social interaction, making it relevant to a wide range of disciplines, including communication, sociology and cultural studies. Abstract

This journal seeks to present the implications of tawakal for mental health. This research is a type of library research Library Research. The data analysis method that researchers use is the mau'dhui method. The research results show various phenomena regarding mental health that are still widely discussed. In daily life, of course there will be various problems that arise. As a result of the emergence of various problems faced, everyone can experience mental illness. When experiencing various kinds of anxiety, anxiety or worry about business results, the main key is trust. Being confident and believing that God's destiny is the best thing makes the mind calm. However, if you still have doubts about God's destiny, it will cause anxiety and worry which will have a negative impact on mental health. rom various previous studies conducted by researchers, the distinguishing factor in this journal's research is that it provides a more fundamental explanation of tawakkul (reliance on God) in relation to mental health. This analysis is examined through the lens of Quranic verses, specifically Q.S. Ali-Imran:122, Ali-Imran:173, Q.S. Hud:123, and At-Talaq:3 Keywords: Tawakal, Mental Health.
