Abstract

Background: Education is one of the efforts made to improve the quality of human resources which in essence helps, humans, to be smart, smart and smart. The school is one provides institutions that provide education and learning for children who are not only normal but also have special needs. Objective: To explain the effect of the educational marketing mix at SDIT Ar-Risalah on the increase in the number of students. Method: Based on the title proposed by the researcher, namely "The Effect of Educational Marketing Mix on the Improvement of Students at SDIT Ar-Risalah Seteluk", this study uses quantification research, which is a process where research data in the form of numbers, then analyzed using statistical tests. Results: Education services at SDI Surya Buana and MIN Malang 2 prioritize efforts to fulfill customer satisfaction. Marketing strategies in improving the image are carried out, namely direct, indirect, differentiation, and financing. The impact of marketing strategies and their implications on imaging at SDI Surya Buana and MIN Malang 2. Conclusion: From the results of data analysis and discussion, the author can conclude that: Marketing Mix has a positive and significant effect on the Increase of Students at SDIT Ar-Risalah Seteluk.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia is a country of law, the statement contained in the Explanation of the 1945 Constitution states that "The State of Indonesia is based on the law (rechtstaat) not based on mere power (machtstaat)". Objective: This study aims to find out and analyze the implementation of article 170 paragraph (2) 1 of the Criminal Code concerning criminal acts with joint energy committing violence against people. As well as knowing and analyzing the liability of criminal acts of mobbing in criminal law Methods: This research belongs to the normative type of research. So that it can be known that the liability of the criminal act of mobbing according to criminal law depends on the category of mobbing itself (Article 170 of the Criminal Code). Result: If the act is committed overtly and with concerted force using force against persons or goods is punished with imprisonment for not more than five years and six months, and if it results in injuries is subject to a maximum sentence of seven years. Burglary if violence results in serious injury are punishable by a maximum of nine years imprisonment. If violence results in death are subject to a maximum of twelve years. Conclusion: Based on the above explanation, it can be concluded that the liability of the criminal act of mobbing according to criminal law depends on the category of mobbing itself (Article 170 of the Criminal Code).

Abstract

Background: Law enforcement is one of the efforts to create order, security, and peace in the community, especially enforcement after violations of the law. Objective: This study aims to find out and analyze the strengthening of evidence through scientific crime investigation in homicide crimes. As well as knowing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of using the scientific crime investigation method in crime scene processing carried out by the forensic laboratory. Methods: This research belongs to the normative type of research. So that it can be known that the scientific crime investigation method is used in proving the crime of forensic murder. Result: Article 184 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code has restrictively regulated valid evidence according to the law. Apart from the aforesaid evidence, it is not justifiable to be used to prove the wrongs committed by the accused. Judges, public prosecutors, defendants, and legal counsel, are limited and bound to use evidence by the rules of criminal procedure only. Evidence using evidence other than the evidence provided in Article 184 paragraph (1) has no binding evidentiary force value. Conclusion: Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the scientific crime investigation method is used in proving the crime of forensic murder

Abstract

Background: Developments in the economy, trade, and industry are increasing day by day, this has also given its enjoyment to every consumer because of the large variety of products presented. Objective: This study aims to find out and analyze the criminal responsibility for food poisoning based on law number 18 of 2012 concerning food. As well as knowing and analyzing the existence of evidence against the criminal act of food poisoning. Methods: This research belongs to the normative type of research. So that it can be known that the criminal responsibility for food poisoning is the responsibility of business actors regulated in Article 19 paragraphs (1) and (2) of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Result: Criminal liability of business actors related to food poisoning is regulated in Article 134 of Law Number 18 of 2012 concerning Food. Furthermore, the proof of the criminal act of food poisoning is that the investigator uses the proof process by taking test results from doctors and labs, visual results, and information from consumers who are victims of food poisoning then reprocessing through the help of BPOM. Conclusion: Based on the conclusion of the criminal liability for food poisoning, the responsibility of business actors are regulated in Article 19 paragraphs (1) and (2) of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection.

Abstract

Background: Broadly speaking, an investment is a commitment to a certain amount of funds or other resources such as equipment, immovable assets, intellectual property rights, or expertise. Investments are made personally as well as by legal entities. Investment in general, has several objectives, the first, is to get a more decent life in the future, the second is to reduce inflationary pressures, and the third is to save taxes. Objective: This study aims to find out as well as analyze the legal protection of online Investors on the Bonomo application by the investment alert task force of the financial services authority. As well as knowing and analyzing about. Methods: This research belongs to the normative type of research. So it can be known that the legal protection of investors by brokerage companies has not been sufficiently able to accommodate the interests of investors. Result: In Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority (OJK Law), the authority and duty of the OJK are to supervise Financial Services Institutions (LJK) in the capital market sector, the non-bank financial industry sector (such as insurance, pension funds, financing companies, etc.) and starting in 2014 will also supervise the banking sector (Commercial Banks and People's Credit Banks). Conclusion: Based on the above explanation, it can be concluded that the legal protection of investors by brokerage companies has not sufficiently accommodated the interests of investors.

Methods: Researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive research. Results: The need for increased information on students by utilizing technology, especially information technology. Abstract

Background: Shopee is one of the major online retailers that offers a marketplace for exchanges of products and services between vendors and consumers, allowing for simple electronic transactions across networks and the internet. Shopee is not just a place for transactions; as it develops, it also offers a variety of conveniences for its users, such as making it simpler for users to complete daily tasks involving the purchase of goods and services, facilitating transactions, offering customers assistance with shopping-related issues, having game features that elicit strong emotions and offer numerous advantages, etc. 140 respondents were surveyed for this study, many of whom were Samarinda City Shopee users. Objective: This study aims to analyze which is more interesting between gamification, share, and like in customer engagement in millennials and gemerasi z. Method: By employing the PLS analysis technique to ascertain the influence between variables, this form of research is quantitative Result: The results of this study are broken down into ten hypotheses that explain how content marketing, gamification, and e-Women all significantly affect customer engagement, customer loyalty, and customer engagement—all of which are significantly mediated by customer engagement—and how content marketing, gamification, and e-Women significantly affect customer loyalty. Conclusion: Customer engagement, which is influenced by marketing strategies like content marketing, gamification, and e-WOM, has an impact on customer loyalty through the medium of customer engagement. This engagement is supported by quality and useful content to encourage positive comments on the content provided, and the presence of game features that offer rewards encourages customers to keep up their engagement in order to draw emotional customers who will be devoted to Shopee's goods and services.

Abstract

Background: Rapid business development encourages companies or organizations to optimize their human resources to face competition, especially in the health sector. This growth has led to an increase in labor demand in the health sector. Hospitals, which were previously social institutions, are now developing into an increasingly competitive service industry. Therefore, companies must have good human resources, because the progress of an organization cannot be separated from the existence and influence of human resources in it. Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job training, work motivation, and occupational health safety on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. Methods: This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory or causal design, and is a cross-sectional study. Results: The results obtained in the study, namely job training, had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. Then work motivation was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. And finally, occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. Conclusion: From the results that have been obtained, it is known that job training, work motivation, occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Cibitung Medika Hospital. Regarding job training variables, it is recommended to the company that training is given continuously to each employee, it would be better if training is given from the beginning of employee placement so that employees can easily adjust to their new job.

Abstract

Background: The implementation of Regulation of The Regency of Jembrana Number 1 of 2019 is an effort by local governments to create Child-Friendly Regency (KLA) and Child-Friendly Districts (Kelana). Objective: This study aims to analyze the implementation of Child-Friendly Regency/City (KLA) development policies, especially Child-Friendly Districts (Kelana), to identify factors that support the implementation of Child-Friendly Regency/City development policies (KLA), especially Child-Friendly District (Kelana) and to identify factors that become obstacles in the implementation of Child-Friendly Regency/City development policies in Jembrana District Jembrana Regency. Method: This type of research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Result: In this study, the researcher adopted the post-positivism paradigm. According to this paradigm, the relationship between the observer or researcher and the object or reality under study cannot be separated. The post-positives paradigm assumes that reality does exist and is in accordance with reality and natural laws, but it is impossible for researchers to see that reality correctly. Conclusion: Based on the indicators of child-worthy districts for institutional strengthening, there are available Regional Regulations/Policies on Child-Worthy Districts/Cities in the process of drafting regional regulations/policies and implementing regulations/policies, programs, and activities to realize KLA Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2019 concerning Child Worthy Districts in Jembrana Regency already paying attention to the views of children.

Abstract

Background: The law governing the National Criminal Procedure Law must be based on the views/philosophies of national life and the basis of the state, therefore the provisions of articles or paragraphs contained in the National Criminal Procedure Law describe the protection of human rights and the obligations of citizens. Objectives: This study aims to find out and analyze things that can be considered aggravating circumstances and mitigating circumstances in criminal convictions. As well as knowing and analyzing the effect of consideration of burdensome circumstances and mitigating circumstances in criminal convictions Methods: This research belongs to the normative type of research. So that it can be known that the matters that can be considered as aggravating circumstances and mitigating circumstances in the judgment of conviction must be by the characteristics. Result: The most important consideration of aggravating and mitigating circumstances affects the proportionality of criminal convictions, both the proportionality between the criminal act imposed and the degree of guilt committed by the defendant, the proportionality related to the disparity of the verdict, and the proportionality between the conviction and the profits obtained from the criminal act. Conclusion: The form is in the form of the nature, subject, atmosphere, or situation that prevails, relating to the criminal act. The formulation is found outside of the criminal act itself outside the elements of the criminal act and describes the seriousness of the crime or the degree of danger of the perpetrator, which affects the size of the severity of the crime to be imposed.
