Abstract

The problem of poverty is one of the issues that hinder development. Poverty is a central problem that must be addressed immediately in an effort to realize the national goals as stated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution, namely protecting the entire Indonesian nation and the entire homeland of Indonesia, promoting public welfare, educating the nation's life and participating in carrying out world order based on independence, lasting peace and social justice. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification The results of the research and discussion, the implementation of the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program (PKH) carried out in Talang Keramat Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency has been carried out well because communication has been created well, implementing officers have carried out their obligations with full responsibility. responsibility, the existing bureaucratic structure can also be understood by the community, this makes the implementation of PKH effective. However, there are several problems, firstly, the Kelurahan is only a facilitator, secondly, no budget funds have been received by the output in the implementation of PKH and the third is data collection that is not relevant to people's lives.  Abstrak: Masalah kemiskinan merupakan salah satu yang menjadi isu terhambatnya pembangunan. Kemiskinan menjadi masalah sentral yang harus segera ditanggulangi dalam upaya mewujudkan tujuan nasional sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam Pembukaan Undang-undang Dasar 1945, yaitu melindungi segenap bangsa Indonesia dan seluruh tumpah darah Indonesia, memajukan kesejahteraan umum, mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan ikut melaksanakan ketertiban dunia yang berdasarkan kemerdekaan, perdamaian abadi dan keadilan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, studi pustaka. Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara Reduksi data, Penyajian data, Menarik kesimpulan dan verifikasi Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, Implementasi Peraturan Menteri Sosial Nomor 1 Tahun 2018  Tentang Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang dilakukan di Kelurahan Talang Keramat Kecamatan Talang Kelapa Kabuapten Banyuasin sudah terlaksana dengan baik sebab komunikasi telah tercipta dengan baik, petugas pelaksana telah melaksanakan kewajiban dengan penuh tanggung jawab, struktur birokrasi yang ada juga sudah dapat dimengerti oleh masyarakat, adanya hal tersebut membuat pelaksanaan PKH menjadi efektif. Namun ada beberapa masalah yaitu pertama Kelurahan hanya sebagai fasilitaor, yang kedua belum ada dana anggaran yang diterima keluarahan dalam pelaksanaan PKH dan yang ketiga adalah pendataan yang tidak relevan dengan kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

The development of science and technology in the world of information technology today makes all existing organizations, including government and private organizations, are required to make various improvements to be able to meet the demands for fast and accurate information. One of the most influential sources of information in organizations is archives. The existence of archives in the organization is a factor that plays an important role and it is also a determinant in the process of carrying out organizational tasks, especially in government organizations and state-owned enterprises that are oriented to providing direct services to the public, where archives are one of the main factors. Measurement of the performance of an organization. To advance the business of an organization, it is necessary to have the right management support. In managing management requires accurate, precise and fast information. One of the most important pieces of information for the world of work is the record of the business activity itself. The recording is in the archive. Archival management in an office is generally a control activity, organizing documents that are classified as important so that they are properly maintained so that they are easy to find again if needed at any time.  Abstrak: Perkembangan Ilmu dan teknologi yang sangat pesat dalam dunia teknologi informasi saat ini membuat semua organisasi yang ada tak terkecuali organisasi pemerintah maupun swasta dituntut untuk melakukan berbagai pembenahan untuk dapat memenuhi tuntutan akan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Salah satu sumber informasi dalam organisasi yang paling berpengaruh keberadaannya adalah arsip. Keberadaan arsip dalam organisasi menjadi salah satu faktor yang sangat berperan penting dan juga merupakan penentu dalam proses pelaksanaan tugas organisasi khususnya dalam organisasi Pemerintah maupun Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang berorientasi pada pemberian layanan langsung kepada masyarakat luas (public), dimana arsip menjadi salah satu faktor utama pengukuran kinerja suatu organisasi. Untuk memajukan usaha suatu organisasi maka dari itu diperlukan dukungan manajemen yang tepat. Untuk mengelola manajemen diperlukan informasi yang teliti, tepat dan cepat. Salah satu informasi yang sangat penting bagi dunia kerja adalah rekaman dari kegiatan bisnis itu sendiri. Rekaman tersebut terdapat dalam arsip. Pengelolaan kearsipan pada sebuah kantor umumnya adalah kegiatan pengendalian, pengorganisasian terhadap dokumen-dokumen yang tergolong penting agar dipelihara dengan baik sehingga mudah ditemukan kembali apabila sewaktu-waktu diperlukan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership, Principal Decision Making and Job Satisfaction on Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 13 Palembang. In this study the samples taken were all teachers with a total of 68 people as samples of trial and research data. In this study the sampling technique is done by using saturated sampling technique that is all the population is sampled, the regression equation Y=5,080+0,274X1+0,403X2+0,409X3+e From the results of this study there is a positive and significant influence of Leadership, Principal decision making and Job satisfaction simultaneously on Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 13 Palembang as evidenced by the sig F value of 0.000 <? (0.05). There is a positive and significant influence of Leadership on Teacher Performance in SMA 13 Palembang with a sig t value of 0.034 <? (0.05). There is a positive and significant influence of school decision-making on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 13 Palembang with a sig t value of 0.027 <? (0.05). There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 13 Palembang with a sig t value of 0.003 <? (0.05). Correlation (R) variables influence Leadership (X1), decision making of principals (X2) and job satisfaction (X3) together on Teacher Performance (Y) is 0.551 means that the relationship of Leadership, Principals' decision making and job satisfaction together the same with the Performance of Teachers in Palembang 13 Public High School shows a strong and positive correlation. The coefficient of determination (Rsquare) is 0.304 which gives an understanding that 30.4% of Teacher Performance (Y) can be explained or influenced by Leadership (X1), Principal decision making (X2) and Job satisfaction (X3) together while the rest is equal to 69.6% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Pesantren is a residence or a dormitory for the students to conduct religious education and other subjects. Evaluation of the school condition and the lives of students in his school environment can be called as school well-being. The various activities undertaken by the students can cause physical and psychological fatigue, known as academic burnout. One way to improve the school's well-being possessed by students is to increase the academic engagement or involvement of students in activities at the dormitory. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of academic burnout and engagement toward school well-being in boarding school students. The hypothesis was tested by using a multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of the regression test showed that there is a significant influence of academic burnout and academic engagement toward school well-being of boarding school students (R2 = 0.239) indicating that the contribution of academic burnout and engagement toward school well-being in boarding school students was 23.9%, while the remaining 76.1% is influenced by other factors. The results of the partial test (t test) explained that academic burnout has a significant negative impact on the school well-being (t = -4.151 and p = 0.000), and academic engagement also has a significant positive impact on the school well-being (t = 5.477 and p = 0.000). The research hypothesis is proven.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat bagaimana pengaruh Indeks Pembangun Manusia (IPM), Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Perkapita dan Persentase Penduduk Miskin terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Kebudayaan (IPK). Data bersumber dari Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi serta Badan Pusat Statistik periode 2018-2020. Adapun metode statistik yang digunakan yaitu regresi dengan data panel. Model fixed efek diperoleh sebagai model terbaik berdasarkan pengujian model panel (Chow, LM BP, dan Hausman). Namum, masih terdapat pelanggaran terhadap asumsi klasik heterokedastis dan autokorelasi sehingga model ditranformasi dengan Panel Correction Standar Error. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh bersama-sama secara signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Kebudayaan. Secara parsial variabel Indeks Pembangun Manusia dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Perkapita berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Kebudayaan. Sedangkan, Persentase Penduduk Miskin belum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Kebudayaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diperlukan kebijakan komprehensif terkait ekonomi makro-sosial agar tingkat pembangunan kebudayaan Indonesia terus berkembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan pemodelan Indeks Ketimpangan Gender (IKG) menggunakan regresi beta dengan link function logit, probit dan clog-log. Adapun variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Indeks Pembangunan Gender (IPG) dan Indeks Pemberdayaan Gender (IDG). Data bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Ketiga pemodelan menberikan hasil yang sama baik untuk uji simultan dan parsial dalam pemodelan kasus pemodelan IKG. Model clog-log memberikan hasil terbaik dengan kriteria nilai error terkecil (AIC dan BIC) serta nilai koefisien determinasi terbesar. IPG berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap IKG sedangkan IDG belum berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap IKG. Berdasarkan hasil ini diharapkan para pemangku kebijakan dapat memberikan kebijakan yang komprehensif dan tepat sasaran dalam mengurangi ketimpangan gender di Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Interpersonal Communication, Leadership and Discipline on the employment of teacher performance at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang. In this study, the population is 60 people as sample tests as samples. Sampling was conducted using the saturated sampling technique sampling is done on the whole of the population. The results of this study are Interpersonal Communication's positive significant effect on employment Discipline Master, Interpersonal Communications positive significant effect on Teacher Performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employment Teacher Discipline, leadership and significant positive effect on teachers' performance. Teachers' work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri 8 Palembang, and work discipline is mediating variables Interpersonal Communication relation to the performance and discipline of work is mediating variables Leadership relation to performance. Discipline variable labor has a value r-square of 0.996, meaning that the variable Disciplinary work can be explained by the Interpersonal Communication and Leadership construct 99.6%. Variable Performance r-square value of 0.255 means that the variable performance can be explained by the construct of Interpersonal Communication, Leadership, and the Discipline of the work amounted to 25.5% Based on these conclusions, if the principal of SMK Negeri 8 Palembang intends to increase Interpersonal Communications to improve the performance of teachers, it is necessary to work through increased Discipline Discipline of work is mediating variables Leadership relationship to performance. So based on these conclusions, if the principal of SMK Negeri 8 Palembang. intends to enhance its leadership to increase performance, it is necessary to work through increased Discipline of the three variables used to see the effect on the performance, ie Interpersonal Communication, Leadership, and the Discipline of the work, all of which have a positive effect on performance. But of these three variables, can be prioritized improvement of Leadership. Because of 9 indicators of Leadership., One indicator has a value of loading factor is quite high, namely more than 0.9.

Abstract

The psychological approach related to the study of Islamic studies serves to describe the external symptoms of religious people. External symptoms related to religion such as the attitude of people who behave well, the attitude of believers and pious, honest and others. With a psychological study, it will be easy to study, understand and practice someone. Psychology can determine the depth of a person's soul according to his religion at various age levels. In Islamic education a psychological approach is used to describe a person's external symptoms in religion. Psychological symptoms related to religion include the behavior of believers and pious people, honest people, people who behave well and others. With the psychological theory, it is easy to know the level of religion they live in, understand and implement in their daily life. Psychology can also be used to include religion in a person's soul according to the age level, including the age of the child. So the psychological approach in Islamic education serves as a tool to describe the symptoms and attitudes in one's religion. The psychological approach to children in education according to Zakiyah Darajat is with children's spiritual-spiritual education which has four stages, namely first, instilling a religious soul in children. Second, through the example of parents or teachers. Third, teach and train activities that contain spiritual values. Fourth, provide religious education from an early age. Abstrak: Pendekatan psikologis yang berhubungan dengan kajian studi Islam berfungsi untuk mendeskripsikan gejala lahiriyah orang beragama. Gejala lahiriyah yang berhubungan dengan agama seperti sikap orang yang berperilaku baik, sikap orang beriman dan bertakwa, jujur dan lainnya. Dengan adanya kajian psikologis maka akan mudah ditelaah, dipahami serta diamalkan seseorang. Psikologis dapat menentukan kedalaman jiwa seseorang sesuai agamanya di berbagai jenjang usia Dalam pendidikan Islam pendekatan psikologis digunakan guna menjabarkan gejala lahiriyah seseorang dalam beragama. Gejala kejiawaan yang kaitannya dengan agama antara lain yaitu perilaku orang beriman dan bertakwa, orang jujur, orang yang berperilaku baik dan lainnya. Dengan adanya teori psikologi maka dengan mudah mengetahui tingkat keagaamaan yang mereka hayati, pahami dan implementasikan kedalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Psikologi juga mam pu digunakan untuk memasukkan agama dalam jiwa seseorang sesuai tingkatan usia termasuk dalam usia anak. Maka pendekatan psikologi dalam pendidikan Islam berfungsi sebagai alat guna menjabarkan gejala maupun sikap dalam beragama seseorang. Pendekatan psikologi terhadap anak dalam pendidikan menurut Zakiyah Darajat yaitu dengan pendidikan ruhaniah-spriritual anak yang terdapat empat tahapan yaitu pertama, Penanaman jiwa agama kepada anak. Kedua, Melalui ketauladanan dari orangtua atau guru. Ketiga, Mengajarkan dan melatih kegiatan yang mengandung nilai spiritual. Keempat, Memberikan pendidikan agama sejak dini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the application of accounting information systems in UMKM Dimsum Seceng Pajaresuk, Pringsewu. The research was conducted using qualitative methods, the researchers analyzed the data and information obtained from interviews and observations. The subject of this research is UMKM Dimsum Seceng Pajaresuk Pringsewu. The results showed that UMKM Dimsum Seceng Pajaresuk Pringsewu had not implemented an accounting information system due to factors namely limited capital, limited human resources, weak business networks and capabilities, limited business facilities, and infrastructure. This has caused UMKM Dimsum Seceng Pajaresuk to not be able to use the accounting information system.

Abstract

Advances in technology have made internet access easier, this has changed the way humans communicate with one another in life. Along with the advancement and development of technology, teenagers are internet users who spend more time in the virtual world than the real world. However, the use of the internet is widely blamed for use by teenagers, one of the phenomena of internet abuse is cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is a form of harassment or humiliation through social media. Factors that influence cyberbullying are empathy and self-esteem. This study aims to determine the relationship between empathy and self-esteem with cyberbullying in vocational high school students. This research design uses quantitative, with the subject of Vocational High School students in Pringsewu as many as 90 students. The measurement tool for this study uses three scales, namely the empathy scale, the self-esteem scale, and the cyberbullying scale. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between empathy and self-esteem with cyberbullying in vocational high school students. That is, the higher the empathy and self-esteem, the cyberbullying behavior of low vocational high school students. On the other hand, the lower the level of empathy and self-esteem, the higher the level of cyberbullying among professional vocational high school students.
