Abstract

Heart disease causes death in the world / year. High mortality from heart disease can be prevented and risk factors reduced if people have information about symptoms of heart disease. The number of factors collected to determine whether a person has cardiovascular disease or does not require a large enough data processing system is the heart of the data mining application with the Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) method. Based on testing of the distribution of training data 80%, 85% and 90% the best accuracy was obtained using the method, namely at 90% training with an accuracy of 84%. The more training data used, the better the accuracy of the resulting NBC method.

Abstract

The lecture system at BSI University has practicum courses, where the teaching and learning process is 20% theory and 80% practicum by learning software according to current technological developments. In the practicum-based teaching and learning process, there are several problems including understanding the content of the material delivered by the lecturer, communication between students in class and lecturers because there are many discussions, in practicum learning made in groups to make projects, this group cohesiveness is also an assessment in achieving predetermined targets, the learning atmosphere also supports the teaching and learning process, the process of lecturer assessment of students will be the final result of learning and teaching activities. In the practicum course, 4 credits are provided and this 4 credits time is still considered insufficient to complete quite a lot of material at each meeting, from these problems the author wants to know the prediction of student success rates in practicum course learning. This study uses the naive bayes method with a total sample of 130 samples from the results of a questionnaire distributed to students with 20 questions, so that this study results in that students feel successful in practicum course learning with an accuracy level of 100%, a precision level of 100%, and a recall level of 100% after being processed using rapidminer 5 software.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu sulitnya menentukan bantuan terhadap rumah tidak layak huni. Bantuan kepada rumah tidak layak huni diperuntukan bagi orang yang benar benar tidak mampu untuk mendapatkan bantuan berupa pembangunan rumah layak huni. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menentukan bantuan terhadap rumah layak huni agar tepat sasaran. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini untuk menyelesaikan permsalahan yaitu menggunakan simple additive weighting (SAW) dengan menentukan kriteria dan pembobotan untuk menentukan penerima bantuan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem yang dapat menentukan penerima bantuan rumah layak huni dengan pengolahan metode SAW, dengan hasil Farhan fauzan dengan angka 0,87, Haerudin dengan angka 0,77, Sanusi dengan angka 0,65, Diding dengan angka 0,62, Topik hidayat dengan angka 0,55. Maka hasil memutuskan Farhan dengan angka 0,87 sebagai rangking 1 dan mendapatkan bantuan.

Abstract

Indonesia Maritime Education and Logistics is a subsidiary of PT. Indonesian Harbor (Persero). This PT provides training, assessment and consulting services in the fields of ports, shipping, logistics and management. Improving the quality, profits and progress of the company is one of the programs implemented by PT. Indonesian Maritime and Logistics Education. Usually superiors such as SPV and DVP find it difficult to receive reports from field officers because they still report their work activities using manual forms, namely using paper as the report they receive from officers and officers must also attach before and after work photos taken within one month. and this often means that files on the cellphone are lost due to accidentally deleting files or updating the cellphone. The waterfall method is a system development method used because this method provides a sequential or ordered software life flow approach starting from analysis, design, coding, testing and support stages. With this web-based field officer reporting application, the officer reporting process becomes better because all reporting from start to finish is computerized and this also makes it easier for superiors to mentor the work of field officers which can be seen from the report results in the reporting system. by every officer.

Abstract

The designed information system is expected to optimize the activities of an SME. The design of this information system is website-based. Website can make easier for customers and potential customers to make purchase product and get to know about product. Website also can be used for marketing. Waterfall method is used for design information system web-based. Waterfall method contains analysis requirement, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Requirement that have been analyzed then be designed. This research uses UML diagram in design process such us use case, activity diagram, sequence diagram, database diagram. The model that has been designed then implemented by using PHP and MySQL. The next stage is verification by user. Verification test to know if website run well. Testing is held by SME, this testing contain system testing and function testing. The final stage in the waterfall method is maintenance. The Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG) method is used to show the priority scale in determining problem issues in SMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to rank the popularity of fast-food brands in Indonesia based on Twitter conversations using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method and validate the results with COPRAS and AHP-COPRAS methods. Data were obtained by crawling Twitter from April 21, 2023, to April 28, 2023. Seven well-known brands, such as KFC, MCD, PizzaHut, Hokben, Solaria, JCo, and Richeese, were evaluated as alternatives using eight criteria through Social Network Analysis. The criteria were categorized into advantageous and disadvantageous, and preference values were calculated using PSI. After normalizing the decision matrix, calculations were performed for preference variation and overall preference values. Alternatives were ranked based on the preference selection index, and the results were validated with COPRAS and AHP-COPRAS. The results revealed significant differences in rankings between the PSI method and others. The alternative that received the highest rank changed from A2 (COPRAS and AHP-COPRAS) to A3 (PSI). This emphasizes the importance of choosing the right method for brand ranking, as it can influence decision-making. Method validation through result comparison with other methods provides additional insights into the reliability of the PSI method in the context of this research.

Abstract

The marketplace serves as a platform for consumers to engage in online shopping. With the increasing use of marketplaces, the role of application reviews becomes increasingly crucial. Reviews provided by application users are a significant source of information for assessing customer satisfaction with the application. This research aims to categorize review data from the Blibli marketplace application using the K-Means Clustering and K-Medoids Clustering methods. The dataset used consists of customer reviews from the Blibli application spanning from 2022 to 2023, totaling 17,255 reviews. The research results indicate that both methods yield four optimal clusters in the review data. Frequently occurring words such as 'application,' 'goods,' and 'shopping' are visualized in a word cloud, and the clustering results are presented in a cluster plot. The obtained findings aim to enhance the service quality of the Blibli application.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang sangat pesat saat ini memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap kemajuan bisnis. Untuk memajukan usaha bisnis diperlukan dukungan manajemen yang tepat dan dalam mengelolanya diperlukan informasi yang menyeluruh, tepat dan cepat. PT Praoe Lajar (Persero) masih menggunakan cara manual dalam proses pengumpulan data presensi yang dilakukan sejak perusahaan didirikan hingga masih digunakan hingga saat ini. Seiring berjalannya waktu, di era modernisasi ini, cara tersebut dirasa kurang efisien sehingga perlu dirancang program absensi karyawan berbasis QR-code untuk meminimalisir kesalahan dan kecurangan. Perancangan Program Presensi Karyawan ini menggunakan metode Prototype. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan PHP dan HTML serta MySQL sebagai databasenya. Diharapkan dengan adanya perancangan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan performa dan kinerja khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pengolahan data kehadiran

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penilaian kinerja wakil rakyat pada Komisi IV DPRD Provinsi Bengkulu menggunakan metode promethea. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Promethee untuk menilai kinerja wakil rakyat pada Komisi IV DPRD Provinsi Bengkulu agar dihasilkan kinerja yang benar-benar sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Dimana alternatif terpilih dilihat dari 2 nilai promethee yaitu Leaving Flow dan Entering Flow, Net Flow. Oleh karena itu dirancang sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan kinerja wakil rakyat DPRD Provinsi Bengkulu menggunakan metode Promethee. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dirancang menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem yang dibuat dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi DPRD Provinsi Bengkulu untuk menentukan penilaian kinerja wakil rakyat di DPRD Provinsi Bengkulu

Abstract

Karyawan adalah pegawai yang bekerja di suatu badan usaha (perusahaan) berdasarkan surat keputusan. Kualitas perusahaan akan meningkat seiring meningkatnya kinerja karyawan. Banyak cara yang dilakukan perusahaan atau organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Dengan memberikan reward dan punishment yang akan diberikan dengan melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja karyawan. Proses penilaian karyawan pada PT. Telkom Akses Semarang masih dinilai secara subjektif sehingga mempengaruhi kelancaran dalam proses penilaian. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, untuk menjunjung tinggi objektivitas dalam penilaian karyawan PT. Telkom Akses Semarang maka perlu dibangun suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menyelesaikan proses penilaian karyawan terbaik. Saat ini sudah berkembang metode-metode penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan, diantaranya AHP dan MOORA. Penerapan metode AHP dan MOORA dinilai mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Hasil yang diharapkan dari perancangan sistem adalah sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan agar dapat membantu pihak perusahaan Telkom Akses Semarang dalam melakukan penilaian karyawan terbaik secara objektif dengan menerapkan dua metode, yaitu metode AHP dan metode MOORA yang mana Metode AHP dapat memberikan bobot yang optimal karena melakukan perbandingan terhadap multi kriteria secara berpasangan dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode MOORA untuk perangkingan. Jumlah karyawan yang menjadi sample pada penelitan ini sebanyak 27 karyawan PT. Telkom Akses Semarang. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian karyawan dilapangan dengan yang dilakukan dengan hasil akhir Karyawan Ahmad Tauhid dipilih sebagai karyawan terbaik pada PT. Telkom Akses (PTTA) Semarang berdasarkan hasil penilaian prefiks tertinggi yaitu senilai 0.256, diikuti Hendra Imam pada posisi kedua dengan nilai prefiks 0.135, posisi ketiga Andri Setiawan dengan nilai prefiks 0.095, posisi keempat Muhammad Zainul dengan nilai prefiks 0.078 dan posisi kelima Kuwat Asmoyo dengan nilai prefiks 0.017.
