Abstract

This article examines the impact of the implementation of moral aqidah learning outcomes on student discipline. The problem in this paper is: how is the subject of Aqidah Akhlak taught at MTs Daarul Qur'an Pajalele, Tellusiatinge District, Bone Regency? How is the discipline in the class of students at MTs Daarul Qur'an Pajalele, Tellusiatinge District, Bone Regency? And how are the results of moral learning implemented in the formation of discipline in the class of students at MTs Daarul Qur'an Pajalele, Tellusiatinge District, Bone Regency? To answer these problems, researchers conducted qualitative research with educational, psychological, and sociological approaches. The data collection methods are in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out in inductive, deductive, and comparative forms. The results of the research show that the implementation of Aqidah Akhlak learning outcomes in the formation of discipline in the class of students at MTs Daarul Qur'an Pajalele, Tellusiatinge District, Bone Regency, is not significant. Because student discipline in class is still lacking, for example, arriving late, still talking when the teacher explains, and there are still students who are late entering when the bell rings. Meanwhile, one of the objectives of learning Aqidah Akhlak is to form the character of students who are obedient and respectful to teachers.

Thus, 32 students from class XI MA As'diyah Putri Sengkang served as subjects for a classroom action study that was conducted. English learning achievement is the subject of the study. Determining and assessing the PBL model's efficacy in raising English learning outcomes is the goal of this study. Utilizing learning accomplishment exams, data was gathered and subjected to both qualitative and descriptive analysis. If this action research attains a minimum average score of 75 and a minimum of 82% for classical learning completeness, it is considered effective. According to the study findings, cycle I had an average score of 72.21 and 75.64% for classical completeness. In cycle II, on the other hand, classical completeness reached 92.48%, and the average score was 74.32. In the second semester of the 2022-2023 academic year, the class XI MA As'adiyah Putri Sengkang students can attain better learning outcomes by implementing the PBL learning model in two cycles.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the practice of buying and selling crabs at different prices and sizes and to review Sharia economic law regarding the practice of buying and selling crabs. This research uses descriptive and qualitative research methods. The author's data collection technique involves conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the practice of buying and selling pond crabs in Watu village, Cenrana subdistrict, Bone Regency is carried out by the collector contacting the fisherman, and the collector usually gives the fisherman a down payment so that when the fisherman gets the sea lobster catch, he immediately gives it to the collector. The practice of determining prices and sizes is that before selling to buyers, collectors have sorted and divided the sizes of crab types with predetermined price differences. Meanwhile, collectors get crabs from fishermen with crabs that have not yet been sorted by type and size, while all those involved in the practice of buying and selling crabs do not understand the existence of ministerial regulations governing the size of crabs. Buying and selling crabs according to Sharia economic law is legal because it complies with the provisions of Islamic law. However, in the practice of buying and selling crabs, buyers only feel burdened by the high prices set. Because in buying and selling, both parties must be equally sincere and willing without anyone feeling disadvantaged.

Abstract

The Sharia economic law approach is intended to explore aspects of the problem of business analysis and marketing of rabbit livestock from the perspective of Sharia economic law. The psychological approach is to gain knowledge related to the psychological condition of the informant relating to behavior, knowledge, feelings, and thoughts about the object being studied. The sociological approach takes a social approach to rabbit breeders and buyers. Mattoanging Village, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency, is the center of rabbit farming in Soppeng Regency. In Mattoanging Village, there are several heads of families who are involved in rabbit farming activities. Currently, the number of breeders who are starting to pursue business is increasing, and marketing is also getting better. This shows that the growing interest of breeders is supported by market opportunities that are still very open. The rabbit farming business is currently being developed by breeders as an effort to increase productivity from a good perspective for health and income. Apart from that, the Break Even Point (BEP) analysis, namely the level of revenue, production, and price of the rabbit breeder's business, is at the break-even point or does not make a profit and does not experience a loss.

The principles applied are based on the principles of trust and kinship as well as the pleasure of both parties.
