The main background of this research is the low analytical ability of students (cognitive level C4) in Islamic Religious Education at Junior High School 1 Jati Agung. Lack of activity, low learning independence, and the prevalence of conventional learning methods with minimal innovation trigger this phenomenon. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the ICARE (Introduction, Connection, Application, Reflection, Extension) learning model as a transformative strategy in significantly improving student learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach with a post-test-only control group design. The research sample was determined through a simple random sampling technique, which was divided into a control class (VII A) and an experimental class (VII B). Data was collected through a multiple-choice test instrument specifically designed to measure the analysis indicator (C4). Data analysis techniques include normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests to verify differences in average learning outcomes between groups. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the ICARE model has a significant impact on the transformation of student learning outcomes. This result is proven through statistical tests with a significant value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). ICARE syntax organizes real-life experiences with concept understanding, encouraging students to participate and think critically. This study offers Islamic Religious Education (PAI) educators’ new ways to create a dynamic and immersive learning environment. ICARE has been successful in transitioning from passive to outcome-oriented learning and accelerated cognitive development.

This research focuses on MA Nurul Iman Sekincau's low student learning results in the evaluative and creative parts of Aqidah Akhlak. Low student participation and traditional learning paradigms may hamper higher-order thinking. This quantitative study tests the 7E Learning Cycle model's impact on student learning, particularly at cognitive levels C5 (evaluating) and C6 (creating), as well as affective and psychomotor domains. The study was quasi-experimental with a post-test-only control group. A was the experimental group that received the 7E Learning Cycle model, while B was the control group that used conventional methods. Multiple-choice cognitive C5 and C6 exams, self-assessment questionnaires, and performance observation sheets were used. The findings of the data analysis demonstrated that the 7E Learning Cycle model considerably improved student learning. Cognitive hypothesis testing revealed a significant difference between experimental and control groups (t-value = 3.581, p < 0.001). Through internalizing character ideals and religious attitudes, this model significantly impacted the affective and psychomotor domains (p = 0.000, mean difference = 3.721), outperforming the control group. The cognitive instrument had critical notes since it was dominated by easy and very easy items (86.66%), so its discriminatory power needed to be increased despite meeting validity and reliability requirements. This study found that the 7E Learning Cycle model can help Madrasah educators improve Aqidah Akhlak learning through active involvement and high-level cognitive stimulation.

This study examines the urgency of technological innovation in addressing the challenges of visualizing abstract concepts in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects in elementary schools, particularly within the context of the Independent Curriculum. The focus of this study is to map Augmented Reality (AR) research trends during the 2018–2025 period to identify scientific evolution and future strategic development opportunities. This study screened 27 high-quality articles from the Scopus database using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach that follows the PRISMA protocol, combined with bibliometric analysis via VOSviewer. The research findings show (1) Publication Surge: There has been an exponential increase in AR research post-2020. (2) Pedagogical Effectiveness: AR has been proven significant in improving cognitive learning outcomes and intrinsic motivation through project-based inquiry approaches and personalized learning. (3) Asian countries dominate the research landscape, collaborating across disciplines in reputable journals (Q1). Although AR has the potential to transform the understanding of integrative concepts in IPAS (Integrated Physical and Applied Sciences), there are still gaps in longitudinal study designs and challenges in technology accessibility in rural areas. The results of this study provide a strong foundation for the development of a curriculum based on cutting-edge pedagogy and serve as a catalyst for inclusive education research to strengthen the profile of adaptive and innovative Pancasila students.

Learning interest is a crucial factor in the educational process because it plays a major role in student engagement in understanding the material. Based on the results of pre-research at MA Al Hikmah Bandar Lampung, it is known that student learning interest in the subject of Akidah Akhlak is still relatively low, especially in the aspects of attention and involvement, which is caused by the dominance of conventional methods and the lack of variety of learning media. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the cooperative learning model of the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) type assisted by flashcards media on increasing student learning interest. The approach used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental method of post-test only control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely class X.A as the experimental group and class X.B as the control group. The data collection instrument used a non-test questionnaire that focused on indicators of attention in learning interest. The results of data analysis using the t-test showed a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), which confirmed a significant difference in learning interest between the two groups. These findings prove that the combination of the TPS model and flashcards is effectively able to overcome the obstacles of low student attention and involvement. The synergy between independent thinking, pair discussions, and idea sharing, supported by visualization of material through flashcards, creates a more active and innovative learning environment. This study concludes that the flashcard-based TPS approach is an effective alternative learning strategy for increasing student motivation and interest in deepening the material on Aqidah and Akhlak.

Shooting accuracy is a crucial element in basketball, but student athletes often face consistency issues due to a lack of explosive leg muscle power. This study aims to examine the impact of half squat jump and resistance band training on basketball shooting accuracy in students at High School 16 Makassar. Using experimental research design, this study involved 20 basketball players selected through total sampling. The main instrument used was a free throw test, with data analyzed through descriptive statistics, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests. The results showed: (1) There is a significant effect of half squat jump training on shooting accuracy (t_count = 11.196 > t_table = 1.833; p < 0.05) which contributes to increasing explosive leg muscle power. (2) There is a significant effect of resistance band training on shooting accuracy (t_count = 7.562 > t_table = 1.833; p < 0.05) which strengthens the kinetic chain for shooting stability. (3) Independent sample t-test showed a significant difference in effectiveness between the two methods (t_count = 4.352 > t_table = 2.101; p < 0.05), where both modalities provide different physiological adaptations. Collectively, both methods are effective strategic solutions, but resistance band training showed a tendency for higher results in improving accuracy compared to half squat jumps. This study provides practical contributions for coaches in developing varied physical programs to improve the technical performance of high school level players.

Passing accuracy is a crucial element in futsal, yet extracurricular students often fail to reach optimal skill levels due to limited variations in training methods. This study aims to evaluate: (1) the effect of triangle training on passing skills; (2) the effect of diamond training on passing skills; and (3) the difference in effectiveness between triangle and diamond training among futsal extracurricular students at High School 1, Toraja Utara. Methods: This quasi-experimental study employed a two-group pretest-posttest design. A total of 40 students were selected through total sampling and divided into two groups using the ordinal pairing technique. Data were collected via pretest, treatment, and posttest using a futsal passing skills test and analyzed using an independent sample t-test at a 0.05 significance level. The analysis revealed that both methods significantly improved technical skills (p = 0.001 < 0.05). However, the triangle training group recorded a more substantial average increase, from 4.50 to 9.30, compared to the diamond training group, which increased from 4.45 to 6.80. Triangle training is significantly more effective than diamond training in improving passing skills. This superiority is attributed to the dynamic and adaptive variations in angles, distances, and ball trajectories inherent in the triangle pattern, which more effectively hone students' accuracy and ball control. These findings provide a practical contribution for coaches in implementing more efficient training models for beginner futsal players.

Underhand passing is a crucial foundation in volleyball, yet many students still struggle to achieve consistent accuracy. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of wall-passing training compared to individual passing training in improving underhand passing accuracy at middle school 1 Pamboang. This research utilized a quasi-experimental design with a Two-Group Pretest–Posttest approach involving 20 students as the target population. Data was collected through passing accuracy tests before and after the treatment, which were then systematically tabulated and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results demonstrated that both training models made a significant positive contribution to improving students' abilities. The wall-passing training group recorded a substantial increase in average scores, rising from 10.50 during the pre-test to 18.90 in the post-test. Meanwhile, the individual passing training group also experienced an improvement, with mean scores increasing from 10.40 to 16.60. Although both methods were proven effective, descriptive data indicated that the wall-passing group achieved a higher final performance level than the individual passing group. These findings suggest that wall media is highly effective for building basic technical consistency and accuracy before students progress to more complex situational drills.

Low learning motivation in Primary Schools in remote areas is often a major obstacle in achieving national education goals, especially in the subject of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn). This study aims to analyze how PPKn teachers influence the learning motivation of fourth-grade students at Neniari Christian Primary School in Taniwel District, West Seram Regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative method involving the principal and fourth-grade teachers as key informants. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation techniques, then analyzed using an interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results indicated that PPKn teachers have optimized their role as motivators through four main strategies: strengthening student self-confidence, implementing a humanistic approach, diversifying strategies and engaging learning media, and providing consistent appreciation. Supporting factors for the effectiveness of teachers' roles include the availability of adequate school facilities and the quality of pedagogically competent human resources. However, this process still faces obstacles in the form of fluctuations in student learning interests and a sometimes-limited variety of learning strategies. This research contributes to providing empirical references regarding motivation-strengthening models in remote areas and serves as an evaluation basis for policymakers in improving the quality of education in areas with significant geographical challenges.

Traditional teaching methods that don't involve students in solving practical problems can lead to disengagement and a lack of critical thinking skills, which can lower electronic control system learning outcomes at Vocational School 10 Makassar. This study examines how Project-Based Learning (PjBL) improves student learning compared to conventional methods. This study is quantitative and quasi-experimental. 53 students were split into experimental (PjBL model) and control (conventional) groups. Students' activity observation sheets and pretest and posttest 20-question objective examinations were used to collect data. Data analysis included descriptive statistical tests, N-Gain tests, prerequisite tests (normality and homogeneity), and independent sample T-test hypothesis testing. The results showed that the improvement in learning outcomes in the experimental class was significantly higher than in the control class. This conclusion is evidenced by the average posttest score of the experimental class of 14.00, far exceeding the control class of 9.71. The average N-Gain value of the experimental class reached 0.51 (medium category), while the control class was only 0.17 (low category). Based on the hypothesis test, a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.001 < 0.05 was obtained, which confirmed the significant positive influence of the use of the PjBL model. This study provides a practical contribution for educators in vocational schools as a reference for effective innovative learning models to improve project-based technical competencies.

Physical education plays a crucial role in shaping human beings holistically, yet in formal educational practice it is often narrowly understood as merely physical activity without the integration of Islamic values. This study aims to examine the concept of physical education from the perspective of the Qur'an, its relationship to physical health and the quality of worship, and its contribution to shaping healthy, strong, and noble individuals. This study uses a qualitative approach of the literature study type with the tafsir mawḍū‘ī method. Data were analyzed from Qur'anic verses, classical and contemporary tafsir literature, hadith, and the views of scholars. The research findings show that the Qur'an views the physical (jasad) and spiritual (rūḥ) dimensions as an inseparable whole. The term "quwwah" is redefined to encompass not only muscular strength but also the aspects of capability (qudrah), moral integrity (wara‘), consistency (wuṣūl), and submission (tawakkul). The Qur'anic narrative about the Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) and Thalut emphasizes that the ideal human quality is a combination of physical strength (al-qawiyy) and moral integrity (al-amīn). Quranic-based physical education plays a vital role in shaping individuals capable of optimally fulfilling the role of khalīfah through maintaining health in line with the principles of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, particularly hifẓ al-nafs (protecting the soul) for the perfection of worship. Thus, physical education is an integral component in realizing the ideals of insān kāmil.
