Abstract

One of the competencies needed by technicians and engineers in the field of mechanical engineering is to be able to master software engineering in the design and design of a product. CAD (Computer Aided Design) is a computer application in design activities. Students of SMKN 2 Bandung, one of the vocational schools that has a Department of Drawing Engineering. Students of SMKN 2 Bandung already know material related to CAD but still do not know about Solidworks software, this is because there is no licensed software available at SMKN 2 Bandung. The Department of Mechanical Engineering, Politeknik Negeri Bandung, has licensed Solidworks software and provides SolidWorks certification. So based on this issue, Solidworks knowledge improvement was carried out At SMKN 2 Bandung. The purpose of this activity is to improve the competence of Human Resources and increase competitiveness, especially in the millennial generation. The training process begins with a pre-test that aims to measure the initial level of knowledge of SMKN 2 Bandung students related to Solidworks Software, then the introduction and material related to Solidworks, and at the end of the training an evaluation is carried out with a CSWA Trial Exam, and a post-test. The results of the training that has been carried out on 15 participants, show an improvement in the mastery of CAD Solidworks software.

Abstract

Precast concrete products are in the form of small concrete blocks, made of fine aggregate, cement and water. Many small business manufacturers of paving blocks have not utilized coal ash waste as an additive and stone ash as fine aggregate. The paving blocks produced are also not standardized, therefore on this occasion we will socialize the results of Kerdosma's research by utilizing coal ash waste in making paving blocks at the Rosida Jaya depot. The aim of this socialization is to apply the results of student research to the community, especially in the manufacture of standardized paving blocks so that they can increase consumer purchasing power, are economical and eco-friendly. The socialization was carried out by discussing the use of coal ash waste as an additive to cement and stone ash as fine aggregate to increase the compressive strength and reduce the absorption of paving blocks. The composition of the research results, printed, tested for compressive strength and absorption so that it can be classified based on SNI 03-0691-1996. Producers and workers  were very enthusiastic and responded to the discussions carried out, where this can be seen in the results of the printed paving block compressive strength when compared to the results of the study which did not differ significantly, but the problem is that the coal ash waste  and stone ash is  very  difficult to obtain, so that if producers use these materials, it will increase production costs.

Abstract

This community service aims to (1) Develop the Emotional Intelligence of Children in the Bantargebang TPA environment, (2) Provide Emotional Coaching to parents in the Bantargebang TPA environment, (3) Provide education about the importance of emotional intelligence for children's success in the future. Primary data was obtained through a survey of respondents taken from the parents of children in the Bantargebang TPA environment. Secondary data were obtained from interviews with important figures in the Bantargebang TPA environment along with literature studies from various sources of information. The survey analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate a lack of public knowledge and socialization carried out by the local government regarding how to raise children to increase emotional intelligence. Following up on the results of the study, the researchers conducted an intervention in the form of Emotional Coaching to equip parents with independency in how to improve children's emotional intelligence.

Abstract

Motor skills are very important for early childhood. However, some of students at POS PAUD Giri Sentana got difficulties in getting the fine motor related to daily activities such as tying shoelaces, buttoning clothes, etc. The school doesn’t provide the media to support fine motor skill. In addition, there are lacks of teachers’ creativity to stimulate students' fine motor skill. Teachers have not found effective ways or strategies to encourage fine motor development. It aims to enhance the teachers’ skill of POS PAUD Giri Sentana in creating busy books in order to stimulate students’ motor skill. T. The method of this partnership includes giving motivation, training, mentoring, and evaluation. This service was carried out by 2 lecturers and 3 students. The result of this activity is that the teachers are able to produce busy books skillfully so that they can be used in the learning process. Keywords: learning media, busy book, motoric

Abstract

Technological advances in the 5.0 era have become a core role in various fields, including in the field of education. The skills of making interesting learning material videos are urgently needed by teachers today. The purpose of this community service activity is to assist junior high school mathematics teachers in making animated videos of learning materials using the Animaker online platform. This service activity was carried out at SMPN 10 Takengon by involving junior high school mathematics teachers who are members of the Central Aceh MGMP forum. This activity was carried out on February 9, 2023. Activities in community service were carried out through three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage which consisted of workshops and practices and the evaluation stage. From the results of the activity, the MGMP Aceh Tengah math teachers gave a positive response to this activity as evidenced by the results of the evaluation using Mentimeter

Abstract

People who have a fish processing business into snacks in the form of amplang in Sanga Sanga Dalam Village, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, also feel the impact of the scarcity of fuel sources for cooking, namely LPG. There is a need for alternative fuels that can be used to expedite the amplang business. Used oil-fueled stoves are an alternative that can be used to cook processed fish into amplang. This community empowerment activity aims to provide information and the use of alternative energy by using a used oil-fueled stove that can be used to cook processed fish into amplang. The introduction and operation of this used oil-fueled stove is needed to be able to facilitate the amplang business activities carried out by the community on the Mahakam river coast in Sanga Sanga Dalam village, Kutai Kartanegara. With this used oil-fueled stove it is hoped that it can facilitate business and can anticipate the scarcity of LPG, so that amplang production can run smoothly.

Abstract

Teacher competence is knowledge, skills, behavior that must be owned by teachers in the learning process takes place or in carrying out their duties. In the target school, namely SDN 198/I Muara Bulian, there are still teachers who have difficulty making digital portfolios as a means of assessing teacher competence. Teachers are still unfamiliar with various online media that can be used as a means of creating digital portfolios. For this reason, a solution is provided in the form of training to create a digital portfolio using Google Sites. This training can make it easier for teachers to create digital portfolios for the benefit of assessing the competence of elementary school teachers. This activity is carried out using the Project Based Learning model and interactive learning methods. Trainers and participants carry out discussions, questions and answers, analysis, studies, and end with a project. The stages of activity are: (1) preliminary survey; 2) training and guidance; (3) create a project. This training received a very good response from the target schools, especially the teachers who participated in the training. Teachers become more innovative and professionally competent; in this digital era it is also increasing as evidenced by their success in creating an attractive digital portfolio after the training.

Abstract

Basically, in achieving success, you must have a character which must be able to have personality in carrying out every problem in all phases of life. Early age must be trained so that it has a dignity and also has a form of personality that has value for future provision. Success can be achieved and pursued by focusing on how each person tries to make progress in every process when doing something new within themselves. Success requires something which needs will in everyone and also every human being. Humans are equipped with curiosity so that they have other things in themselves with different values. Erenos High School needs it as a form and also part of the development of all students to achieve success in the future. The activities were carried out and also carried out with great enthusiasm which were carried out in the school hall. The activity received a good and also positive response and lots of feedback from the participants.

Abstract

Mass communication is defined as all forms of communication that convey information openly through technical dissemination media indirectly and use one-way communication methods aimed at the public. Communicants in mass communication are also anonymous and heterogeneous. With today's technological developments, old media such as books, magazines, newspapers and radio do not mean they will be abandoned and forgotten and replaced with new media. Rather, the old media is processed and adapted into new media by applying digitization technology. The emergence of new media today has made the name Youtube a major concern in the eyes of the public. Even since the presence of Youtube as a new media, not a few television users and viewers have turned to Youtube. This new media is more easily accessible and accessible to the public. I support the media for introducing products to the public. Abstract

BUMDes as a supporter of village economic resilience has been rolled out and regulated in various laws and regulations, such as Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4 of 2015 concerning Establishment, Management and Management, and dissolution of Village-Owned Enterprises and as well as No. 22 of 2015 2016 concerning Priority Setting for the Use of Village Funds for 2017. BUMDes Bina Bersama Desa Bojongnegara has problems one of which is accountability for the management of BUMDes funds. Discrepancies between reports and activity implementation, disbursement of funds that are not supported by evidence, and verification of reports that are not carried out every month, are indications that accountability has not been going well. One alternative solution as an effort to overcome this problem is to utilize QR Money technology in business management at BUMDes Bina Bersama, Bojongnegara Village, Ciledug District, Cirebon Regency. This community service aims to provide an understanding of the use of information technology, especially QR Money as a financial management mechanism for various sources of income. This service activity in the form of mentoring and training obtained measurable results and benefits in the form of the level of understanding of BUMDES administrators and the community about BUMDES Governance Indicators after utilizing QR Money technology in maximizing financial governance and sources of income.
