<![CDATA[Alkarim Junior High School (SMP) Bengkulu City. Research which is a qualitative descriptive type. In this study, data collection techniques were carried out by means of Observation, Interview, Questionnaire and Documentation. When teaching students, the teacher goes through three stages, namely the initial, core and closing stages. This research produces the concept of learning media, who uses learning media, stages of making learning media and internal and external factors. Video-based Mathematics learning media is applied, in the implementation of learning in the room, students are seen to be active and enthusiastic in participating in learning because the teacher uses video-based media by sending videos via Android with attractive displays and media during learning, so that learning is very interesting.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims 1). to find out the factors that affect the difficulty of learning Social Science subjects Economics class X SMAN 01 Bengkulu city.2). to find out how much these factors affect student learning difficulties. The tool used is descriptive analysis to manage the factors, the results of the study found that the factors that influence student learning difficulties. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, documentation. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the factors causing learning difficulties in Economics subjects were caused by the school environment and family environment, namely the school environment, the factor of inadequate educational facilities in schools, the way in which the subject matter was delivered by the teacher and the most dominant factor that became the learning difficulties of SMAN 01 Bengkulu city students is a way of delivering lesson material by the teacher.]]>

<![CDATA[Background. The provision of first aid must be done quickly and accurately by using the facilities and infrastructure available at the scene. A first aid action that is done properly will reduce disability or suffering and even save the victim from death, but if the first aid action is not carried out properly it can even worsen the accident and even cause death, a tour guide must be able to provide security and safety to every tourist who visits. Health education is all activities to provide and improve the knowledge, attitudes, practices of individuals, groups or communities in maintaining and improving their own health. Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Health Education Roleplay on First Aid in Accidents (P3K) on the Knowledge of Tourist Guides in Blitar Sebrang Village, Rejang Lebong Regency. Methods This research is analytical research with Pre Experimental Design (The One Group Pre-Test-Post Test Design). The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. The number of respondents is 35 people. Results of statistical tests before and after the intervention of health education about first aid in accidents (P3K) on the knowledge of tour guides showed a significant effect with the P-Value = 0.000 less than 0.05. Conclusion There is an Influence of Health Education Roleplay on First Aid in Accidents (P3K) on Knowledge of Tourist Guides in Blitar Sebrang Village, Rejang Lebong Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan formulasi penggunaan tepung Mocaf sebagai substitusi Terigu dengan pengayaan tepung Pisang Jantan sehingga menghasilkan brownies kukus dengan sifat organoleptik yang dapat diterima. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktor tunggal, dengan perlakuan sebanyak 5 taraf. Setiap perlakuan dilakukan pengulangan sebanyak 2 kali sehingga didapat 10 sampel. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa brownies yang paling disukai panelis pada aspek rasa dan warna adalah brownies kukus (P3) dengan komposisi 40 % tepung Terigu, 40% tepung Mocaf dan 20% tepung Pisang Jantan. Sedangkan pada aspek tekstur dan aroma nilai tertinggi pada brownies (P2) dengan komposisi 60 % tepung Terigu 20% tepung Mocaf dan 20% tepung Pisang Jantan Kata kunci: brownies kukus; tepung mocaf; tepung pisang jantan]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the interest in learning social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 05 Seluma, to determine the learning outcomes of social studies subjects at class VIII students at SMP Negeri 05 Seluma, and to determine the effect of interest in learning on learning outcomes in social studies subjects for class VIII students, at SMP Negero 05 Seluma. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of SMP 05 Seluma, totaling 445 students for the 2021/2022 academic year. The sampel in this study is class VIII 2 students, totaling 24 students. The techniquue of collecting research data is based on observations and questionnaires. The research data analysis technique uses the average analysis, then by calculating the percentage, simple linear regression analysis, testing linearity using anova tables, checking regression linearity, and correlation coefficients (influence). From the results of the research and discussion in this study, regarding the relationship between students’ learning interest in social studies subjects for class VIII SMPN 05 Seluma, it can be concluded that there is “The Influence of Learning Interests on Learning Outcomes of Social Studies Subjects for Class VIII Students at SMP Negeri 05 Seluma.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to simultaneously determine the performance burden and work discipline on the performance of Bengkulu Manna branch bank employees and to determine which faktors were the most dominant influencing either partially or simultaneously.The sample in this study was 40 employees at the Bengkulu Manna branch of the bank. Sampling using the total sampling method, namely the entire population of members who will be mandated as a sample because large samples tend to give or are closer to the true value of the population or it can be said that the error is smaller (deviation from the population value). In order to be more efficient in obtaining respondent data, the researcher using questionnaire data. Data analysis techniques in the form of numbers and calculations using statistical methods, then the data must be classified in certain categories using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) program.Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the equation Y=6.199 -336 X1 - 0.813 X2 is obtained. The results of the research and the workload hypothesis show that t count > t tabel, namely (-3.164> 2.02809) and sig < a (0.000 < 0.050). Work Discipline X2 , shows t arithmetic > t tabel, namely (5.079> 2.02809) and sig < a (0.000 < 0.050). Simultaneously, workload and work discipline variabels have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the two variabels of workload and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Employee performance is the quality and number of individual consequences or combinations in exclusive actions caused by the characteristic capacity obtained from learning interactions and to perform better.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD), to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD). This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Office of Community and Village Empowerment (DPMD). The sample in this study was 44 employees, data collection using questionnaires and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression, determination test, and hypothesis testing.The results for the multiple regression equation show a positive regression direction with the equation Y = 8.747 + 0.797 (X1) + 0.732 (X2) + e, meaning that if there is an increase in work discipline and work motivation, the performance of employees in the community and village empowerment office (DPMD) Bengkulu Province will also increase. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) because the value shows the t count of 2,954 with a significant level of 0.003 < from 0.05. Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) because it shows a t count of 2.525 > t table with a significant level of 0.012 < from 0.050. The test results conclude that there is a significant influence between work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Bengkulu Province Community and Village Empowerment Office (DPMD) together because the F arithmetic value > F table (152,915 > 3,133) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[In a governance organization require the quality of human being as labour yielding result of optimal job as according to its job goals. Target of this research To prove Compensation and Job Experience have an effect on to performance officer of ASN in Satpol PP and of Damkar Sub-Province of Bengkulu South.Sampel of part of population as for in this research is entire/all Officer of ASN in Satpol PP and of Damkar Bengkulu south. Researcher take sampel by accidental sampling chosen some one who is assumed can deputize the the population which amount to 42 people officer of ASN. Result of Analysis linear regression of bergaanda the is Equation : Y = 15,435 + 0,464 X1 + 0,176 X2+E, this matter depict direction of regresi which are positive, its meaning of compensation variable ( X1) and Job experience ( X2) there are positive influence to Performance officer ( Y) [in] Satpol PP and of damkar Sub-Province of Bengkulu South.Level of coefficient value of determinasi from result of enumeration by using SPSS can know by coefficient value of determinasi of R square equal to0,570. Matter this means that compensation value ( X1) and job experience value ( X2) have an effect on to officer performance ( Y) equal to 57,0% while the rest 43,0 % influenced by other variable which do not check in research. Result of test of t level of signifikansi 0,05 explaining that by partial job experience and compensation have influence which is signifikan to Performance officer in PP satpol and of Damkar Sub-Province of Bengkulu South. <![CDATA[Tujuan Penelitian ialah untuk mengungkap sinergi antara aparatur Desa Bulutellue dengan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pembangunan desa secara berkelanjutan merupakan cara untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam secara bijaksana dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek kelestariannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Bulutellue dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan membandingkan antara hasil penelitian maupun teori yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam rangka mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan maka pemerintah desa dan masyarakat saling bekerjasama mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pembangunan di Desa Bulutellue dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan perencanaan, meskipun masih terdapat kendala di antaranya mental masyarakat masih berharap pada pemerintah, dan belum bisa bertindak secara mandiri.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning media comes from two words, namely media and learning, media literally means intermediary or introduction, while learning is an activity or activities to make someone embarrassed to learn. General learning media for learning PPPKN can be one of the keys to achieving learning goals, students at SDN 06 Kampung Bali can understand better and absorb more information because students can imagine and experience first-hand a replica of something they will learn. Citizenship education is one of the important values that must be introduced to children from an early age and to the general public. This study aims to: (1) Know the conditions of Civics learning and teaching activities prior to the implementation of general-based learning media development. (2). Knowing the development of general-based learning media in SDN 06 Kampung Bali. The use of media in learning can make it easier for students to understand something abstract to be more concrete. The results of his research, that in the first experiment of PPKn tutoring using general learning media at SDN 06 Kampung Bali, using the lecture method there were still many students who had not reached the KKM, namely around 17 out of 32 students. Whereas in the second experiment they still used general learning media, but the teacher was not monotonous, so students could be more active, creative and dare to ask questions. By using this method, 6 out of 32 students did not reach the KKM, so using this method made students dare to ask questions independently and creatively.]]>
