Abstract

Work productivity refers to the general attitude of an individual towards work. A person with a high level of work productivity shows a positive attitude towards his work, and on the contrary if the employee is dissatisfied with his job, the employee will show a negative attitude towards his work. This study aims to determine the factors that can affect the work productivity of employees at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Bengkulu Province. The sample in this study were 43 employees at at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Bengkulu Province. The sampling technique is a census by using questionnaire data collection and the analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are: a). Based on the three factors that affect work productivity, there is no significant correlation between leadership, compensation and work environment on employee work productivity at at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Bengkulu Province. It can be seen that the significance value of leadership is 1.120 which is smaller than 1.683 where t count < t table, as well as the significance value for compensation of 0.049 which is smaller than 1.683 because t count < t table, and also the work environment significance value obtained is 0.646 smaller than 1.683 where t count <t table. b). The ability of leadership, compensation and work environment in the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Bengkulu Province in influencing the work productivity of its employees is only 4.3%, while the remaining 95.7% is affected by other causal factors which were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Generally, public service problems can be seen from the low skills of the apparatus and the lack of work equipment, causing uncertain and imprecise service schedules and impacting community satisfaction in public services. Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) is one of the methods used to determine the quality of public services through public perceptions. This study aims to determine the index of community satisfaction with health services at the Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil) of Central Bengkulu Regency. The analytical method used is the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) with 9 service elements in accordance with Permenpan and Bureaucratic Reform No. 14 of 2017. Samples in this study were 226 respondents. The results showed that the service satisfaction of the Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil) of Central Bengkulu Regency was good, this can be seen from the high IKM score of 84.398 which is included in the service quality category is "B", which means service quality is already good. From the nine elements of service used. Fees/tariffs are a service element with the highest index value with an IKM value of 3.91 with an IKM conversion value of 97.68 in the very good performance category. While the element with the lowest index value is implementing competency with an IKM value of 3.14 and an IKM conversion value of 78.43 in the good category..

Abstract

Performance is a measure of employees in carrying out the tasks targeted to be completed. Efforts to conduct performance assessments are important by knowing the right performance measurements. To improve the performance must pay attention to work discipline, motivation and education. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation and education on Civil Servants performance at BAPPEDA of Kaur Regency. This type of research is quantitative, the sample in this study were 44 of Civil Servants at BAPPEDA of Kaur Regency. Data collection used a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the regression equation is 1.338 + 0.224X1 + 0.411 X2 + 0.344X3 + 4.297 (e). the coefficient of determination of R square is 0.831. This means that X1 (work discipline), X2 (motivation), X3 (education) have a contribution to performance (Y) of 83.1% while the remaining 16.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The test results for variable X1 (work discipline) show a significant value of 0.007<0.05. This means that X1 (work discipline) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). X2 variable (Motivation) shows a significant value of 0.000<0.05. This means that X2 (Motivation) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). The variable X3 (education) shows a significant value of 0.001<0.05. This means that X3 (education) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). The results of the simultaneous hypothesis calculations show a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that together X1 (work discipline), X2 (motivation), X3 (education) have a positive and significant effect on performance (Y ).

Abstract

In achieving organizational goals, every organization needs resources to achieve them. These resources include natural resources, financial resources, scientific and technological resources, and human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and leadership style on employee performance at the Family Planning and Women's Empowerment Agency in Kaur Regency. The results of the study indicate a positive regression direction with the equation Y = 3.751 + 0.364X1 + 0.721 X2. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Family Planning and Women Empowerment Agency of Kaur Regency because the significant value is 0.004 which is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that work motivation possessed by employees is able to improve employee performance. v Leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance at the Family Planning and Women Empowerment Agency of Kaur Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that the better the leadership style, the employee's performance will also increase. Motivation and leadership style have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at the Family Planning and Women Empowerment Agency of Kaur Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of work discipline, leadership and motivation on the performance of the employees of Pdam Tirta Manna, South Bengkulu. This research uses quantitative research methods, where research data contains numbers and is analyzed using statistics. With a sample of 65 respondents, respondents were given several statements about the influence of work discipline, leadership and motivation on the performance of the employees of PDAM Tirta Manna, South Bengkulu.Simultaneous hypothesis testing, the Fratio value is 19,669 with a probability value (sig.) = 0.000. it means that the significance value is less than the probability value of 0.05 or the value (sig.) 0.000 < 0.05, then Ha is accepted. This means that the variables of Work Discipline (X1), Leadership (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) both have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance of PDAM Tirta Manna South Bengkulu.

Abstract

The success of an organization is strongly affected by the performance of thecompany or individual employees. Every organization is always trying to improve employee performance to achieve the goals set. Performance is still a problem that is always faced by management, so management needs to know the factors that affect the performance of these employees. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and work motivation on employee performance in the Regional Financial Agency of Seluma Regency. The samples in this study were 30 employees the Regional Financial Agency of Seluma Regency who had become State Civil Apparatuses (ASN). Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant influence on employee performance in the Regional Financial Agency of Seluma Regency. This illustrates that the increasing Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) style of the head of the Regional Financial Agency of Seluma Regency, the employee's performance will also increase. Motivation has a significant influence on employee performance at the in the Regional Financial Agency of Seluma Regency. This illustrates that the increasing work of employees, the performance of employees of in the Regional Financial Agency of Seluma Regency will also increase. Simultaneously the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variables and motivation have a joint influence on employee performance in the Regional Financial Agency of Seluma Regency.

Abstract

Producers need to understand consumer behavior towards products or brands that are on the market, because the nature of consumers who are never satisfied makes producers have to be more innovative and creative, then various ways need to be done to make consumers interested in the products produced. This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and promotion on purchasing decisions at Historia Cafe and Royal Kitchen Manna of South Bengkulu. Samples in this study were 100 customers who purchased food and beverages at Historia Cafe and Royal Kitchen Manna of South Bengkulu. Data collection used a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis showed Y = 8.737 + 0.464X1 + 0.354 X2, + 3.581 this illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (product innovation) and X2 (promotion) on purchasing decisions (Y). Means that if the product innovation and promotion variables increase, it will increase purchasing decisions. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.496. This means that X1 (product innovation) and X2 (promotion) influence the purchase decision (Y) by 49.6% while the remaining 50.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially the product innovation and promotion variables have a significant influence on the purchasing decision variable at Historia Cafe and Royal Kitchen Manna of South Bengkulu. The results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the product innovation and promotions have a simultaneous (together) influence on purchasing decisions at Historia Cafe and Royal Kitchen Manna of South Bengkulu

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether playing the dragon snake can improve prosocial behavior skills in children aged 5-6 years in the MELATI PAUD Unit, Gunung Egypt Village, Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency. Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is focused on classroom situations, or commonly known as classroom action research, the procedure used is in the form of a cycle. The main subjects in this study were 15 children aged 5-6 years. This Classroom Action Research uses the John Elliot model where each cycle consists of four main activities, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting which are carried out through two cycles, namely cycles I and II, each cycle consisting of one meeting. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative-quantitative descriptive manner with the emphasis being used to determine process improvements expressed in a predicate, while quantitative data analysis was used to determine yield improvements using percentages. The results of increasing the ability of prosocial behavior through playing dragon snake in the PAUD MELATI Unit, Seluma Regency, in the first cycle of the first meeting was 69% and in the second cycle of the first meeting there was an increase of 96%. The conclusion of the study that playing the dragon snake can improve the ability of prosocial behavior in children in the Seluma Regency Early Childhood Education Unit, it is proven that in cycle II there was a significant increase, the percentage of achievement was 96% with very good development criteria (BSB).

Abstract

This research is intended to know and describe Students Ability in Pronouncing Vowels Based on “ Sound of English. The problem was How is the Ability of students’ in pronouncing vowels based on “Sound of English”?. This research is just focused on the students’ ability in pronouncing vowel sounds consists of [i:], [ I], [ʊ], [u:], [ e], [ ә], [З:], [ᴐ:], [æ], [ʌ], [ɑ:], and [ɒ]. In this research the researcher used descriptive method. There were 65 students that the researcher folowed this research. pronounciaton test was used to collect the data in this research, it consisted of 48 items in pronounciation test. The data was evaluated and analyzed by “Sound of English”. The result of this research showed the students’ ability in pronouncing vowel was good almost in all of vowel sounds like [e] was 99.23%. The sound [æ] was 97.69%. The sound [ɑ:] was 96.38%. Then sound [З:] was 94.23%, sound [ʊ] was 93.46% and [I] was 90.76% . After that [ә] was 87.30%. The sound [u:] was 84.61%. Then, [i:] was 79.61% and The sound [ᴐ:] was 78.46%. After that [ɒ] was 61.15% and the last sound [ʌ] was 60.38%. Almost all the participant in this reserach was succes to pronounce vowel sounds. It means that phonology lecturers have succeeded in teaching. The researcher suggested, the lecturers give more exercises to the students in order that they can practice their pronunciation not only for the purpose of studying phonology but also in the application of their daily activities.

Abstract

This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Researchers find knowledge that describes the outline of the position, organizational structure, vision and mission, as well as what is required in writing. Data collected from respondents' responses can be used as research information. Sources of data were obtained from customers and Bank BRI Kelutum Pino Raya with the required documents complete. Two types of data were collected in this study: primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This study aims to determine the joint effect of Financial Performance Analysis on Credit Provision Decisions at BRI Kelutum Pino Raya Bengkulu Selatan. From the discussion above, it can be concluded that the credit application submitted is accepted by several factors, namely:1. Collateral submitted by customers is in accordance with the amount of credit they want.2 Checking BI Checking which shows the customer has smooth credit and is not on the Blacklist. 3 The customer has a business license. 4 Customers also provide honest data in conducting interviews with BRI.
