Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of culinary tourism and the creative economy on tourist interest in visiting the city of Berastagi. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Based on hypothesis testing with the t test, the calculated t value for the culinary tourism variable is 2.166, where the value is > 1.986 from t table and the significant value for the culinary tourism variable is 0.01 < 0.05 (5%). In the creative economy variable, the tcount value is 2.220, where the value is > ttable 1.986 and the significant value in the creative economy variable is 0.03 < 0.05 (5%). So it can be concluded that culinary tourism and the creative economy have a positive and significant influence on tourists' interest in visiting the city of Berastagi. And the f test obtained a calculated f value of 9.855 where this value is > f table of 3.09. And the significant value is 0.000 < the significance level of 0.05. So it can be concluded that culinary tourism and the creative economy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on tourists' interest in visiting.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the main factors that influence customer loyalty in the highly competitive online transportation business. Transportation has an important role in everyday life, both in urban and rural areas. Of the various types of transportation, land transportation is the most dominant in Indonesia because of its accessibility, more affordable prices and flexibility. One of the online transportation companies developing in Indonesia is In-Driver, which entered the Indonesian market in 2019 with a unique feature in the form of a negotiation system between drivers and users. In tight competition with other online transportation services such as Gojek, Grab, and Maxim, In-Driver needs to pay attention to factors that influence customer loyalty, brand image, and the value perceived by customers.

Abstract

In this era of increasing globalization, the business world is developing very rapidly, one of which is business in the culinary sector, the number of businesses emerging has resulted in an increase in the number of businesses of a similar nature, causing increasingly fierce competition. Business actors are required to be able to maintain the needs and desires of their customers. By understanding customer needs and desires, this will provide important input for the company. This research was carried out using quantitative methods, meaning that the research was carried out on certain representative populations and samples. The research results show that Service Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions (Y). Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test (F Test) in table 4.17 above, can be seen that the Fcount value is 188.868 where > from Ftable is 3.09 and the significance value is 0.000 which means <0.05. So it can be concluded that the independent variables (Service Quality and Price) simultaneously influence Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

In the era of the development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes in various sectors, including the transportation industry. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction in using Gojek online transportation services, focusing on students of HKBP Nommensen University Medan. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The results of the study indicate that Service Quality and Price significantly affect Service Satisfaction, this is shown in the results of the partial test (t test) T-count value (X1) 10.572> t table 1.985 significance value 0.000 <0.05 and the results of the partial test (t test) T-count value (X2) 18.148> t table 1.985 significance value 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion in this study is that Service Quality and Price have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle and consumer perception on iPhone purchasing decisions among students at HKBP Nommensen University, Medan. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of Lifestyle and Consumer Perception on Consumer Purchasing Decisions for Samsung Smartphones with a research population of HKBP Nommensen University Medan Students and a sample taken using the Snowball sampling approach of 100 people.Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded: The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing with the significance value of the F test on variables X₁, and X2 are 0.000<0.05 and the Fcount value is 183.042 Ftable (Ftable, n-k-2; 98). 2.70. The results of the determination coefficient test show that there is an influence of Lifestyle and Consumer Perception on the Purchase Decision for the iPhone by 79.1% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of price, location and brand image on purchasing decisions for Mixue products in Medan city. This study uses quantitative methods with nonprobability sampling techniques and purposive sampling approaches with a sample size of 100 respondents, The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Mixue consumers with purchases in the last 12 months. the data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis which begins with validity, reliability, classical assumptions, coefficient of determination, F test and t test conducted using SPSS Statistics version 25. Based on the partial t test and simultaneous F test, it shows that the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mixue products. Based on the coefficient of determination R2, it is known that the three independent variables explain 0.618%, the variability of Mixue product purchase data and the rest is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Knowledge and Socialization Agents on Financial Management Behavior in HKBP Nommensen University students. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Based on hypothesis testing with the t test, the calculated t value for the Financial Knowledge variable is 4.754, where the value is > from t table 0.2006 and the significant value for the Financial Knowledge variable is 0.000 < from the significance level of 0.05 (5%). So it can be concluded, Financial Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior. And the f test obtained a calculated f value of 11,733 where this value is > f table of 3.09. And the significant value is 0.000 < the significance level of 0.05. So it can be concluded that simultaneously Financial Knowledge and Socialization Agents together have a significant influence on Financial Management Behavior.

Abstract

Car Free Day (CFD) is a program that aims to reduce air pollution and increase public awareness of the importance of preserving the environment. This research aims to analyze the paradigm of the people of Medan City towards the Car Free Day program in an effort to preserve the environment. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through observation and interviews with people who participate in Car Free Day. The research results show that the majority of people have a positive understanding of the Car Free Day program as a strategic step in reducing air pollution and supporting a healthy lifestyle. However, there are still challenges in implementing this program, such as a lack of active community participation, especially in protecting the environment, as well as a lack of outreach regarding the long-term benefits of Car Free Day. With this research, it is hoped that the government and other stakeholders can increase the effectiveness of the Car Free Day program through better communication strategies and the provision of more adequate facilities and infrastructure. Active community participation is also an important factor in the success of this program to preserve the environment in Medan City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of Minister of Environment and Forestry Policy Number 14 of 2021 concerning Waste Management at the Mela Melket Waste Bank, Gundaling District 1. The research meth od used in this research is descriptive qualitative, using implementation theory according to Ripley and Franklin. The results of the research show that the implementation of waste management policies at the Mela Melket waste bank is still not optimal based on the level of compliance and smooth routine, while the performance results of the Mela Melket waste bank have decreased every year, such as an increase in the number of customers, an increase in the amount of waste managed and an increase in the amount of income. The presence of a waste bank can increase public awareness about the importance of managing waste well so that it can have a positive impact on the Gundaling 1 sub-district, such as reducing flooding which is currently a major problem, earning additional income, and keeping the environment safe and healthy.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of public service quality on individual taxpayer compliance at the East Medan Pratama Tax Service Office. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach and uses non-probability sampling to collect samples and produce 100 samples of WPOP SPT Reports. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as a data collection technique and uses the help of the IBM Statistics SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of the research, all independent variables in this research simultaneously influence WPOP compliance. However, partially only the reliability and responsiveness variables influence WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Medan Timur.
