Abstract

UKM Star Purnama is one of the Small and Medium Enterprises in the North Surabaya area which is engaged in selling school uniforms. UKM Star Purnama has 1 shop and 1 warehouse for stocking school uniforms. However, there are often discrepancies in the number of school uniform stocks in the shop owner's records and the actual goods in the warehouse. This causes the owner to have difficulty in managing the number of orders received from customers. Apart from that, data collection must be carried out repeatedly to ensure that the stock amount in the owner's notebook and the real stock amount are the same as those in the warehouse. To overcome this problem, an inventory recording system is needed to make it easier for warehouse owners and employees to monitor incoming and outgoing stock during a certain period. The creation of this inventory application will be followed by training for the owner and a number of employees regarding the implementation of the application system. In training activities, owners and employees have been given insight into the application features and the types of reports that can be generated from the application. The results of the training showed that there was a change in the work system of owners and employees who switched to using a web-based inventory application and the suitability of the number of school uniform stock records in the application compared to the number of stocks in the warehouse was the same

Abstract

The teaching campus program is one of the flagship programs of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology's Free Learning Campus (MBKM) policy. The Teaching Campus Program is a program that provides opportunities for students to learn outside the classroom by becoming partners with teachers in the learning process at the basic education level. The Teaching Campus Program is a collaboration whose beneficiaries are students at elementary and middle school levels of education. This program focuses on two outcomes, namely developing the competency of students participating in the program through increasing leadership capacity, creativity and innovation, problem solving, communication, team management, and improving analytical thinking, as well as increasing literacy and numeracy for students at target schools. The Class 4 Teaching Campus Program is implemented at Muhammadiyah Parepare Middle School, which is located at Jl. Muhammadiyah No. 8, District. Soreang, Parepare City, South Sulawesi. In the Class 4 Teaching Campus program at SMP Muhammadiyah Parepare, the forms of assistance provided by students in terms of teaching include students helping to teach offline, providing special guidance to students who are not very fluent in reading. In school administration assistance, namely improving library administration, including making visitor lists and book borrowing lists and arranging books. Technology adaptation assistance includes the introduction of computer devices and also guidance in using several learning media applications such as Microsoft Word, Canva and Google Meeting.

Abstract

A website-based archiving information system is an application that allows users to manage digital documents in a structured and easily accessible manner via the internet. In today's digital era, the use of digital documents is increasing and requires a filing system that can store, manage, and provide document access easily and quickly. Therefore, the use of a website-based archiving information system is becoming increasingly popular because it makes it easy to manage digital documents. A web-based archiving information system consists of several features that allow users to manage documents easily. These features include document search, document upload, and document categories. In the document search feature, users can easily search for documents by entering specific keywords. The document upload feature allows users to upload documents to the system easily and quickly. The document categories feature allows users to group documents according to specific types or categories. The design of this archiving information system website is created using Laravel. The result of this research is the Surat Dinas Archiving Information System at the Land and Regional Planning Agency of the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Power tools in the house are very helpful to do the job quickly in every household. As the use of electrical equipment increases, monthly electricity bills tend to increase. To overcome this problem, partners are interested in buying an electric power saving device because it is promised that this tool can save electricity bills by 30% to 45%. However, after using it for several months, the partner felt disappointed because the electricity bill did not decrease. To help partners, counseling is carried out about electrical knowledge related to electric power-saving devices and energy-saving electrical equipment. The outreach aims to increase partners' knowledge about saving electrical power in the household. From the results of the counseling, it is known that partners are able to understand the use of electricity-saving devices so that they are expected to help others to avoid the influence of the promotion of electricity-saving devices. Partners also understand the function of electricity-saving equipment in an effort to reduce electricity bill costs. Efforts to save electricity consumption in households require partner awareness and discipline on the importance of saving electrical energy so that they can regulate the use of electrical devices according to their needs at any time

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at RRI Surakarta under the direct guidance of DPL and English Literature S1 Students from Surakarta University. The material presented is from the book entitled "English Phonetics and Phonology" written by Peter Roach (1998). The material elements presented include vowels (long and short vowels), dipthong and monophthong. The target audience is the wider community who listen to this program at RRI Surakarta. Service is carried out in three activities, namely; lecturing, listening to cassettes, pronunciation practice (response from the listeners or RRI Surakarta officers). All activities ran smoothly because of extra help/demonstrations from the lecturers. The aims of this service are to introduce and practice the pronunciation of English vowels with the help of symbols in the dictionary, and to be able to compare the pronunciation of English vowels with Indonesian or Javanese which they are more proficient in. It is hoped that this service will be useful in encouraging community interest, especially in the Surakarta area, to learn independently without always being in class with the help of a teacher. In this way, it is hoped that the English of Surkarta people will be better and more communicative. Evaluation during the service showed a positive response from the participants

Abstract

Residents in Jayagiri Village, Lembang District, West Bandung work as laborers, entrepreneurs, hotel employees and civil servants. The potential commodity in this area is tourism potential. So that marketing can be done quickly, whether they like it or not, MSMEs must even use internet-based technology to market their products. Based on this reality, efforts to overcome problems in this business for MSME players, the next stage is to prepare so that MSME players can be independent and can create digital marketing. This is done by providing training and guidance on creating digital marketing including, (1) providing an understanding of creating targeted digital marketing; (2) partners are able to create good digital marketing; (3) Creating a productive society and having additional income to support the family economy. Abstract

Schools are one of the potential settings for community empowerment in efforts to implement the Healthy Living Community Movement (Germas). SMA Negeri 7 Takalar is one of the schools in Takalar Regency with 2 (two) priority problems, namely 1) the health service sector, there is no education and routine health screening carried out in schools so that health literacy is low; 2) in the area of availability of health service facilities in schools, there is no information media about health in the school environment and facilities for monitoring student health. Activities carried out to resolve partner problems include peer educator training and empowering academics in schools. This service program runs well and smoothly. This service program, through health education activities and peer educator training that has been carried out, is able to increase the knowledge and skills of students and teachers. It is hoped that all academic members can implement Germas in the school structure so that healthy and intelligent students and a healthy school environment can be created

Abstract

Reading socialization in fostering a culture of literacy in children is carried out as part of community service. This activity was carried out to raise awareness of the importance of reading in building a literacy culture in children. The increasingly rapid development of technology by presenting features that pamper its users encourages children and teenagers to prefer opening social media rather than reading books. The aim of this activity is to; (i) increasing awareness of the importance of instilling the habit of reading books as a means of improving personal quality, (ii) educating the public about the importance of enjoyable learning activities in order to optimize the child's growth and development process, and (iii) providing a comfortable reading place for the community

Abstract

Parenting is the pattern of parenting of parents towards children which influences the child's growth and development, the formation of attitudes and character. Every parent is obliged to care for and love their child. Because basically, every child needs guidance and direction from every parent from the time they are still in the womb until the child understands the meaning of life. Parenting or the parenting style of parents towards children, namely, meeting physical needs, namely food and drink, and also fulfilling psychological needs, namely love, attention, comfort, security, and socializing with the surrounding community so that children can live in harmony with their environment. Most of a child's life span is within the family, therefore parents' parenting patterns towards children greatly determine and influence the child's personality and behavior (child's character). As time goes by, parents' parenting patterns for children are decreasing and decreasing, most parents are busy at work so they cannot hinder children's optimal growth and development. Apart from being busy with work, many parents do not understand parenting, how to properly raise children, which is in accordance with religious values ??and social morals, most parents see that children, after entering adolescence, are considered capable of managing and taking care of their children. their own lives so that many children have the wrong relationships due to lack of parental control in children's growth and development and children's character education. Knowledge about Dukuh Sambiroto Parenting is also still lacking, therefore there is a need for socialization regarding the importance of parenting in character building in children so that children can grow and develop into individuals with character, have commendable behavior, polite speech, politeness in speaking and good impression on himself, his family and society

Abstract

Pancasila, as the foundation of the Indonesian state, emphasizes the importance of applying moral and ethical values in community life. One of the values that is highly relevant to emphasize is the Third Principle, which is "Unity of Indonesia." Socializing the implementation of Pancasila values, particularly the Third Principle, presents a challenge that needs to be overcome, especially in the context of Generation Z living in the era of digitalization and globalization. Generation Z, accustomed to technological advancements, can be directed to understand and apply the Third Principle in their daily lives. Socialization is conducted through engaging approaches in the form of direct interaction. The results of socialization, in the context of implementing the values of the Third Principle, can lead Generation Z to comprehend the diversity of culture, ethnicity, and religion as the nation's wealth. Understanding the Third Principle fosters a sense of nationalism and patriotism. Generation Z with a strong national consciousness tends to be more committed to common interests and national development. In facing the impacts of technology and information, socializing Pancasila values helps Generation Z filter information, develop critical thinking, and use technology ethically
