Jurnal PUAN INDONESIA (Pengabdian Untuk Anak Negeri) Indonesia merupakan wadah untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat dari berbagai disiplin ilmu dalam bentuk Jurnal ilmiah dan Open Accessed System. Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Asosiasi Dosen Bahasa dan Sastra se Kepulauan Riau (Idebahasa Kepri). Artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan di Jurnal Puan Indonesia meliputi hasil-hasil penelitian ilmiah asli, artikel ulasan ilmiah yang bersifat baru, atau komentar atau kritik terhadap tulisan yang ada dimuat di OJS system Jurnal Puan Indonesia maupun dalam terbitan berkala ilmiah lainnya. Jurnal Puan Indonesia menerima manuskrip atau naskah artikel dalam bidang riset terapan dan pengabdian masyarakat yang mencakup bidang keilmuan yang relevan dengan: sosial, kependidikan, sains, keolahragaan, bahasa, bisnis dan ekonomi dari berbagai kalangan akademisi dan peneliti baik nasional maupun internasional. Jurnal PUAN INDONESIA akan menerbitkan jurnal secara bilingual pada bulan Juli dan Januari setiap tahunya. JPI menerapkan kebijakan blind review dimana setiap tulisan yang masuk akan dikirimkan kepada mitra bestari yang terdaftar di JPI. Proses review dapat berlangsung maksimum sampai 30 (tiga puluh) hari kerja dengan alokasi waktu yang diberikan kepada tiap mitra bestari dalam menyelesaikan proses review nya adalah maksimum 14 (empat belas) hari kerja. Jika mitra bestari yang ditunjuk sebelumnya tidak mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan review-nya dalam tenggat waktu yang ditentukan maka ketua dewan redaksi akan menunjuk mitra bestari pengganti untuk melakukan review tulisan yang dimaksud.

Abstract

Character education is something that absolutely must be implemented because basically all teachers as educators have the same goal in shaping the nation's character. Character education is not necessarily the responsibility of moral education or character and Pancasila education, but is the responsibility of all fields of study. Therefore, in the 2013 implementation curriculum, the balance of learning domains between cognitive, affective, and psychomotor is an absolute output as part of national character education. Character is a person's character or morals obtained from internalization with their environment. A person's character will be good if it is based on moral and ethical values that apply and are agreed upon in society. Emphasized the importance of three components of good character, namely moral knowledge or moral knowledge, moral feelings or feelings about morals, and moral actions or moral actions. Good character will appear after the three character components can be fulfilled in students. The purpose of this service is to strengthen character, ethics and digital literacy in the Covid 19 pandemic situation. So this service is moved to provide reinforcement to schools so that they can help and facilitate the use of digital literacy. The method we use is to provide training to schools on how to use literacy easily. Because the result of the learning process is student character development, in reality online learning is carried out by each school only for student cognitive development. Students are only given assignments and the teacher explains their respective subjects, without asking whether students have bathed or students are already in a suitable place for learning, even though the task of a teacher is not only to build students' cognitive development but also to be able to build and instill values. Good personality traits for students and that is part of the main task of a true educator.

Abstract

Financial statements are a form of accountability for the management of economic resources owned by an entity. Published financial reports must be prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards so that these financial statements can be compared with the financial statements of the previous period or compared with the financial statements of a clear entity. Quality of financial reports - (financial statement) is the final result of the process of accounting activities or a summary of financial transactions. Financial statements are prepared to provide information about the position of assets, debts and capital that occur in the company's household as well as its profits and losses. The characteristics of financial reports in terms of quality are based on the Accounting Standards Guide (PSAK), namely: Understandability, Relevance, Materiality, Reliability, Honest presentation, Substance over form, Neutrality, Fair consideration and Completeness. Based on the problems mentioned above, we conducted community service at PT Pasanggrahan Citra Persada, which is an l‹loantral‹tor company engaged in structural work, architects and interiors, with an expert and skilled workforce. PT Pasanggrahan Citra Persada emphasizes sustainable company growth to become one of the best quality construction companies in Indonesia with competency development through human resource development, technology management and good corporate governance.

Abstract

Home is a place where we must feel safe and comfortable, this is of course an important foundation for our role as residents of the house. But human awareness is still lacking in creating a safe and comfortable home. Sometimes humans take trivial things about house ventilation, sanitation of temporary toilet and lighting of a room. The important thing is to have place to live they did not conciderate about healty place. The purpose of community service is to provide counseling about a healthy home which is everyone's dream in Taman Bukit Cibogo, RT.08/RW.17, Kelurahan Leuwigajah, Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan, Kota Cimahi. In order to acive the desire out come, sosialisation is required about healty house. A healthy home doesn't have to be luxurious, but a healthy home is a comfortable place for its residents, so apart from being physically healthy, you also have to pay attention to it physiologically. The results of this dedication service participants know the conditions for a healthy house and healty soul apart from that the service participants can apply it to their respective homes.

Abstract

In carrying out its duties as the AdhoC Committee on duty, deliver information to the people of the city of Solok. The information conveyed is that the public has come to give their right to vote in the 2024 election. Since the public has various perceptions in responding to various issues, proper communication is needed so that the information is right on target. The methods used in this service are lectures, questions and answers, and discussions. Lectures are carried out in conveying public perception material through public communication. This activity was held on Tuesday 24 January 2023 at the Multipurpose Hall of the Rocy Hotel, Bukittinggi City. This activity was attended by 49 members of the Ad HoC Committee for election organizers at the KPU in Solok City, consisting of 10 members of the District Selection Committee and 39 members of the Voting Election Committee. The communication referred to here is the use of appropriate strategies in communicating. The results of this service explain to the Ad HoC Paitian about various strategies that can be used to communicate. These strategies are the 5S (smile, greet, be patient, polite, and simple), love languages, listen 100%, and like or dislike.

Abstract

Technological advancements have greatly impacted the transportation system on highways, including the diverse modes of transportation used by people today. Possessing a mode of transportation has become a status symbol among both the young and elderly members of the community. However, research shows that traffic accidents claim 1.3 million lives each year, with over 3,000 fatalities occurring daily. Batam, an Indonesian city, has the highest rate of traffic accidents, with statistics projecting a 47% increase in accidents from 2021 to 2022. At SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa, over 80% of students commute to school on motorcycles, emphasizing the need to encourage the socialization of Traffic Safety program in driving ethics for students both inside and outside of school to raise awareness of driving ethics and traffic safety, maintain security, order, and safety on the road.

Abstract

Learning with an ethnomathematics approach can improve students' ability to describe meaningful relationships in mathematical concepts and deepen their understanding of mathematics. The development of ethnomathematics-based learning media is interesting to do, especially in areas with strong traditions and culture such as Apuan Bangli Village. However, teachers are not used to utilizing and associating what is in the surrounding environment or existing culture as learning materials and are not accustomed to using and developing innovative media. For this reason, a training program for the development of ethnomathematics-based learning media was implemented to be able to help SD Apuan Bangli teachers in creating meaningful learning for students. This training is divided into three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. This training had a positive impact on teachers where it was stated that the material being taught was creative and innovative in terms of making media that fit the student's environment, connecting material with our culture that we are not aware of, and incorporating mathematics into our culture.

Abstract

The Corona Virus Desease 2019 (Covid-19) epidemic has had a significant impact on economic growth in Indonesia. The community service program was carried out in the Central Overtime Village RW 18, Tani Mulya Village, Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency, Weat Java, which aims to empower the community's economy by providing counseling and workshops on making liquid soap and making hand sanitizer in order to increase the selling value of ingredients for additional improvement of the people's economy. Meanwhile, the uses obtained from the implementation of community service include; able to provide awareness to local residents of the importance of the value of creativity and creative economy by providing added value to raw materials, and being able to become an additional source of income as the development of entrepreneurship and reducing the unemployment rate of the community. The methods used in this community service activity are counseling, demonstration and training to the community as well as assisting in the processing of raw materials for making liquid soap and hand sanitizer. The results of the activity showed the enthusiasm of the residents in participating in the counseling and workshop, being able to provide awareness to residents, which is very important to participate in the development of the creative economy of entrepreneurship in improving the economy of residents.

Abstract

Technological advances and the current pandemic situation require SD Muhammadiyah 3 Denpasar to evaluate the current learning system. The current learning system is less effective due to advances in technological developments, as well as the prolonged pandemic situation that has forced the learning system to be carried out online. Students are still confused about participating in online learning, and are often left behind in effective online learning because the gadgets students usually use for online learning are sometimes being used by their parents or other circumstances. Students need a source of literature or other sources of teaching materials that allow students to review the teaching materials after study hours. Therefore, this community service activity is carried out to provide an effective alternative to be applied to students, namely by making animated videos covering natural science subject matter regarding the functions and parts of plants. This community service activity begins with survey and preparation activities, analysis and development of learning videos, and then conducts outreach and training on how to use these learning videos. Based on the results of the training conducted, students and teachers can properly use this learning video as an alternative reference for learning materials.

Abstract

Learning media is a connecting medium between material content and students who become learning objects. In its implementation, the use of learning media that is less effective results in a decrease in student learning interest, therefore an effective method is needed. The community service team tries to provide training on how to make learning easier and more enjoyable. There are several trainings conducted, namely website training, office training, use of interactive language, and use of information technology. The object of this service activity is carried out at a high school in Batam. Based on the results of the activity, it can be concluded that through the use of more interactive technology-based learning media it can increase a higher interest in learning so that it can further maximize the potential possessed by students. The advice given is that there must be support from parents and teachers by providing adequate facilities and the need for supervision so that the learning process can run optimally.

Abstract

Teachers must perpetually develop their professionalism through professional development activities, scientific publication being one of them. This is stated in Law No. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System, Law No. 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers, Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005 on National Education Standards, and Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation No. 16 of 2009 on the Functional Position of Teachers and their Credit Scores, dated November 10, 2009. Therefore, teachers require writing instruction to prepare them to compose and publish scientific articles. This workshop on the composition of scientific articles was held in Nagari Koto Laweh, Lembang Jaya District, Solok Regency. In their respective professions, teachers and practitioners encounter similar challenges. In the practitioner's world, hierarchical structures and positions, such as supervisors, managers, and others, have their respective benefits. In addition, there are tiers of competence in the field of education that correspond to their respective benefits. Practitioners are typically monitored and required by superiors, whereas in the world of educators, particularly lecturers, there is a hierarchical structure, but lecturers are, in fact, their own managers, including when it is time for promotion. In this study, participant problems include requiring every teacher to publish articles in accredited journals. The Community Partnership Program includes 20 participants: classroom teachers, subject teachers, "bundo kanduang" (local cultural teacher), and staff members. Each participant in the Community Partnership Program has grasped the correct procedure for analyzing scientific articles.
