Abstract

This study looks into how future math teachers solve problems when dealing with sequences. Data show a worrying trend: none of the respondents received a very high score, and more than 60% received a low grade. The biggest obstacle turned out to be harmonic sequences, indicating a critical knowledge gap. Even simple sequences, such as arithmetic sequences, could be challenging, especially when phrased issues and non-consecutive phrases were included. It's interesting to note that students started using online tools like YouTube lessons as part of a self-help movement. This, however, draws attention to a possible over-reliance on outside sources. The study highlights how crucial it is to reinforce fundamental information across a range of sequence types. Future math teachers can approach and solve sequence issues with more confidence if they have a solid grasp of the fundamentals and have conducted purposeful web research. This will ultimately result in more effective teaching methods.

The research results show that: first, from the results of these calculations, it can be seen that sig. research < sig. 5%, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0) and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (H1). This means that there is a significant influence of leadership on the quality of education at STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja. Second, from the results of these calculations, it can be seen that the research sig is < sig 5%. The null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Therefore, these findings provide support for the research hypothesis, which posits a significant influence of organizational commitment on education quality at STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja. Third, from the results of these calculations, it can be seen that the research sig is < sig 5%, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0).

Abstract

Fertilization of phosphate and lime on ultisol soils will increase the pH of the soil where a high soil pH causes an increase in nutrients. However, the fertilization carried out must pay attention to several things, namely the plants being fertilized, the type of soil, the type of fertilizer used, the dose given, the fertilization time and the method of fertilization. This study aims to obtain information on the effect of phosphate fertilization and liming on ultisol soil on the yield of dry corn (Zea mays L.) and soybean (Glycine max L.(Merr). This research was carried out in Halong Village, Baguala District, Ambon City, which took place from January to May 2024. Soil and plant analysis was carried out at the Soil Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Pattimura University. The experimental design used in this study is a complete randomized design with a factorial pattern with three replicates. The factors studied were P fertilizer and lime, where the parameters studied were the weight of dry seeds, corn kernels and soybeans. The results showed that phosphate fertilization on ultisol soil could increase soil pH which led to an increase in dry seed weight of corn and soybeans and the best combination of phosphate and lime fertilizer dosage on ultisol soil for an efficient increase in dry seed weight of corn and soybean was 92.6 kg P2O5/Ha and 1.5 x Ald.

Abstract

This research analyzes risk management related to "TEF Operations on MRT Jakarta's Underground Trains and Stations" using HIRADC, referencing AS/NZ4360 standards and its derivatives in ISO 31000, as well as root cause analysis such as fishbone and 5 why analysis. The objectives are as follows, identify potential risks due to changes in TEF operations, provide recommendations to mitigate these risks, and establish suitable and safe TEF operational methods for underground trains and stations. The study identified 33 potential risks from changes in TEF operations on MRT Jakarta's underground system. Additionally, 17 managerial actions were recommended to minimize these risks. Manual TEF operations are deemed more suitable since the automated TEF operation poses a high-risk category that requires control.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, and online consumer reviews on purchasing decisions. This research approach uses quantitative. The sample used was 100 respondents taken based on the purposive sampling technique. Tests include descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. The next test is the model fit test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination R2. The study's findings show that decisions about what to buy are posively and significantly influenced by brand perception, and positively but no significantly ifluenced by online consumer reviews The Originote product is a beauty product from China. This raises the crucial question of whether the licensing simplification model has an impact on the industrialization of business licensing and the effect on the degradation of environmental wisdom? This research uses the methodQualitative research with data collected and analysis is more qualitative in nature. Qualitative analysis is used by adopting an investment model as a form of implementing business permits in environmental protection in France and Japan with the composition of France being a country without environmental wisdom and Japan having very strong environmental wisdom values. As a result, these two countries implemented a green investment model which emphasizes that economic growth must also pay attention to environmental protection. The environment is also positioned as a legal subject with the same rights as other legal subjects. The government has an important role in forming regulations that lead to a green economy so that every business activity places green investment as the foundation for implementing business activities.
