Lingkungan yang sehat adalah hak setiap orang tanpa terkecuali, sehingga kerusakan lingkungan bertentangan dengan hukum.Pelanggaran dalam ranah lingkungan hidup harus dijaga berdasarkan prosedur penyelesaian hukum yang tepat.Penegakan hukum yang paling efektif adalah hukum administrasi negara, ketika keputusan administrasi (AMDAL) tersebut dibuat dan dikeluarkan oleh badan negara yang berwenang haruslah secara transparan dan AMDAL haruslah dipublikasikan. Ketika dipublikasikan, masyarakat dapat berpartisipasi secara aktif dan kritis. Namun, ketika ada penyimpangan dalam hukum publik, maka dapat diselesaikan langsung . Agar penegakan hukum itu berjalan dengan efektif, maka pengenaan hukum pidana merupakan upaya hukum terakhir teragantung dari beratnya kesalahan pelanggaran lingkungan hidup dan peran aktif masyarakat.Â Â

Perkembangan hukum Indonesia merupakan pengharapan terciptanya hukum yang selaras dan seimbang bagi segala aspek kehidupan. Sejarah perkembangan hokum Indonesia telah memperlihatkan unifikasi maupun kodifikasi sangat sulit diterapkan di Indonesia karena kompleksnya masyarakat Indonesia. Selain itu, pluralism hukum berlaku di Indonesia, sehingga unifikasi menyeluruh sulit dilakukan, sedangkan kodifikasi hanya dapat dilakukan secara parsial.

With the enactment of Act Number 6 of 2014 concerning the Village, then granting of Village Fund by Local Government of Badung to Pelaga Village, requires a of acccountability for the use of aid allocations Village Fund. In this research discusses the Badung regency government policy in managing the allocation of village funds and the accountability Village Revenues and Expenditures Budget in Pelaga Village, Petang District, Badung Regency.

Corruption is a latent danger of the implementation of the life of the nation and the State. Increasing number of corrupt behavior indicates that the country suffered a setback. Corrupt behavior arise as a result of violation of ethics (moral) and a violation of law public officials. Public officials can be guilty of corruption because they have high power and authority in determining an important decision in the society so, the authority that causes them to provide benefits for those who have a particular interest. Therefore, the legal system formed during a system that form the characteristic bad because both in terms of structure, substance and culture of law contained in the legal system impacts corrupt behavior as in terms of recruitment and appointment of public officials who are not fair, then legal substances that do not provide a deterrent effect for the perpetrators of corruption and negative about the legal culture habits as if legalized bribery and gratuities. Thus, forming the characteristics of public officials culpable and justifies any means to enrich themselves for the onset of legal awareness of all the elements of the State.

The existence of the Law on violence in the household indeed seems to give new hope to the resolution of some women's issues. Besides because this law contains various rules governing the prevention, protection and restoration of victims of domestic violence, it also regulates specifically the violence that occurs in households, such as physical, psychological, economic and sexual violence with elements of criminal acts especially different with criminal acts of persecution like those in the Criminal Code. In addition, this law also regulates the obligations of law enforcement officers, health workers, social workers, escort volunteers or spiritual guides to protect victims of violence so that they are more sensitive and responsive to the interests of creating integrity and harmony as expected. The problem is that if we look closely, we will find a variety of legal loopholes which, instead of allowing this law to provide solutions to community problems, may actually create new problems, even legitimize moral deviations in society. . This is related to the weakness of the underlying thinking paradigm / perspective along with assumptions and definitions used in developing legal material. Just as the article on the prohibition of sexuality violence regulated in this Law has multiple interpretations, so that when compared to Islamic law there are several contradictions in the article, so that a solution is needed.

Competition between MSMEs is getting tighter amidst the large number of workers or employees who have been dismissed until they are laid off, which causes competition to come from various parts, both domestic, regional and global. To be able to compete in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic conditions, the right marketing strategy is needed to be able to maintain product sales from Asri Jewelery. So far, the marketing method of Asri Jewelery is still very simple, namely word of mouth for foreign tourists who have purchased products in its showrooms. To solve this problem, the community service team conducted observations, socialization, training and assistance in online marketing. Online marketing for Asri Jewelery products is carried out using Instagram, Facebook and selling through themarketplace. In carrying out this service activity, the participation of partners is very large in providing space and time to participate in all service activities carried out by the service team. From online marketing activities through Instagram, Facebook and this marketplace, the domestic market share of Asri Jewelery products is getting wider, so that Asri Jewelery can still maintain its business sustainability amid the current Covid-19 pandemic.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of regional regulation number 2 of year 2000 regarding prostitution in the village of Sanur Kauh and to find out the obstacles faced in terms of eradicating commercial sex workers in the village of Sanur Kauh. In this study data analysis is not offside the scope of the sample. This research is deductive, based on theories or general concepts. Descriptive approach is intended to describe the phenomena that exist, both natural phenomena and man-made phenomena. Social facts will be obtained from a breakdown of the activities, behavior, actions of people as well as the overall possibility of interpersonal interaction, then presented to others more clearly about what is obtained from the field. The Village Government took persuasive action, approached community leaders in the Sanur Kauh Village, so that they can help the village government to disseminate the negative impacts of prostitution. Then the City Government and Village Government work together to eradicate the practice of prostitution.

Denpasar as one of the cities that has a very dense population activity, so that it has a very vulnerable impact on the movement of community activities on the highway. In an effort to control the activities of the community, it is necessary to impose restrictions through administrative arrangements in the form of requirements in an effort to drive activities for the people of Denpasar, including for persons with disabilities. Persons with disabilities are people who have physical limitations, so that in obtaining their rights, it is necessary to obtain special procedures and conditions including obtaining authentic evidence of driving in the form of a driving license which in this case for persons with disabilities obtain a SIM D. The method used in this study uses the method empirical legal research that examines the phenomenon of dass sollen and dass sein, settings and realities in society obtained through data that is processed and analyzed using qualitative methods presented in a qualitative descriptive manner. From the results of this study, it was found that the provision of SIM D at the Denpasar City Police was not effective because there were still obstacles that arose in the implementation of the service process for providing SIM D. So, Denpasar City Police should immediately make improvements both internally and externally by increasing knowledge and understanding of the implementation of the SIM D granting process as well as preparation of sapras and socialization to the communityDenpasar as one of the cities that has a very dense population activity, so that it has a very vulnerable impact on the movement of community activities on the highway. Kerajinan bambu merupakan sektor industri unggulan di Kabupaten Bangli. Bangli merupakan sentra tanaman bambu di Bali salah satunya adalah Desa Kayubihi. Di tengah pandemi Covid-19, pemasaran kerajinan bambu mengalami penurunan. Selain itu, banyaknya saingan produk serupa di pasaran yang dihasilkan para pengerajin di Cina menjadi penyebab menurunnya pemasaran produk kerajinan bambu lokal. Lesunya ekspor kerajinan bambu telah mengakibatkan banyak pengerajin yang beralih merebut pasar lokal dan beralih profesi. Tujuan dan target yang ingin dicapai a dalah membantu pemasaran produk Kerajinan Bambu dalam rangka meningkatkan kembali perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Kayubihi, Bangli melalui pembuatan Catalogue Buku

Asri art bone waste carving is one of the carving cow and buffalo bone waste which is an icon of Tampaksiring Village. Some problems faced by Asri are not having a place to store raw materials, the quantity of production is still relatively low, and product quality control is still lacking. To overcome these problems, the solutions provided are making raw material storage, providing production equipment, as well as making and assisting in the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for production. The results of this activity are the quality of Asri's raw materials to be better maintained, the quantity of Asri's production has increased, and the quality of the products produced can be controlled.
