Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment are critical factors in improving employee performance and overall organizational effectiveness. OCB refers to voluntary, extra-role behaviors that contribute to organizational efficiency and social environment, while Organizational Commitment reflects the psychological attachment and loyalty of employees to their organization. This research focuses on the interplay between these variables and their combined effect on employee performance. This study aims to evaluate the effects of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on worker performance. Associative research was the methodology employed in this study. The 108 employees or former employees of PT PG Rajawali II make up the study's population. Multiple linear regression was used by the analytical tool. The results showed that organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) have an impact on worker performance at PT PG Rajawali II. Multiple linear regressin result is Y= 1.239 + 0.235 X1 + 0.71 X2 Employee performance can be enhanced for the benefit of the company and the individual by staff members who possess OCB and organizational commitment. To boost staff performance, PT PG Rajawali II should uphold and enhance the standard of corporate commitment and citizenship conduct.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction to OCB and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously, by investigating the role of transformational leadership as a moderator variable at CV. Bangun Mandiri. The population of this study were all employees of CV, using testing techniques with the Smart PLS application. This study uses Measurement Model Analysis (Outer Model), Structural Model Analysis (Inner Model), and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction have no significant effect on OCB. In contrast, Transformational Leadership has a substantial effect on OCB but does not moderate the relationship between Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction with OCB. Thus, only Transformational Leadership has a direct impact on increasing OCB without strengthening other relationships.

Abstract

This thesis aims to analyze the legal conflict between the foundation law and Presidential Regulation Number 13 of 2018 concerning beneficial owners in foundations, where foundations shouldn’t have a beneficial owner. The issues raised are: (1) What’s the juridical analysis of the Criteria for Beneficial Owners of Foundations based on Article 5 of Presidential Regulation Number 13 of 2018 from the perspective of the Foundation Law? and (2) What’s the legal certainty regarding Notaries obligations in listing the beneficial owners in the process of ratifying, establishing or changing the foundation's legal entity, based on Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 9 of 2017? Research methods used are statute approach and conceptual approach. Resulting in a conclusion that a foundation doesn’t have a beneficial owner, and legal certainty for notaries remains uncertain. Therefore, this Presidential Decree should be created and aimed at corporations formed as companies, with profit-oriented activities.

Abstract

The ability of Indonesian students to solve mathematical problems remains moderately low, according to PISA 2022 results. Even the desire and interest to learn mathematics are still relatively low. Hence, this study will determine the impact of the Learning Cycle 7E acquiring model on problem-solving abilities in relation to understudies' mathematical disposition. The procedure used in this assessment is quantitative. A quasi-experimental design was used for this study. The order picked in this experiment is the One Group Pretest-Posttest. The testing design in this review was a cluster random sampling method and got 31 students of 10th class SMAN 3 Kota Kediri. The data assortment process utilized a mathematical disposition survey and a trial of problem-solving abilities. In testing the hypothesis, the Wilcoxon Test result is 0.000 < 0.05 which shows that the Learning Cycle 7E learning model has an effect on students' mathematical problem-solving ability, and the Kruskal-Wallis Test result is 0.972 > 0.05 which shows that there is no difference in mathematical problem-solving ability between students with high, medium, and low mathematical disposition. So, the result of this study is that the 7E Learning Cycle learning model altogether influences problem-solving abilities and is powerful for all understudies' mathematical disposition levels.

Abstract

The results of the Mathematical Literacy Research discuss Indonesia's involvement in PISA since 2000, which has never experienced a significant increase in ranking until 2018. Even the 2018 PISA results showed that Indonesia was ranked in the bottom 10 in the world with an average score of Indonesian students mathematical literacy of 359, while the average was 489. This study aims to describe the mathematical literacy skills of grade X students in solving PISA questions in terms of mathematical disposition abilities. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach with three instruments to be used in this study, namely a mathematical disposition scale questionnaire, a mathematical literacy test, and interview guidelines. The research instrument was first consulted with the collaborating lecturer. The results of the disposition test from 33 grade X.1 students were then analyzed to determine the grouping of students' mathematical disposition abilities. The mathematical disposition scale is given to students in three groups: high, medium, and low. The subjects of this study were four students in the class with different levels of mathematical disposition abilities. Based on the results of this study, the literacy abilities of students reviewed in mathematical disposition tend to vary. Students with a high level of disposition have better literacy and problem-solving skills than those with a medium or low level of disposition

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Learning Motivation, Cognitive, and Learning Interest on Online Learning Quality which is mediated by Self-Efficacy. This research uses primary data from a questionnaire totaling 87 students as respondents. The Likert scale is used to measure all variables, and data processing uses SEM-PLS. The research results show that Learning Motivation directly has a positive effect on Online Learning Quality, but when mediated by Self-efficacy it does not affect Online Learning Quality. Learning Motivation also has no positive effect on Self-efficacy. Cognitive, either directly or indirectly, mediated by Self-efficacy, does not affect Online Learning Quality, but Cognitive has a positive effect on Self-efficacy. Learning Interest has a positive effect on Self-efficacy and Online Learning Quality, but it does not affect Online Learning Quality when mediated by Self-efficacy. This research emphasizes the mediating role of Self-efficacy in the influence of Motivation, Cognitive, and Learning interest on Online Learning Quality.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country that is geographically located between two continents and two oceans. As a country blessed with vast ocean expanses, Indonesia has great potential for marine energy sources. Ocean Wave Power Plants (PLTGL) are a type of energy that has advantages compared to other energy sources, namely that they are available throughout the ocean and are considered more environmentally friendly. However, in its use, Ocean Wave Power Plants require quite a lot of money. Apart from that, even though it is considered more environmentally friendly, ocean wave technology also has environmental impacts. This research aims to analyze the use of ocean wave power generation technology. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. The results of this research show that ocean wave power plants are a renewable energy source that has great potential to be used as an environmentally friendly alternative energy source in Indonesia

Abstract

The South China Sea is a source of conflict between China and Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia and Malaysia because China claims the nine-dash lines that pass through the Indonesian Exclusive Economic Zone and the Malaysian territory. This area has high fishery potential and is the main route for global trade, so the maritime defense strategies of the countries concerned are very crucial. This research method uses qualitative data sources using literature studies. The results of the analysis and discussion show that there are differences between Indonesia's and Malaysia's maritime defense strategies, which are influenced by factors such as the fact that Malaysia is one of the ASEAN countries that claims the South China Sea area. However, Indonesia and Malaysia have similarities by using soft power diplomacy and track-3 multi-track diplomacy in dealing with these threats, one of which is due to the economic cooperation of the both countries with China.
