Abstract

To find out and analyze the influence of country of origin on the decision to purchase NeoGuri noodles at Mandiri Express Mart Medan. To find out and analyze the influence of halal labels on purchasing decisions for NeoGuri Noodles at Mandiri Express Mart Medan. To find out and analyze the country of origin and halal label which simultaneously influence the decision to purchase NeoGuri noodles at Mandiri Express Mart Medan. This research uses associative research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables, where the variables are measured using a Likert scale. This research used a sample of 65 Mandiri Medan Supermarket consumers. Based on the research results, it was concluded that simultaneously, Country of Origin and Halal Label had a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision for NeoGuri Noodles from Korea at Mandiri Express Mart Medan. Partially, Country of Origin and Halal Label have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision for NeoGuri Noodles from Korea at Mandiri Express Mart Medan. Based on the Adjusted R Square calculation of 0.722, it means that 72.2% of the variation in purchasing decision factors can be explained by the Country of Origin and Halal Label variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 27.8% can be explained by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This article analyzes the influence of Company Size and Capital Structure on Financial Performance with Debt Policy as an Intervening Variable in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2020 period. This research focuses on the financial performance of 330 manufacturing companies selected using the purposive sampling method. The analysis was carried out using SPSS 25. The results of the research show that Company Size and Capital Structure have a partial effect on Debt Policy, and Company Size and Capital Structure also have a partial effect on Financial Performance. However, Debt Policy does not have a significant effect on Financial Performance. In addition, mediation of Debt Policy on the influence of Company Size on Financial Performance does not occur, while mediation of Debt Policy on the influence of Capital Structure on Financial Performance can occur

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions through the use of the paylater feature. This study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to students who were studying in Makassar City. The total number of respondents in this study was 46 people. Data analysis techniques used by researchers, namely testing the measurement model and testing the structural model. The results of testing the research data found that performance expectations, effort expectations, and price values do not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions using the paylater feature. The variables of social influence, supporting facilities, hedonic motivation, and habits have a significant effect on purchasing decisions using the paylater feature.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of compensation, leadership and work environment on employee job satisfaction in Mangga Village, Medan Tuntungan District. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to employees in various work units in the area. The results of data analysis using the multiple regression method show that compensation, leadership and work environment have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Compensation that is fair and appropriate for employee contributions is identified as a factor that has a positive impact on job satisfaction. Apart from that, effective leadership and a conducive work environment also play an important role in increasing employee job satisfaction levels. This research contributes to understanding the factors that influence employee job satisfaction at the local level, especially in Mangga Village, Medan Tuntungan. The practical implications of this research can help organizational management and local governments improve working conditions and compensation policies to increase employee job satisfaction in the region. Further research is also recommended to expand the scope of variables or areas that can provide a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of employee job satisfaction at the local level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Social Media Marketing on customer satisfaction at Suara Coffee Space Sei Agul Ujung. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study amounted to 50 respondents taken from 618 total population, namely consumers of Suara Coffee Space Sei Agul Ujung from January - July 2023. Based on the partial t test results, the Service Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on the Consumer Satisfaction variable. For the t test on the Social Media Merketing variable partially does not have a significant effect on the Consumer Satisfaction variable. Based on the F test, it is obtained that the Service Quality variable and the Social Media Marketing variable simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Consumer Satisfaction variable. The Adjusted R Square value obtained is 0.836. Coefficient of Determination, it is obtained that 83.6% of the Consumer Satisfaction variable can be explained by the Service Quality variable and the Social Media Marketing variable, the remaining 16.4% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

This article or writing aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on the productivity of BLP Property employees. This research was obtained from primary data and the research population was 30 employees, then used a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected through distributing research questionnaires, by submitting written statements to BLP Property employee respondents and analyzed quantitatively. Testing this research hypothesis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4. This study shows the results that work environment variables and work discipline variables have no effect on employee productivity variables and work motivation variables have a significant effect on employee productivity variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether content marketing and experiential marketing have an influence on consumer purchasing decisions, a case study of consumers in Medan Tembung District. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. And hypothesis testing using SPSS 26. The results showed that partially content marketing has a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions in consumer case studies in Medan Tembung District, and experiential marketing has little significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for consumers in Medan Tembung District. Simultaneously content marketing and experiential marketing have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions, a case study of consumers in Medan Tembung sub-district.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of the physical work environment on the level of employee satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia KCP Alue Bilie. The focus of the analysis is evaluating the impact of the physical work environment on employee satisfaction, using qualitative research methods and involving several informants. The object of this analysis is the employee of PT Pos Indonesia KCP Alue Bilie. The research subjects were the condition of the physical work environment and the employees of PT Pos KCP Indonesia Alue Bilie, numbering only 2 people. Determining the sources using purposive sampling technique, 2 sources were obtained. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research are that the availability of physical facilities, such as air conditioning, lighting, and also wages based on position, as well as the quality of team work can have an impact on employee satisfaction at work. It was concluded that employees at PT. Pos Indonesia KCP Alue Bilie has achieved an adequate level of satisfaction with the physical work environment, as seen from their ability to complete tasks on time, even though these tasks are considered a burden on the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of teamwork on the effectiveness of employee performance at the Langsa City Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD). This research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that effective teamwork has a significant influence on improving work efficiency, productivity, and service quality. Factors such as open communication, clear division of roles, and supportive leadership play an important role in building a solid team. Although some challenges such as conflicts and differences in perception between team members arise, these challenges can be managed well through mediation and participatory leadership. Technology has also been shown to help facilitate team communication and collaboration. Overall, the study concludes that good teamwork contributes to more effective employee performance and betterquality public services. These results support team management theories that state that structured collaboration supported by appropriate leadership can increase organizational productivity.

Abstract

The objective to be achieved in this study is to determine how personal branding, satisfaction, and motivation affect the loyality of saving and loan cooperative members at KOFIPINDO unit 4 Medan Denai. The type of research used is an associative research type with a quantitative approach to determine the relationship between variables with a population of 850 people and with a number of samples used, namely 90 respondents through a questionnaire.. Based on the results of this study, it shows that: (1) personal branding (X1) has a positive and significant influence on loyality (Y) as evidenced by the calculated t value of 2,316 t table 1.987, (2) satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant influence on loyality (Y) as evidenced by the calculated t value of 3.843 t table 1.987, (3) motivation (X3) has a positive influence on loyality (Y) as evidenced by the calculated t value of 9.053 t table 1.987, (4) the existence of a significant influence simultaneously between personal branding, satisfaction, and motivation on loyality can be seen through the calculated f table where the value is 100.388 6.163.
