Abstract

This study aims to determine the appropriate marketing strategy for Mixue Rajamandala using a SWOT analysis, reinforced by the IFAS and EFAS Matrices, and then formulated into a TOWS Matrix. The background of this study is a decline in sales unrelated to local competition, but rather due to the suboptimal utilization of internal strengths and external opportunities. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, and data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. The analysis results showed a total IFAS score of 2.66 and an EFAS score of 2.68, placing Mixue Rajamandala in quadrant II of the TOWS Matrix (WO strategies). Recommended strategies include: increasing creative promotions through social media such as Instagram and TikTok, enhancing outlet comfort with aesthetic designs, collaborating with the local community, increasing store visibility through visual elements such as Mixue statues, and developing seasonal, non-ice cream products during the rainy season. The originality of this study lies in the finding that the decline in sales was not driven by competition, but rather by underutilized internal and external marketing strategies. This finding provides a new contribution to the study of marketing strategies, particularly in franchise businesses in semi-urban areas, which have so far tended to be underexplored in academic literature.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Burnout on employee performance at Cibiuk Resto Lembang. Burnout, which is a condition of physical and emotional exhaustion due to prolonged job stress, is believed to affect the quality of performance is believed to affect the quality of performance provided by employees. by employees. Abstract

The high number of defects in convection products is one of the main problems that have an impact on reducing quality and consumer confidence. The purpose of this research is to identify the dominant types of defects, trace the main causes, and design improvement proposals based on Seven Tools as a quality control method. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach by collecting defective product data from January to December 2024. The data was analyzed using Check Sheet, Histogram, Pareto Diagram, Fishbone Diagram, Scatter Diagram, Control Chart, and Flowchart tools to trace the patterns, causes, and stability of the production process. The results show that the most common types of defects are loose buttons and broken threads, which are influenced by human factors, machines, work methods, and materials. After the implementation of improvement proposals, such as labor training, the use of semi-automatic machines, and the arrangement of the work environment, the product defect rate has decreased significantly. Thus, Seven tools proved effective in analyzing quality problems and became a solution to improve the quality of convection production.

Abstract

The application of Reward and Punishment in the company must be given correctly, it can affect employee performance. The purpose of this study is to see how the Effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance of PT. Multi Garmenjaya. This type of research uses quantitative methods, with distributing questionnaires as many as 93 respondents selected as the population of the study through simple random sampling and producing 93 replies respondents. The results of research ii, namely in thet test, Reward has a tcount value of 5.969 and a ttable value of 1.986 with a Sig value. 0.001 < 0.05 means that Reward has a partial effect on employee performance.Punishment variable has a tcount value of 3.030 and a ttable value of 1.986 with a Sig value. 0.003 <0.05 means that punishment has a partial effect on employee performance. Based on the F test, the Fcount value of 21.440 is greater than the ftabel of 3.10. Because the value of Fhitung > Ftabel (21.440 > 3.10) then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, H3 is accepted. This means that the Reward and Punishment variables affect employee performance simultaneously with the coefficient of determination. 0,308 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Global Positioning System (GPS) use and courier work experience on delivery accuracy. In the logistics and delivery industry, timely delivery is a key focus for logistics companies. In this study, the authors explore how Global Positioning System (GPS) use and courier work experience can improve delivery accuracy. This study employed a quantitative method using a questionnaire as the data collection tool. Questionnaire data was obtained from 52 couriers at PT. Pos Indonesia, South Tangerang Branch. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with an associative quantitative approach and primary data. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 27. The results of this study indicate that Global Positioning System (GPS) use has a positive and significant effect on delivery accuracy at PT. Pos Indonesia, South Tangerang Branch. This is indicated by the calculated t-value for this variable in the data processing results being greater than the t-table (7.068 > 2.010). The next variable, Courier Work Experience, also has an effect on delivery accuracy at PT. Pos Indonesia KC Tangerang Selatan has a calculated t-value greater than the t-table (4.115 > 2.010). This indicates that the use of the Global Positioning System and courier work experience can help couriers and companies improve their delivery accuracy.

Abstract

This research aims for in-depth analysis to find out the extent to which the effectiveness of training and development of HR at Solusi Tata Ruang (STR) Interior. such as things - what things are obstacle factors in conducting training and development of HR at Solusi Tata Ruang (STR) Interior and also how the benefits of doing this. In this study, researchers used a qualitative type of research method. By explaining in detail related to training and development in the Interior Layout Solution (STR) company. The results of this study Overall, training and development of human resources at STR Interior has had a positive impact on improving the ability and work readiness of employees, but there are still obstacles that must be improved such as systems, documentation, long-term planning , as well as active involvement from management in the continuous development process. Training provides benefits in terms of improving technical skills, work efficiency, and reducing errors in carrying out tasks, as applied in the company Solusi Tata Ruang (STR) Interior through training in design software and working drawings. Meanwhile, development focuses on building character, leadership, and readiness for greater responsibility through programs such as mentoring and job rotation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of participative leadership style, organizational culture, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Satu Bintang. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the participative leadership style does not have a significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, organizational culture has a positive and significant impact, suggesting that a strong organizational culture can enhance employee productivity and performance. Likewise, the work environment also shows a positive and significant influence on employee performance, highlighting the importance of a supportive and comfortable workplace. Simultaneously, the three variables are proven to have a significant influence on employee performance. These findings suggest that the company should prioritize strengthening its organizational culture and improving work environment conditions. In addition, leadership approaches should be reevaluated to ensure they align with employee needs and organizational goals. This research is expected to serve as a useful reference for companies seeking effective strategies to enhance employee performance through appropriate managerial practices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and present an analysis of whether there is a positive influence between the work environment and employee productivity at the Rengganis boutique in Bandung. The type of research used is descriptive with a quantitative method. The author uses quantitative research because the data collection technique used involves questionnaires and statistical tools to process the questionnaires to determine whether there is a positive influence between the work environment and employee productivity at Rengganis Boutique. The results of the data analysis in this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the work environment and employee productivity. Based on the simple regression equation, where the regression coefficient value is 0.320, it indicates that the Work Environment has a positive influence on Employee Productivity. The coefficient of determination provided by the Work Environment variable on Employee Productivity is 85.9%, with the remaining 14.1% influenced by other factors not investigated in this study by the author. The t-test results show that if the calculated t-value is greater than the table t-value (9.554 > 2.110), it means there is a significant influence between the Work Environment and Employee Productivity at Rengganis Boutique, so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze service quality, measure patient satisfaction, and examine the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction at Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through a Google Form questionnaire distributed to 83 respondents. The results show that the overall service quality is categorized as good, with an average score of 3.06 on a 4-point scale. The Responsiveness dimension received the highest score (3.15), while the Tangible dimension had the lowest (3.01). Patient satisfaction was in the satisfied category with an average score of 3.10, where 78.3% of respondents reported being satisfied to very satisfied. Statistical analysis revealed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of 0.648 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.420. The t-test result showed a t-count of 7.652 > t-table 1.984 (significance value 0.000), confirming that service quality significantly affects patient satisfaction. Therefore, improving service quality can significantly enhance patient satisfaction at Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leverage, sales growth, and firm size on firm value in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2024 period. A quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis was employed. Firm value was measured using Price to Book Value (PBV), leverage by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), sales growth by Net Sales Growth Ratio, and firm size by the natural logarithm of total assets. The research sample consisted of 37 banking companies selected through a purposive sampling method. The results indicate that leverage has no significant effect on firm value. Conversely, sales growth has a positive and significant impact, while firm size negatively and significantly affects firm value. An adjusted R-squared value of 0.620348 suggests that 62.03% of the variation in firm value can be explained by this model, with the remainder attributed to other variables outside the model.
