Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the value of consumers’ willingness to pay for the Instant Wedang Uwuh product produced by CV Dewi Makmur. The product was an innovative traditional herbal drink presented in an instant form, making it more practical to serve. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data obtained through direct observation and the distribution of questionnaires to prospective consumers. The method used to determine the willingness to pay value was the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM), an economic valuation approach based on consumers’ perceptions of the product, using an open-ended question technique. To analyze the influencing factors and test hypotheses, logistic regression was applied with the aid of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25.0. The results showed that consumers’ willingness to pay for the Instant Wedang Uwuh product reached IDR 25,190 per product or per box containing 5 sachets, each weighing 25 grams. This value was 26% higher than the previously offered selling price of around IDR 20,000. The factor found to have a significant influence on willingness to pay was the product quality variable, indicating the potential for increasing the market selling price while maintaining product quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of operational costs and production costs on the profitability of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Terubuk in Bengkalis Regency. Profitability in this research is measured using the Return on Assets (ROA) indicator. The background of this study is based on the importance of cost management in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness, especially for region-owned enterprises that provide public services. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis.The data used are secondary data obtained from the financial statements of PDAM Tirta Terubuk Bengkalis for the period 2022 to 2024. The results show that partially, both operational costs and production costs have a negative and significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously, these two independent variables contribute 65,6% to the variation in the company’s profitability. These findings align with cost efficiency theory and previous studies which state that an increase in costs, if not accompanied by effective management, can reduce the company’s net profit. Therefore, PDAM is advised to implement more optimal cost control strategies to maintain the sustainability and financial performance of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Livin’ by Mandiri application using the SWOT analysis approach (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The application represents a digital transformation of Bank Mandiri’s banking services, designed to provide easy access and efficiency in financial transactions. Despite offering various advantages such as a wide range of features, a user-friendly interface, and the backing of Bank Mandiri’s trusted reputation, the application also faces several challenges, including technical issues, reliance on internet connectivity, and varying levels of digital literacy among users.The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, focusing on active users of the Livin’ application. Data were collected through interviews, direct observations, and documentation studies, with data validity ensured through triangulation.The analysis results show that the application has strong growth potential in line with the increasing public interest in digital banking services. To address the existing challenges, strategies are needed to improve security systems, develop innovative features, and collaborate with external parties such as fintech companies. Proper management of internal strengths and external opportunities, along with mitigation of weaknesses and threats, can help strengthen Livin’ by Mandiri’s position amid the growing competition in digital financial services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image and Lifestyle on Iphone Purchasing Decisions with Purchase Intention as an Intervening Variable. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study were students in Surakarta and the sample used in this study was 100. The data collection technique was carried out through a survey by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses SmartPLS software. The results showed that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (β = 0.452; t = 3.903; p < 0.05), while lifestyle has a positive but insignificant effect (β = 0.159; t = 1.102; p> 0.05). Brand image also has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (β = 0.404; t = 3.712; p < 0.05), as well as lifestyle (β = 0.404; t = 3.381; p < 0.05). The effect of brand image on purchasing decisions through purchase intention is significant (β = 0.113; t = 2.368; p < 0.05), while lifestyle through purchase intention is not significant (β = 0.113; t = 1.706; p > 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer preferences for Wedang Herbal products and to identify attributes that influence purchasing interest based on consumer preferences. This research method is descriptive quantitative using a sampling technique carried out by non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling type. This study used 50 respondents with the criteria for respondents required are someone who has bought it and prospective consumers who will buy Wedang Herbal at CV X Magelang Regency. The data analysis method used to determine consumer preferences is conjoint analysis while to determine consumer purchasing interest using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS application program analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that consumer preferences have a significant effect on purchasing interest in Wedang Herbal products, both simultaneously (F test) and partially (t test).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation on employee job satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 30 employees at Catering Umik in Jember. The independent variables in this study used were transformational leadership and motivation while the dependent variable was job satisfaction. This study used quantitative descriptive analysis by taking questionnaires from existing samples. This study uses a likert interval scale of 1-5. The data processing method in this study uses SPSS software. It can be concluded that the results are; 1) transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) Motivation does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Transformational leadership and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive business environment, employee performance is a crucial factor in determining the sustainability and competitiveness of a company. Employee performance is influenced by several factors, such as leadership style and work environment. This study focuses on PT Sinergi Adimitra Jaya, a manufacturing company specializing in the production of baby and adult diapers, to analyze the influence of these factors on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by survey using questionnaires distributed to 102 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. The data collected were then analyzed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares) through SMART PLS 4.0 software. The analysis includes outer and inner models to assess validity, reliability, and relationships between variables. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. However, job satisfaction does not significantly mediate the relationship. Conversely, the work environment does not have a significant direct influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate its influence. The evaluation of the model resulted that leadership style and work environment explained 38.1% of the variability in job satisfaction, while 31.2% of the variability in employee performance was explained by leadership style, work environment, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Rucas's marketing strategy leverages online promotions and creative content to reach a wider audience. The unique approach in advertising, featuring unconventional models, successfully attracted the attention of social media users. By considering customer perceptions of advertisements and brands as mediating variables, the influence of endorser attractiveness on customer purchase intentions is the objective of this research. Purposive sampling was used to select 153 people who are familiar with the Rucas advertisement. The data collected through online questionnaires were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Menurut hasil penelitian, daya tarik selebriti memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap sikap terhadap iklan dan merek. Except through the mediation of attitudes and engagement on social media, that attractiveness does not directly influence purchase intentions. These results indicate that, to enhance advertising effectiveness and drive purchase decisions, marketing strategies involving endorsers must consider the role of attitude and engagement mediation.

Abstract

High quality human resources are highly expected by companies today to help them achieve their goals. Knowledgeable and reliable personnel will be very beneficial for the company. The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of how the company supports employee readiness to face change at CV. Niki Harum Semarang. In this study, the author applies theory and experience in the field of Organizational Behavior, especially those related to changes in the organization and company performance. This study aims to provide input/knowledge to employees of CV. Niki Harum Semarang in responding to positive changes that occur within the organization/company so that they can take a positive attitude if stress arises at work. This study uses a method known as systematic random sampling, and is conducted with a questionnaire. An in-depth regressive analysis strategy is used in this research investigation. The results of this study indicate that employee readiness to face change has a positive and statistically significant effect on company performance. It is highly recommended that companies meet employee needs in facing change so that it has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee readiness to face change to maintain and improve good company performance and will support the company in achieving its main goal, namely company profit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction, influencer marketing, and product variety on purchasing decisions for So Nice products. A quantitative approach was employed, using an online survey questionnaire distributed to respondents. Purposive sampling was used with criteria: respondents aged 17 years or older, having purchased So Nice products, and aware of So Nice advertisements featuring Asnawi Mangkualam. A total of 160 respondents participated, and the data were analyzed using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with SPSS. The results showed that all three independent variables positively and significantly influence purchasing decisions. Customer satisfaction had the greatest, followed by product variety, and influencer marketing. These findings highlight the importance of product quality, diverse product offerings, and relevant marketing strategies in enhancing consumer purchasing decisions. Based on these findings, it is recommended that So Nice improve product quality and innovate new flavors that align with local market preferences. Marketing strategies using influencers should focus on credible figures in the culinary field. Future research is encouraged to explore other variables such as pricing and customer loyalty to broaden insights into consumer purchasing behavior.
