Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student religiosity at MTs Aisyiyah Binjai. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are that the task of the teacher is not only to provide learning materials, but the teacher is also a facilitator and invites students to increase students' religiosity through good examples as well.

Abstract

The development of Maharah Al-Qira’ah in Arabic Language Learning at MA Al-Ma'arif consists of three parts: First, Planning. Before the learning process is carried out, the teacher first prepares a plan for teaching and learning activities related to teaching materials and methods in the form of a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), which serves as a teacher's guide in carrying out learning in the classroom. Second, Implementation. In the implementation of Arabic language learning, the learning process does not solely refer to the lesson plan that has been made, but the teacher applies several learning methods or strategies that are in accordance with the level of ability and needs of students such as providing motivation and understanding of the importance of learning Arabic. Third, Evaluation. The evaluation of Arabic learning carried out is evaluating the level of progress and improvement of students' Arabic learning and evaluating the teaching methods or strategies applied by Arabic teachers in the learning implementation process. The Problematics of Arabic Language Learning, a. The problems faced by teachers are the lack of interest and interest in learning Arabic by students, the weak spirit of student learning in the implementation of learning, the lack of student understanding of the importance of learning Arabic, the lack of student Arabic practice in the learning process. b. The problems faced by students are lack of vocabulary mastery, difficulty in pronouncing Arabic, difficulty in memorizing Arabic texts, difficulty in composing sentences using Arabic. Solutions to Overcoming Arabic Learning Problems are Creating a comfortable and effective teaching and learning atmosphere, Providing support and encouragement to students in honing Arabic language skills, Providing understanding and motivation to students regarding the importance of Arabic, Conducting evaluations and practices in the madrasah environment in an effort to improve students' Arabic language skills, Carrying out extra-curricular activities that can add insight and knowledge to students related to Arabic language learning, Updating books in the library related to Arabic language learning materials and methods.

Abstract

This study is aimed at learning how the use of takrir and taqlil methods has affected the memorized qualities of the Qur’an. The study used 30 santri's samples. With a small population population, this research makes the entire population a study sample.It belongs to quantitative research. The study employed several techniques of data collection, observation, angket, and documentation. As for quantitative data analysis techniques using formulas of validity, reability, linear regression equations, classic assumptions test, hypothetical tests (t and determinations). The results of this study as follows: First, the results of the t-test suggest that takrir and taqlil's methods have significant influence on the qur 'an qualitative variables, Second, the r square of 0.341 which has the sense that memorized quality variables of the Koran are influenced together by 34.1%, while the rest of the 65.9% are affected by variables that do not exist in the study.

Abstract

Research on the principal's humanistic leadership in an effort to improve teacher performance aims to explain: 1) Implementation of the principal's humanistic leadership style; 2) The impact of the implementation of humanistic leadership style on teacher performance; 3) The obstacles of humanistic leadership in an effort to improve teacher performance. This research method uses qualitative research methods with descriptive nature. Data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation methods. Data validity test using triangulation technique. Checking the validity of data by comparing data sources from observations and data from interviews. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From this research, it can be found and concluded that: 1) The leadership of the Principal of SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta in an effort to improve teacher performance uses a humanistic leadership style with the principal providing facilities and humane treatment, providing equal attention, dispatching teachers to Umrah, giving rewards and giving sanctions to teachers; 2) The impact of the principal's leadership in an effort to improve teacher performance, among others: Creating a good working atmosphere, Providing flexibility for teachers in conveying aspirations and Providing enthusiasm and appreciation for teachers; 3) The obstacles in the principal's leadership in an effort to improve teacher performance at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta include: The principal sometimes does work that is not the realm of the principal, Lack of assertiveness from the principal, There is still forgiveness to the teacher and there is still a sense of reluctance to the teacher.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out teacher strategies in improving student learning outcomes in SKI subjects at the Adnan Modern Islamic Boarding School Foundation Middle School. This research uses qualitative methods with the type Field Research. The techniques used to obtain data are interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research uses the Miles and Huberman data analysis model which consists of several steps, namely: 1) Collecting data; 2) Reduction data; 3) Displaying data; 4) Drawing conclusions and verifying data. Meanwhile, the data validity technique in this research uses triangulation, namely source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The strategies used by teachers to improve student learning outcomes at the Adnan Modern Islamic Boarding School Foundation Middle School are: project-based learning strategies, namely strategies with learning methods that use projects/activities as media. Students will carry out exploration, assessment, interpretation, synthesis and information to produce various forms of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the learning management model in increasing students' religious competence. The research method used is a qualitative research method, with the type of field research. There are three collection techniques used in this study, namely: interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis carried out in this study used data analysis with the Miles & Huberman interactive analysis model, which was carried out through four steps, namely collecting data, selecting data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verifying. To guarantee the validity of the data, triangulation techniques are used. The results found that the model used in worship learning activities is using the POAC model, with the following stages: First, planning activities, namely by setting targets to be achieved and the strategies used in carrying out these learning activities; Second, Organizing Activities, namely schools making arrangements for the resources they have and making arrangements related to learning activity procedures; Third, Actualization of activities, namely learning activities carried out in accordance with planned and regulated procedures; Fourth, to control, namely to supervise all learning activities carried out.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategies of Arabic teachers increasing Arabic vocabulary at SMP IT Al-Jawahir. The method used In this research is a qualitative research method. This research use 2 types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. In collecting primary data, researchers take data directly from informants through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used by researchers are Data Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion/Verification techniques.The result of this research are that there are 2 teacher strategies in learning Arabic vocabulary at Al-Jawahir IT Middle School, namely the Educational Game Strategy and the Arabic Vocabulary Singing Strategy. With the Educational Game Strategy, students can easilly understand Arabic, both through pictures and Arabic writing. And with the Singing Strategy in learning vocabulary, student can memorize vocabulary quickly. Supporting factors In the learning strategiles carried out by teachers at SMP IT Al-Jawahir are professional Arabic teachers, the availability of learning facilities, and student’s interest In learning. The inhibiting factors for learning strategies are the background of students who come from general Elementary School (SD), the background characteristics of each student, an environment that does not use Arabic, and short learning time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) parental support of children. (2) children's learning motivation (3) the relationship between parental support and motivation to children's learning outcomes. This research is included in quantitative research. The population of this study were all parents in the school, totaling 33 people. Determination of the sample using the saturated sample method, where all the population is sampled. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used statistical test data with SPSS ver. 23.0 for windows.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to illustrate the management of efforts to improve teacher performance which is declining, such as: 1) Inaccuracy in attendance, 2) Unprofessional performance and so on. This phenomenon indirectly affects teaching and learning activities (KBM) in schools, which results in student learning achievement decreasing due to teachers being less professional. This will of course affect the quality of education and impact the good name of school institutions. When this has become a phenomenon, a system must be implemented to overcome this problem. And the main device subject is the school principal as a control device to evaluate and research the causes of this phenomenon. School principals must be discerning and intelligent in researching problems in depth and detail and finding solutions so that teacher performance problems can be resolved well, so that teachers as educators can restore their performance spirit to be more responsible and professional.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of multiple-choice items on the end-of-semester summative questions on PAI subjects at SDN Rowokangkung 01 Lumajang, the analysis was carried out qualitatively in terms of material aspects, construction aspects and language aspects. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive-analytical method, while the research data is obtained through documentation method. From this study it can be concluded that in terms of the three aspects, the questions have met the criteria of good and feasible use.
