Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management of competency development for Islamic religious education teachers in the use of learning media at the Rahmat Islamiyah Foundation in Medan. This research uses qualitative research methods, with a phenomenological type. Data was obtained using several data collection methods, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data was analyzed using the Miles Huberman interactive analysis model, with four stages: 1) data collection; 2) data reduction; 3) data presentation; 4) Drawing conclusions and verifying data. The technique used to guarantee the validity of the data is using triangulation. The results of the research show that schools manage the development of teacher competency in the use of learning media, namely by: 1) providing development training to teachers; 2) motivate teachers to innovate learning, especially in the use of learning media; 3) supervise every teacher who teaches; 4) carry out evaluations and provide rewards.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the number of children and even teenagers whose ability to read the Quran is still low. There are several factors that influence one of them, namely because of the many types of methods for learning the Quran. With the rapid development of science, especially in the field of education, many practical methods for learning to read the Quran, one of which is the At-Tartil Method. This At-Tartil method is the right choice for anyone who wants to learn the Quran. This study aims to determine how the application of the At-Tartil Method to improve the ability to read the Quran. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: First, learning using the At-Tartil Method is carried out in two times, namely afternoon and evening. Second, there are 3 assessment systems using the At-Tartil Method, namely daily assessment, level assessment / volume increase, and munaqosyah. Third, there are several supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the application of the At-Tartil Method.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the quality of students' memorization of the Al-Quran and the influence of the tasmi` method on the quality of memorization. The method used in this research is a quantitative experimental method with pretest and posttest types with a sample of 35 students. The data measuring tools used are observation, tests and documentation. The results of this research were analyzed using statistical data analysis with the SPSS application. The results of the research show that the average value of the experimental class is that the class using the Tasmi method is higher than before using the Tasmi` method. As well as memorization fluency, letter fluency, waqf signs, recitation and memory for rote reading. Thus it can be concluded that there is a difference in the quality of students' memorization of the Al-Qur'an on the topic of the Al-Qur'an between before using the tasmi` method and after using the tasmi` method on the quality of students' memorization of the Al-Qur'an in tahfiz subjects at MTs Madinatussalam.

Abstract

The article discusses the role of Islamic religious education and character building through Islamic religious education in early childhood (PAUD). Therefore, the main goal of PAI learning is the formation of personality in students which is reflected in their behavior and mindset in everyday life. Besides that, one of the successes of PAI learning in schools is also determined by the application of appropriate learning methods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Sumber data penulis diperoleh dari literatur dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik temuan dan dokumentasi. Model analisis data yang dilakukan penulis adalah isi analisis yang bersifat deduktif dan induktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem desain instruksional atau dikenal dengan desain pembelajaran, dan penerapannya dalam penyusunan bahan terbuka. Kegiatan Perancangan Sistem Pengajaran atau Perancangan Pembelajaran adalah suatu proses untuk melaksanakan alur kerja pembelajaran secara sistematis dengan menganalisis kebutuhan belajar siswa, menganalisis cara memenuhi kebutuhan belajar dan cara belajar siswa baik dari segi strategi maupun metode. Penerapan Desain Sistem Instruksional Dalam membuat bahan ajar untuk pembelajaran harus didasarkan pada desain sistem Instruksional agar bahan ajar yang dibuat tidak hanya bahan ajar yang selalu berulang ulang tahun demi tahun tanpa adanya kebaruan pada bahan ajar yang dibuat. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa validitas penerapan sistem desain instruksional dalam pembuatan bahan ajar masih sangat kurang bahkan jarang dilakukan oleh para pendidik dalam mempersiapkan bahan ajar yang akan digunakan.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the roles and challenges faced by an educator in the formation of student character. The method used in this research is a literature review which is carried out using literature (library), either in the form of books, notes, or reports on the results of previous research. The results of this study indicate that teachers have complex tasks and responsibilities towards achieving educational goals, teachers are not only required to master the knowledge to be taught, have teaching knowledge and skills, teachers are also required to have morals, character and personality that can be used as role models. for students.

Abstract

The racial, cultural, and religious diversity present in Indonesia poses its own challenges to the education system. Instead of being a source of division, these differences should be seen as an asset. This underscores the necessity of multicultural education. KH. Hasyim Asy'ari and KH. Abdurrahaman Wahid are two figures who have made significant contributions to the progress of Indonesia, particularly in the field of multicultural Islamic education. Therefore, it is important to examine the ideas of these two figures using qualitative methods and a literature review approach. The multicultural Islamic education they advocated has proven effective in addressing conflicts and divisions.

Abstract

This journal discusses an important problem that is often faced in learning activities is choosing the right textbook in order to help students achieve competence. This study aims to determine the background of the selection of fiqh textbooks and the quality of the seventh grade fiqh textbooks at MTs Yayasan Pendidikan Az-Zuhri. This research is a type of qualitative research, while the research method carried out in data analysis using the content analysis method is a research technique to make inferences that can be replicated and valid data by taking into account the context. The results showed that first, the selection of fiqh textbooks at MTs Az-Zuhri Education Foundation was more consistent with using the Mawaridussalam Press publisher. The quality of the textbooks used at the Az-Zuhri Education Foundation MTs is considered poor because, in presenting the content of the material as a whole, it is not in accordance with the SK and KD, in terms of presentation it does not meet the completeness of the presentation and does not contain a complete list of supporters, in terms of language the lack of conformity with the level of development of students, and in terms of graphics there are still many that are not in accordance with the aspects of quality textbooks. However, it requires a review of the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP) in order to produce a book of better quality in terms of the aspects of the book.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of the Brainstorming learning method at MTs Ar-Ridha in Fiqh subjects with a focus on improving the ability to express opinions. This research is qualitative research that is descriptive in nature and is included in the type of field research or field research. The data analysis technique used is based on the Miles and Huberman approach which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To ensure the validity of the data, triangulation techniques were used. The research results show that the application of the Brainstorming method to Fiqh subjects involves a series of stages, such as: 1) planning, 2) implementation, and 3) evaluation.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental need for humans, because with education humans can develop physical and intellectual potential. Moreover, Islamic education, which is a guideline for Muslims in forming an obedient attitude and in accordance with religious law. Monotonous learning, namely using traditional learning methods, reduces the quality of education because it does not keep up with progress. However, the challenges in learning at UBQ Nurul Islam Mojokerto Middle School, the lack of asking students and outdated learning methods, make it necessary to innovate in learning, one of which is mind mapping. This research uses a quantitative approach to explain the application of mind mapping in PAI learning. The results show that this mindmapping method is quite well implemented by educators. Because by using the mind mapping method students become more active and make it easier for them to understand the learning.
