Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze Roger Bacon's thoughts on experimental education and scientific methods and their relevance in the context of modern education. This study uses a library method to analyze Roger Bacon's thoughts on experimental education and scientific methods, and their impact on the development of scientific education. By reviewing related literature, this study aims to explore the relevance of Bacon's thoughts in modern education, especially in the context of science and technology education. The result of Roger Bacon's thoughts is the development of education that is more based on experiments and scientific methods, which encourage direct observation and empirical verification. His ideas about the importance of critical thinking and the practical application of knowledge are relevant to the modern educational approach, which emphasizes project-based learning and experiments. Bacon's thoughts also lead to the simplification of the delivery of scientific knowledge, making it more accessible and understandable to the wider community.

Abstract

One of the character-building educational institutions is Pondok Pesantren. The words pesantren may often be heard in our ears because there are many pesantren in almost all corners of the country and in particular are very easy to find in the Java region. Usually this pesantren has a leader or caregiver who is usually called a Kyai. The presence of kyai as guardians of integrity, firmness of attitude, character, and ideology of goodness is integrated into the pesantren system, where the firmness of the pesantren and the advice of caregivers are the sources of decision making. Caregivers are magnets for the obedience and submission of the students continuously in the pesantren environment. Pesantren always exist and grow sensibly because they are forged with activities and the surrounding environment that are embedded in the souls of students. The formation of a typical pesantren culture is different from the non-pesantren education system, which includes the values of simplicity, independence, honesty, as well as brotherhood that is still based on the spirit of religion. Pesantren is also an educational institution whose learning system is carried out every day for 24 hours continuously. This pesantren activity from waking up until going to bed aims to shape the character of the students, so that students can be trained in activities that have positive values and discipline. Character building can be integrated into everyday life, both as an intermediary for learning in the classroom or outside the classroom, so that these activities are easier to carry out only in Islamic boarding schools where students can be controlled by a good environment.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept of tolerance in Islam as practiced during the Abbasid Dynasty, especially in the interaction between Muslims and non-Muslims, and to analyze the views of the Imams of the Schools and contemporary scholars regarding the values ​​of tolerance in building an inclusive, harmonious, and respectful society. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. Data were collected through literature reviews from various sources, including classical books, historical documents, and analysis of the views of the Imams of the Schools and contemporary scholars. This approach aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the practice of tolerance and its contribution to the development of Islamic civilization in the Abbasid era, especially through institutions such as Bayt al-Hikmah. This study found that the Abbasid Dynasty was an example of the successful implementation of religious tolerance through inclusive policies and collaborative approaches in various aspects of life. The Imams of the Schools emphasized the importance of tolerance as a basis for social interaction, both among Muslims and non-Muslims. Institutions such as Bayt al-Hikmah played an important role in encouraging cross-cultural and religious interaction, resulting in intellectual and social progress. These tolerance values ​​not only have an impact on political stability, but also make a significant contribution to building an advanced and diverse Islamic civilization. This study also emphasizes the importance of implementing tolerance values ​​in everyday life to create a harmonious society in the modern era.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of content marketing on brand awareness and sales improvement, as well as to implement content marketing for UMKM Maecha.id on the TikTok platform. The study employs a quantitative method by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to Maecha.id consumers who have interacted with Maecha.id's TikTok content. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the Content Marketing variable (X) implemented through TikTok has a positive and significant impact on the Brand Awareness variable (Y1), with a t-value of 12.992 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). The Content Marketing variable (X) implemented through TikTok also positively and significantly affects the Sales Improvement variable (Y2), with a t-value of 9.443 and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). These findings demonstrate that Content Marketing has a significant positive influence on enhancing Brand Awareness and Sales Improvement for UMKM Maecha.id. They also highlight the importance of marketing strategies in the form of content marketing with video content specifically designed for TikTok audiences as an effort to expand market reach and improve Maecha.id's competitiveness.

Abstract

Myths are an inseparable part of the life of ignorant Arab society, even though they are not accepted by common sense and cannot be proven to be true, ignorant Arabs have a high adherence to myths. Violations of myths can have a broad impact on an individual's life, he can be ostracized from society because he is considered to have great disgrace, there is an opportunity for the perpetrator to experience shame that he cannot bear. The emergence of a fanatical attitude towards myths is a consequence of the strict inheritance of myths from generation to generation, resulting in a perception that increasingly establishes fanaticism towards myths. They believe that belief in myths can prevent them from life's accidents. The truth of this assumption cannot be tested because myths basically do not contain truth. This research aims to produce a complete perspective on myths based on the perspective of the Al-Qur'an and the Islamic attitude towards myths. If a critical analysis is carried out, there are at least three factors that cause the emergence of myths in the ignorant Arab society. First, weak realistic awareness. Second, limited knowledge caused by limited sensing, both direct and indirect. Third, the limitations of human reasoning at that time. There were various mythical practices that flourished during the Arab era of ignorance, two of which were the most prominent and became a marker of the identity of the Arab community of ignorance, namely the act of burying baby girls alive after birth from their mother's womb and the practice of idolatry. The Koran as a source of Islamic teachings rejects all forms of mythical practices that are contrary to Sharia law.

Abstract

This research aims to improve learning outcomes and initial reading skills using word card media for class I students at St Fransiskus Xaverius Maumbi Catholic Elementary School. This research is classroom action research. This research was carried out in Cycle II with 26 subjects. The improvement in reading skills can be seen from Cycle I. In cycle I, there were 2 students in the initial reading skills who received the very good category, and in the good category there were 10 students, while in the adequate category there were 4 students and in the poor category there were 10 students. So from the data from cycle I it can be seen that many class I students do not know how to read and pronounce words well. And in cycle II, initial reading skills showed an increase in each error. For cycle II there were 9 students who got the very good category, and for the good category there were 12 students while in the fair category there were 2 students and finally in the poor category there were 3 students. And the increase in learning outcomes can be seen in the achievement of completeness obtained by students. The average pre-cycle score was 61 with a percentage of 38%. After implementing cycle I the average score increased to 63 with a completion percentage of 46% and further increased in cycle II with an average score of 72 with a percentage of 80%.

Abstract

This article examines the significant part of rationale in logical strategy, which is essential to the improvement of logical information and understanding. By analyzing different consistent approaches utilized in inquire about, this article distinguishes how deductive and inductive rationale contribute to the legitimacy and unwavering quality of investigation. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze "The Effect of Solvency and Dividend Policy on Stock Prices of Companies Listed in the LQ45 Index. This study uses a quantitative approach and is associative. The population of this study consists of the 45 largest companies in Indonesia that have good financial reports. Sampling can be done using the Purposive Sampling technique, so that 12 companies can be obtained as samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that Solvency has a negative and insignificant effect on Stock Prices, while Dividend Policy has a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to enhance the learning motivation and academic performance of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri Ujung Tanah 1 in Makassar through the implementation of picture card games using the Make a Match model. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involves processes of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the application of picture card games with the Make a Match model significantly improves students' motivation and learning outcomes in Social Studies. Regarding motivation, the persistence in completing tasks increased from 50% in the first session to 90% in the third session. Students' interest in learning Social Studies rose from 47% to 95%, and enjoyment of the subject grew from 60% to 97%. Cooperation skills improved from 50% to 96%, and overall motivation shifted from 51% (low motivation) in the first session to 94% (very motivated) in the third session. In terms of learning outcomes, the pre-implementation mastery rate of 32% improved to 100% after applying the Make a Match model with picture card games. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach in fostering both motivation and academic success in Social Studies learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of Karl Mannheim's sociology of knowledge theory in Islamic religious education in the contemporary era, with a focus on the role of ideology and utopia in shaping the curriculum and teaching of Islam. The library method in this study was used to explore literature related to Karl Mannheim's sociology of knowledge, Islamic religious education, and its application in contemporary education. This study adopts a descriptive-qualitative approach by analyzing Mannheim's works and literature that discusses the dynamics of Islamic religious education in Indonesia, both traditional and modern. The main focus is to examine how ideology and utopia influence Islamic religious learning, as well as the relevance of integrating religious knowledge with general science in the context of globalization. The results of the study show that in Islamic religious education in the contemporary era, ideology and utopia have a major influence on the formation of religious knowledge. Religious education is often hampered by conservative ideologies that prioritize tradition and reject innovation, ignoring developments in science and technology. However, a more progressive integration of utopia can encourage changes in teaching methods, allowing Islamic religious education to be more relevant to the challenges of the times. This study also found a gap between traditional religious education and the need to adapt religious knowledge to social and global realities. Therefore, it is necessary to update the educational methodology in order to create a generation that not only understands religion, but is also able to play an active role in an increasingly developing society.
