Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, profitability, and interest rates on stock prices of LQ45 companies for the period 2019–2023. This study uses an associative quantitative design to test the effect of inflation, profitability (ROA), and interest rates on stock prices of LQ45 companies with secondary data from the IDX and Stockbit, involving 11 sample companies during 2019–2023. Data analysis was carried out using panel data regression with classical assumption tests, as well as t-tests and F-tests to measure the partial and simultaneous effects of independent variables on stock prices. The test results are intended to evaluate the strength and direction of the relationship between independent variables and stock prices, with the coefficient of determination (R²) as an indicator of variable contribution. The results show that inflation and profitability have a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, while interest rates have a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, these three variables have a positive and significant effect on stock prices of LQ45 companies.

Abstract

Mudharabah is one of the sharia banking products that in the implementation of its contract, it is mandatory to apply the principle of prudence as mandated by the Law. One form of implementation of the principle of prudence is the application of the 5C provisions which contain elements of collateral or guarantees. This study aims to analyze the validity of the guarantee for the mudharabah contract, because in principle the mudharabah contract is a trust contract that does not require collateral. The study uses a normative legal research method to determine the concept of collateral in mudharabah according to Islamic law, especially regarding the position of Mortgage Rights on the mudharabah contract in terms of Islamic Law and Positive Law.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing the role of lawyers in safeguarding legal protection and ensuring the fulfillment of clients' rights, with a particular emphasis on the case study of Advocate Joko Sri Jokowi. The primary issue explored is how lawyers execute their duties and responsibilities to uphold legal justice for clients, despite various challenges encountered in Indonesia's legal system. This study stems from the growing need for lawyers to proactively defend clients' rights in both litigation and non-litigation contexts, as well as their vital position as upholders of the rule of law. Employing a normative juridical approach, the research concludes that lawyers play a pivotal role in reinforcing law enforcement and facilitating access to justice for the public. Collaboration between lawyers, legal institutions, and the wider community is deemed crucial in establishing a fairer and more responsive legal system that adequately addresses societal legal demands.

Abstract

The title of this research is The Effect of Structure and Grammar Mastery on Students’ Writing Skill. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of structure and grammar mastery on students’ writing skill, the effect of structure mastery on students’ writing skill, and the effect of grammar mastery on students’ writing skill. The total sample of this research is 60 (sixty) students by using samole – random sampling. This research conducted at SMK RISE Kedawung, Cirebon. To collect the data, the students were given 50 (fifty) questions about structure and grammar in the multiple choice. The result of this research indicated that: 1) There are significant effect of structure and grammar mastery on students’ writing skill. It is proved by the Sig 0.000 < 0.05 and the value Fo = 92.124. 2) There is a significant effect of structure mastery on students’ writing skill. It is proved by the Sig 0.000 < 0.05 and value of to = 2.128. 3) There is significant influence of grammar mastery on students’ writing skill. It is proved by the Sig 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of to = 10.481. It can be said that the students’ writing skill at SMK RISE Kedawung, Cirebon is significally effect by structure and grammar mastery. The suggestion in this research was the students should be learning more seriously to overcome the errors or mistake of writing skill, the students have to get more motivation, study hard, practice always everytime and everyday.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren) in Indonesia emphasize the teachings of early scholars found in kitab kuning, which are based on the principles of Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jamaah. These texts cover subjects such as fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), aqidah (creed), tasawwuf (Sufism), and linguistic sciences like nahwu (grammar), sharaf (morphology), language, and balaghah (rhetoric). Books like Jurmiyah, Imrithi, and Alfiyah are commonly used for learning nahwu and sharaf. As an innovation, Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri, through Batartama, developed the instructional book Al-Miftah Lil Ulum to help students better understand and read the kitab kuning. Based on this background, the researcher proposes the following research questions: 1) How does the study group method using Al-Miftah Lil Ulum improve the quality standards of students' ability to read the kitab kuning from the perspective of behaviorist learning theory at PP Roudlotut Thohirin? 2). How does the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method serve as a stimulus? 3). What is the form of evaluation for the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method? This research is qualitative, using a case study design. Data collection methods include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employs a flow model technique, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate improvements in students' learning outcomes, including better mastery of material, enhanced ability to read kitab kuning, and adherence to proper reading rules. However, challenges in implementing the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method include inadequate facilities and infrastructure as well as a shortage of qualified teaching staff.

Abstract

This study is titled The Effect of Product Quality and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction of Mie Gacoan in Tangerang Selatan. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan in Tangerang Selatan. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study consists of consumers who have purchased Mie Gacoan products in South Tangerang. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents who are Mie Gacoan consumers. The data analysis in this study is conducted using IBM SPSS 21 software. Data collection is carried out through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to Mie Gacoan consumers in Tangerang Selatan. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a partial test significance result of 0.000. Similarly, the service quality variable also has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a partial test significance value of 0.001. Furthermore, simultaneously, the product quality and service quality variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, as shown by the F-test result with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui implementasi merdeka belajar dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis kearifan lokal di MA Unggulan Darul Ulum. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Implementasi merdeka belajar di MA Unggulan Darul Ulum memang didesain agar peserta didik memiliki banyak alternatif kompetensi dan keterampilan yang relevan dikembangkan di masa depan. Kebebasan memilih dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dan praktik lapangan yang menjadi kebutuhan dan proyeksinya di masa depan, 2) Upaya menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam berbasis kearifan lokal di MA Unggulan Darul Ulum melalui pembelajaran berbasis pesantren, berupa nilai keimanan melalui pelajaran Tauhid, nilai ibadah melalui pelajaran fikih Tadzhib, nilai akhlak dengan Ta'lim Mutaalim, serta praktik-praktik yang lainnya sehingga peserta didik menguasai betul suatu pengetahuan dan memiliki produk yang jelas.

Abstract

This paper discusses conflict between and within religions occurring during the pandemic. The government’s regulation on closing public spaces, including houses of worship, has led all religious groups to perform and to do their worship from home. However, it is oftentimes disobeyed; some rituals and worships are believed to require a number of people to get involved in, including Jumah prayer which belongs to Islamic tradition and Ibadah Minggu which belongs to Christianity. The result shows that conflict that leads to violence often occurs in the process of reinforcing the regulation where mostly the rule-breakers act as the offenders. Yet, in some occasions, the Islamic tradition is generally treated in an exclusive manner. This paper also examines the best strategy to resolve religious conflict and to build peace as well as to prevent such conflict to happen yet another time in the future – that is, through dialogue accompanied by religious rituals and symbols.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze strategies for implementing spiritual intelligence in education as an effort to improve noble morals as well as being a role model for other educational institutions. This research was conducted at the Tunas Pratama Community Learning Activity Center, Blitar City with a descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The research results show that the strategy for implementing spiritual quotient education at MAN 2 Blitar includes three stages, namely 1) strategic analysis using the environment and determining the formulation of mission, goals and policies; 2) implementation of spiritual education quotient with various programs managed by the religious team; 3) evaluation and control using direct and practical techniques.

Abstract

Although the scent of radicalism has been smelled since the beginning of the Reformation, research by the Setara Institute and the Wahid Institute-LSI on the exposure of millennial youth to radical extremist ideology still surprises us. In this study, the author will examine how moderate Islamic marketing strategies among millennials use library research and focus group discussion methods. The location of this research is Lamongan City because Lamongan has a special characteristic related to transnational radicalism-extremism movements. Lamongan needs to be re-detected, considering that the millennial generation who grew up in Lamongan City has a very strong habit of using the internet and participating in social religious activities through the internet and mosques and Rohis-Rohis at school. This study will focus on examining the millennial generation in Lamongan City. In the moderate Islamic marketing strategy among millennials, there are several aspects that can be optimized including an integrated curriculum for moderate Islamic education, strengthening the identity of moderate Islamic groups, moderating Islamic narratives on social media, and compiling a political vision for moderate Islamic groups.
