Abstract

This thesis presents an in-depth legal analysis of the Constitutional Court (MK) Decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023 relating to the age requirements for presidential and vice presidential candidates as stipulated in Article 169 letter q of the Election Law. This study uses a normative legal method, in critically evaluating the legal standing of the applicant who questions the provisions of the article and the fairness of the decision that has been taken. Prior to the Constitutional Court's decision, the law required presidential and vice presidential candidates to be at least 40 years old. However, since this decision, the law has reinterpreted the age requirement not only as a minimum age of 40 years but also to include anyone who has or is currently holding a regional head position elected through general elections. This interpretation potentially expands the criteria in the election law. This decision also marks a significant shift in the role of the Constitutional Court from negative legislature to positive legislature, where previously the Constitutional Court only assessed the constitutionality of existing regulations without changing the substance of the law, the court actively formulated and determined new legal norms through its interpretation. This change not only opens up space for qualified candidates, but also sparks debate about the extent to which the Constitutional Court should be involved in the formation of public policy. As well as questioning the division of powers stated in the 1945 Constitution between the legislative, judiciary and executive within the framework of the Indonesian rule of law which has been the subject of criticism because it is considered to accommodate political interests more than legal interests

Abstract

Writing is a skill that requires not only linguistic abilities such as vocabulary and grammar, but also practical knowledge of how to express ideas in written form. Writing also helps us to gain a deeper understanding of something. In the context of teaching procedural text writing, finding appropriate materials for the classroom can be a challenge. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of authentic teaching materials on students' procedural text writing skills at SMAS Isen Mulang Palangka Raya. The method in this research is Pre-Experimental research method, with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The findings of the study show that the use of authentic materials has a positive impact on improving students' writing scores, especially in organization.

Abstract

The values underlying the understanding of the crime of adultery in the Criminal Code are still strongly influenced by Western values. The law that applies in society must take into account the values that are prevalent in the community where the law develops. Legal policy is an integral part of social policy, where the main objective is the safety and well-being of the community. Therefore, legal policies regarding the crime of adultery must also take into account the values, culture, and social structure that have already been established. The formulation of the crime of adultery and its renewal must be verified through sociological approaches. This type of research is normative with the characteristics of prescriptive research, and the analysis technique used is the deductive method. The crime of adultery has been revised in the new Criminal Code, which includes an expansion of the material that differs from the old Criminal Code. That the offense of adultery in the latest Criminal Code already meets and reflects the values, norms, morals, and religion of Indonesian society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi manajemen pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di MTsN 17 Jombang serta dampaknya terhadap prestasi siswa. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan staf IT. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi yang efektif dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, namun memerlukan dukungan kebijakan yang lebih baik, peningkatan pelatihan bagi guru, serta pemeliharaan infrastruktur teknologi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan anggaran untuk teknologi, pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, dan perbaikan infrastruktur sebagai langkah penting untuk memaksimalkan manfaat teknologi dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) have an important role in the activities carried out by Sharia Cooperatives because they are guidelines that are used as the basis for every activity or work procedure that is carried out. The SOP applied to the Koperasi Syariah Talun (STAI Attanwir) is aimed at funding and financing activities, both of which are the main activities found in the Sharia Cooperative, so the role of the SOP is very important so that these activities can run optimally. Each standardized SOP already contains a series of work producers which include the rights and obligations that must be carried out by members and managers in accordance with the job description that has been given. In addition to compliance with SOPs, Sharia Cooperatives also implement the concept of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which regulates its governance and operational management. The SOP and GCG that are formed are a continuity that aims to improve the performance of Sharia Cooperatives so that both must go hand in hand. The purpose of this study is to analyze the SOP and implementation of GCG in the Koperasi Syariah Talun (STAI Attanwir). The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. From the research that the researchers did, the Koperasi Syariah Talun (STAI Attanwir) has implemented SOPs and implemented GCG although in its operations there are still obstacles, but overall compliance with SOP and GCG is able to improve the performance of the Koperasi Syariah Talun (STAI Attanwir).

Abstract

This research was conducted on children aged 4-5 years at RA Tuhfatul Athfal which was motivated by the fact that children's cognitive development in recognizing geometric shapes was still not optimal, this was because teachers had not optimally utilized the use of sandpaper tray media to develop children's cognitive abilities. This research method is quantitative. The design type of this research is Quasi Experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this research were 20 children aged 4-5 years. The data analysis technique in this research used t-test techniques and calculations. via SPSS. The statistical test in this study was to test whether the sandpaper tray media had an effect on the ability to recognize flat geometric shapes in children aged 4-5 years at RA Tuhfatul Athfal. Then from the results of the t test calculations, Sig (0.000) < 0.05 was obtained. So the conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of sandpaper tray media on the ability to recognize flat geometric shapes in children aged 4-5 years in Ra Tuhfatul Athfal

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of health services for prisoners with disabilities in Surabaya Class I Penitentiary. The background of this study is rooted in the need to understand how the health care system functions for prisoners with disabilities, who often face unique challenges in the correctional environment. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of health services provided, identify existing barriers, and provide recommendations for improvement. The research method used was a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with health workers, prisoners with disabilities, and direct observation of health facilities and services in the prison. The results of the study indicate that although there have been significant efforts to meet the health needs of prisoners with disabilities, there are still a number of obstacles such as limited accessibility of facilities, lack of training for health workers on special needs, and lack of coordination between related parties. The conclusion of this study is that, although health services have improved, further adjustments are needed in terms of accessibility and training to improve the quality of services for prisoners with disabilities. Additional support and increased coordination between agencies will be essential to ensure better fulfillment of health rights in Surabaya Class I Penitentiary.

Abstract

Teaching the Arabic language in the twenty-first century is diverse, because there are methods learned to develop educational materials in teaching the Arabic language. When I saw the researcher at the Islamic University of Tanweer, she found information that the students’ results were not excellent in the Arabic language skills, especially in teaching the listening skill, because the skill Listening is one of the standards in teaching the Arabic language. The reason for this is because the teacher only uses anecdotal anecdote without benefiting from the development of existing digital educational methods. Students feel bored and exhausted in learning the Arabic language, especially in the listening skill. The researcher developed and applied the digital learning tool “Plotagon Story” to improve the listening skill. This research is conducted using a quantitative approach. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out the application of the digital educational method “Plotagon Story” to improve the listening skill at the level of university students, 2) To know the effectiveness of the digital educational method “Plotagon Story” to improve the listening skill at the level of university students. The digital educational method that the researcher used has an effectiveness in the ability of students, due to the standard of results obtained by the experimental group and the control group in the pre test and the post test. The score in the pre test is 67.75, and in the post test it is 89.5. There is effectiveness in applying the method. Digital educational "Plotagon Story".

Abstract

The Intensive Class is one of the special classes at MA Attanwir Bojonegoro, because this Intensive class is aimed at prospective students who will enter MA Attanwir Bojonegoro, the education and teaching uses a collaborative curriculum between the Islamic boarding school curriculum and the national curriculum. The aim of this research is to find out the Arabic language learning method for class 1 of the Intensive MA Attanwir Bojonegoro, and to find out the obstacles faced by students when learning Arabic and efforts to overcome them. This research is qualitative research that uses data collection techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Hubermen data analysis model. This model consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or validation. The results of the research show that 1) the Arabic language learning method for class 1 of the Intensive MA Attanwir Bojonegoro uses 3 learning methods, namely, the direct method, the drill method, and the lecture method, 2) the problems faced by the students of class 1 of the Intensive MA Attanwir Bojonegoro, namely, from the different educational backgrounds of students, lack of motivation in Arabic, and from social environmental factors. 3) efforts made to overcome it; provides basic Arabic language material juz 1 whose learning material is the same as class 1 MTs, and in implementing learning educators require memorization, provide motivation and support to students, and familiarize themselves with Arabic in class or what is often called Muhawaroh (conversation in Arabic) before learning begins, and there are also Muhadloroh activities which are held every Thursday after learning hours end.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model with a Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach assisted by animated videos to improve student learning outcomes in descriptive text material in class VII.2 of SMP Negeri 10 Palembang. This research uses the classroom action research (PTK) method which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle involves planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Trial research subjects in class VII.2 research at SMP Negeri 10 Palembang with a total of 35 students. Collection of observation data, learning results tests, and documentation. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it can improve the learning outcomes of class VII.2 students at SMP Negeri 10 Palembang. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes in cycle I by 71% and in cycle II by 88%. The average value of students' abilities in cycle I was 75.14 and in cycle II 84.85. So it can be concluded that applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model with a Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach assisted by animated videos in descriptive text material is able to improve student learning outcomes in class VII.2 of SMP Negeri 10 Palembang.
