Abstract

This research examines the criminal liability of perpetrators granting lobster seed export permits, with a focus on the corruption case involving the former Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Edhy Prabowo. The aim of the research is to analyze forms of abuse of authority and criminal liability that can be imposed on perpetrators. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory and case approach. The results of the research show that Edhy Prabowo's actions were proven to violate Article 12 letter a of the Corruption Eradication Law jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st jo. Article 65 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. The abuse of authority took the form of issuing permits to export lobster seeds unlawfully for personal and certain group interests. The criminal liability imposed includes imprisonment for 5 years, a fine of IDR 400 million subsidiary to 6 months in prison, revocation of political rights for 3 years after serving the principal sentence, and payment of compensation of IDR 9.6 billion and $77,000. There are aggravating reasons because corruption was carried out while serving as a public official and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This case shows the importance of strengthening the supervisory system in granting export permits as well as strict law enforcement to provide a deterrent effect. This research recommends increasing understanding of regulations for state officials and implementing appropriate punishments for perpetrators of corruption to ensure the sustainability of domestic fisheries and the Indonesian fisheries ecosystem.

Abstract

Engagement is the first step taken by someone when they are about to get marriage. In this engagement, individuals are encourage to get to know each other (ta’aruf). This statement emphasize the emportance of transparency and communication between individuals during the engagement process to facilitate a smooth relationship in the future family life. This research examines the concept of “sukut” (silence) as a form concent for women in marriage proposals in Indonesia, particularly under Islamic law. It critiques the legal framework that interprets a woman’s silence as consent, which can perpetuate gender inequality and marginalize women’s voice in marital decisions. The study emphasizes the necessity of mutual consent in marriage, as mandated by Indonesian laws and Islamic law (fiqh), and highlights the risk of coercion when a woman’s silence is misinterpreted. The research employs a literature review methodology to analize these issues and suggests improvements for legal protections of women’s rights in marriage. The conclusion of this research is that marriage conducted without the explicit consent of each party, especially the bride, can lead to forced marriages. And forced marriage is fundamentally contrary to the principles of marriage in Islam and the legal regulations regarding sexual violence.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics of transformative Islamic education change management. This research is important because the world of Islamic education is faced with globalization, which demands improvements in the management of Islamic education with character. Four main problems were found: (1) what is meant by change management, (2) what is the difference between general and Islamic change management, (3) what are the characteristics of change management in Islamic education, (4) what are examples of its application in facing the global era. Through a qualitative descriptive approach in the form of a literature review, namely by collecting data such as books and journals and analyzing it using content analysis, the research produced findings that the process of creating a sustainable learning culture in organizations is to increase the ability to adapt to change. The difference between general change management and change management in Islamic educational institutions lies in the basis used. General change management is based on the philosophy of naturalism, while Islamic education change management is based on the Koran and the Sunnah of the Prophet. The character is also different, the management of Islamic education is more towards anthropocentric theory. An example of its application is by applying these characters to Islamic education management practices to become transformative Islamic education.

Abstract

Infectious diseases are one of the most common types of diseases suffered by people in developing countries including Indonesia. Bacteria are one of the main causes of infectious diseases and to treat bacterial infections can be done by administering antibacterial drugs. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial activity of decoction and infusion from iler leaves (Plectranthus amboinicus (Lour.) Spreng.) Against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria. This research method uses quantitative and experimental nature by making infusion and decoction from iler leaves (Plectranthus amboinicus (Lour.) Spreng.) Against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria. This research was conducted from June to August 2024. The results of the study through phytochemical screening tests showed the same group of chemical compounds in the simplicia, decoction and infusion of iler leaves containing secondary metabolite compounds including flavonoids, saponins, tannins, steroids/triterpenoids, and glycosides. Then the antibacterial activity of iler leaves against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria with various concentrations of 10%, 20% and 30% in decoction and infusion gave the strongest results at a concentration of 30%, namely in decoction with a concentration of 30% with an average inhibition zone of 12 mm, and infusion of 15.3 mm. While the antibacterial activity of Escherichia coli in decoction with a concentration of 30% with an average inhibition zone of 10.8 mm and in infusion with a concentration of 30% with an average inhibition zone of 11.9 mm. So, the test results show that infusion has higher antibacterial activity than decoction. And in the inhibition test on both bacteria, it inhibits Staphylococcus aureus bacteria faster than Escherichia coli.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of accounting information systems in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with respondents from Mr. Welas Tempe Factory in Depok. The type of research used is a case study. Data collection methods in this study are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis method uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results of data analysis and discussion of this study indicate that Mr. Welas Tempe Factory still uses recording and is only limited to incoming and outgoing money so that Mr. Welas Tempe Factory cannot carry out the application and readiness of the implementation of the accounting information system due to lack of knowledge about accounting and limited human resources who manage bookkeeping.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya industri makanan khas yang tergolong dalam UMKM yang dapat memberikan pola mata pencarian masyarakat dengan membantu perekonomian daerah. Hal ini terdapat pola yang dibangun dalam suatu organisasinya, yang melalui modal sosial dapat memberikan hasil keterampilan, pengetahuan dan kemampuan komunikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan bentuk modal sosial yang ada di Paguyuban Sate Ayam Setono. Metode penelitian yang digunakannya dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menggali data penelitian melalui wawancara secara langsung kepada pengurus paguyuban dan pedagang sate yang dijadikan informan penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa modal sosial yang terbentuk di Paguyuban Sate Ayam Setono dimulai dari keluarga, kerabat, tetangga dan teman mereka, dan tumbuh secara kebersamaan dengan kebiasaan lokal dan adat masyarakat desa. Peran modal sosial membentuk jaringan, rasa kepercayaan, norma sosial, dan solidaritas diantara seluruh elemen internal dari pedagang sate ayam Setono melalui modal sosial dapat memberikan bentuk gotong royong yang baik diantara mereka, proses transfer ilmu yang lebih efektif, dan komunikasi yang terjaga baik

Abstract

The Tijaniyah Order is a way for a salik to get closer to Allah SWT, by carrying out all spiritual forms to be carried out at a station sequentially. The beginning of the emergence of the Tijaniyah Order was in West Java, precisely in Cirebon. The development of the Tijaniyah Order continues to follow the times so that this Order has reached other countries such as Tawau, Malaysia. In this study, the author discusses how the development or internal dynamics of the Tijaniyah Muslim community in Nunukan Regency. The result is that the development of the Tijaniyah Order in Nunukan Regency has been very slow but sure. So that the number of adherents of the Tijaniyah Order in Nunukan Regency is still very small. Because the Tijaniyah Order does not just accept and pay allegiance to someone who still has doubts in his heart. His heart could not yet accept the practices and teachings of the Tijaniyah Order. The practice of dhikr in the Tijaniyah Order educates its members to always be close to Allah both physically and spiritually, so that what is written in the heart and what is said orally, namely dhikr, goes hand in hand continuously and is reflexive. It is meant to resist every ugly scratch in the mind. So as to produce a clear mind, clean from scratches other than Allah. The practice of remembrance is basically the basics of practice that must be developed by members to organize maqamat until they reach the degree of sainthood.

Abstract

Membaca Al Qur‟an tidak dengan mengikuti aturan atau kaidah dalam ilmu tajwid maka hukumnya adalah dosa. Karena kesalahan ucapan dalam membaca Al Qur‟an dapat menyebabkan salah arti dan salah penafsiran. Mempelajari ilmu tajwid adalah menjaga lisan agar terhindar dari kesalahan-kesalahan dalam membaca Al Qur‟an. Dalam membaca Alquran dengan aturan tajwid yang diwajibkan bagi setiap orang dan tidak bisa diwakilkan oleh orang lain, maka diharuskan untuk mempelajari bagaimana cara membaca Alquran dengan baik dan benar. Al Quran menekankan bahwa kemajuan tidak akan dapat diraih dengan sendirinya dan tidak akan terjelma tanpa aktifitas intelektual manusia. Membaca yang benar harus melalui peran seorang ustadz untuk mewujudkan kesuksesan dalam proses pembelajaran. Seorang ustadz yang melaksanakan tugasnya hanya berdasarkan tradisi tanpa mempertimbangkan keterampilan teoritis maupun teknis akan menimbulkan hasil pembelajaran yang tidak baik. Sebaliknya, guru yang terus menerus berusaha meningkatkan kapasitas dan kapabilitasnya, tentu akan menghasilkan proses pembelajaran yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research discusses the meaning, messages and wisdom displayed by the characters in the film Budi Pekerti. Just like a show, the requirements for meaning and message are also the mandate and wisdom to depict and emulate attitudes, acting and human behavior in life as the meaning and function of a good film. It contains signs that contain many lessons. That's what the film Budi Pekerti wants to convey. Characteristics is not just a film title, but also morals in its plural and real meaning. The morals contained in the nation's values are the values of Pancasila. Good manners in using social media and ethical and wise use of social media. Character films are a long bridge whose end is not yet visible. As if describing the faces of social media and netizens who are always correct with all their posts. In this research, the author dissects the imagination of young filmmakers in Indonesia who not only present love stories, but also social criticism of society. This film is a "thinking" film made by young filmmakers in Indonesia who elevates the level of Indonesian films not only about love and ghosts. Being wise in media is a short message that this film wants to highlight. The posts and handprints of netizens who don't know the truth have actually become the absolute truth. Because truth in social media is not determined by the actual truth, but by the number of posts and threads, feeds or stories on social media. The virtual world dominates the real world. The digitalization of thinking and the freezing of human ethics is the main point that humans sometimes believe more in the words of the media, rather than honest words that come out of the mouths of other humans.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze and describe the process of formulating the vision and mission, determining programs, setting budgets, determining procedures and the impact on quality at the At-Taqwa Integrated Islamic Junior High School, Surabaya. The research was conducted qualitatively using a case study approach. Data collection techniques: documentary interviews and observation. Data processing techniques: reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Data validity techniques with credibility and confirmability. The results of the research show: (1) the process of formulating the vision and mission: the school has 5 visions, namely the vision of solid faith, good morals, optimal achievement, global insight, and caring for the environment, with details of 3 of the Foundation's visions and 2 of the school's development visions (2) strategy implementation: (a) program determination: prepared by the Al-Qur'an, Islamic, Principal, Infrastructure, Student Affairs, English, Public Relations, Curriculum and national examination divisions. (b) budget determination: sourced from central, regional and foundation assistance, (c) procedure determination: carried out within one year according to the schedule prepared by each division. (3) impact: success of the work program, student achievement and teacher achievement. Conclusion: the vision and mission have been implemented very well as evidenced by the existence of relevant work programs from nine divisions which were developed from the school's mission
