Abstract

In increase quality vulnerable roads in Indonesia damaged Because influenced by weather, water, load vehicle excess, and construction insufficient pavement​ fulfil requirements, required material add as much as you can increase strength and help repair construction road asphalt the Utilization material waste plastic in construction pavement become good alternative​ in in increase quality pavement road. Objective study This is For know How influence addition waste plastic type High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) against Marshall Laston AC-WC characteristics with variation rate HDPE plastic at 0%, 2%, 4%, and 6%. Marshall characteristics reviewed is mark density (density), VIM (void in mix), VMA (void mineral aggregate), VFA (void filled with asp halt), melting (flow), and stability. Method research used​ with method experiments in the laboratory and refers to Specification General Highways​ 2018. Research results shows the Marshall test on the mixture Laston AC-WC with addition rate HDPE plastic 0%, 2%, 4%, and 6% can be raise mark density (density), stability , VFA ( Void Filled with Asphalt), whereas For VIM (void in mix), VMA (Void Mineral Aggregate) and melt (flow) values experienced decline . Marshall parameter values obtained​​ fulfil standard Specification General Highways​ 2018. Percentage​ rate optimum asphalt (KAO) obtained is 6.0%, Marshall test of variation material plus waste plastic best value​ For density, melting (flow), stability, VIM , VMA, and VFA, namely at levels waste plastic 2%.

Abstract

This paper is motivated by the implementation of an incident where nurses and midwives who received the delegation of authority could not read the writing from the Doctor which should be read on the Integrated Patient Progress Notes (CPPT) sheet but were read on the operation report sheet and the writing from the doctor was difficult to read. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find the negligence of Medical Personnel in granting delegation of authority to nursing staff and to analyze and find legal protection for Nursing personnel who carry out the delegation of authority from the negligence of medical personnel. Normative legal research, applying normative case mapping involving the results of legal actions, as well as analysis of government regulations. This study applies a qualitative approach. The results of this study have many implications for providing information on the following matters, namely; (1). Nursing personnel can be subject to criminal sanctions in carrying out the delegation of authority due to medical negligence (2) legal protection for nursing personnel who receive the delegation of authority from medical negligence. So, it is concluded that Nursing personnel can be subject to sanctions because the authority given to nursing personnel is not in accordance with their main duties and is not carried out in writing by the person giving the authority.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi manajemen operasi dalam mengoptimalkan operasi e-commerce di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus multiple, penelitian ini menganalisis lima perusahaan e-commerce terkemuka di Indonesia. Melalui analisis dokumen, observasi tidak langsung, dan data sekunder, penelitian ini mengungkapkan beberapa temuan kunci. Pertama, perusahaan e-commerce di Indonesia mengadopsi pendekatan yang sangat terlokalisasi, menyesuaikan strategi dengan karakteristik unik pasar. Kedua, pemanfaatan teknologi canggih seperti AI dan analisis data besar menjadi faktor krusial dalam optimalisasi operasi. Ketiga, pengembangan jaringan logistik yang ekstensif dan manajemen rantai pasokan yang fleksibel menjadi prioritas utama. Keempat, fokus pada pengalaman pelanggan yang seamless menjadi diferensiator utama. Kelima, terdapat peningkatan perhatian terhadap keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti efisiensi biaya logistik dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan regulasi. Kesimpulannya, optimalisasi operasi e-commerce di Indonesia membutuhkan pendekatan holistik yang memadukan teknologi canggih, pemahaman mendalam tentang pasar lokal, dan fokus kuat pada kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi praktisi industri, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti dalam pengembangan strategi manajemen operasi e-commerce yang efektif di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to The Role of Principal Transformational Leadership in Improving Teacher Performance: Case Study in Elementary Schools. This type of research is a literature study. Data collection with documentation. Data analysis with SLR. The principal's transformational leadership plays an important role in improving teacher performance in elementary schools. By inspiring and motivating teachers through a clear vision, emotional support, and providing freedom to innovate, school principals are able to create a work environment that is conducive to teacher professional development. In addition, leadership that emphasizes collaboration and recognition of teacher achievements has proven effective in encouraging their work enthusiasm and commitment to improving the quality of education. Through this approach, school principals can significantly improve teacher performance, which ultimately has a positive impact on the quality of learning in elementary schools

Abstract

Nowadays, song lyrics have become an expression of the writer's heart which is then sung by singers with a certain style and distinctive characteristics. The song then becomes a 'prayer' from the writer for the listener, which invites the listener to feel love and joy and also undeniably invites a feeling of sadness together. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research which uses a communication science approach, specifically focusing on mass communication, one of the objects of research is the lyrics in question. Meanwhile, the data collection method used in this research is Ferdinand Saussure's semiotic theory, observation is also of course documentation to strengthen and serve as authentic evidence. Meanwhile, the sources for this research also come from the researcher's book, search results from several research supporting articles on confirmed website pages as well as supporting documents both outside the network and on other networks. The next step is for the collected data to be immediately analyzed. The results of the analysis are data education regarding the theory used, explanation and conclusions

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and describe the extent to which the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Pangkoh Sari Village is conducted properly and in accordance with the applicable regulations, while also ensuring that the villagers understand its allocation and use. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation in Pangkoh Sari Village. Data analysis includes procedures for data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The findings indicate that the ADD in Pangkoh Sari Village has not been fully utilized for infrastructure development, instead focusing on improving social welfare, community services, and local income. However, one of the main obstacles identified is the lack of community awareness and participation in bureaucratic socialization efforts, leading to uneven development across the village. The study emphasizes the importance of communication and collaboration between the village government and the community to ensure more transparent and targeted use of the ADD. Improving socialization and community participation could help address these obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation of cultural da'wah based on the values of the Progressive Islamic Treatise at the University of Muhammadiyah Gombong. Progressivism in this context refers to adaptation and renewal efforts in the delivery of da'wah, by emphasizing the application of Islamic values that are relevant to the needs of the times and local contextualization. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through field studies and documentation studies related to da'wah activities on campus. The findings of the study show that the implementation of cultural da'wah at the University of Muhammadiyah Gombong has shown progressivity in responding to the challenges of the times, with the integration of the values of the Progressive Islamic Treatise which includes moderation, inclusivity, and openness to differences. This study also identifies the Relevance of Cultural Da'wah in the Framework of Progressive Islamic Treatises, Implementation Strategies and Supporting and Inhibiting Factors in the Implementation of Cultural Da'wah, as well as providing strategic recommendations for optimizing the implementation of cultural da'wah in the university environment from the perspective of Progressive Islamic Treatises. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of a more effective cultural da'wah model in accordance with advanced and contextual Islamic values.

Abstract

Impact of Maintenance and Operation of Oily Water Separators in Efforts to Prevent Marine Pollution by Oil from Ships. Environmental cleanliness is curr­­­ently being given special attention by both developed and developing countries, and therefore has resulted in many regulations to maintain the balance of the ecosystem of life in this world. This imbalance can cause damage to the ecosystem due to pollution, one of which occurs in the ocean. This pollution is caused, among other things, by oil spills, toxic liquids, dangerous substances carried by sea in the form of packaging, rubbish from ships and air pollution. The aim of this research is to find out the pressure or procedures for operating the Oily Water Separator (OWS) aircraft correctly and according to procedures, as well as to find out how to maintain and repair the Oily Water Separator (OWS) aircraft, and why oily water planned operations may not occur. Separator (OWS). The method used in research is descriptive method. The data in this research were obtained from observations on the ship, documents obtained when conducting research on the ship, and from interviews. From the results of this research, data was obtained that against the background of the impact of maintenance and operation of the Oily Water Separator (OWS) in an effort to prevent marine pollution by oil from ships, it was stated that problems were discovered when carrying out research on the Oil Water Separator itself. The lack of air pressure would disrupt its operation. a three-way valve, as a whole, will disrupt the working system of the Oily Water Separator (OWS) water and oil separator. If the Oil Level Sensor which detects oil is found to be not working properly, it must be replaced with spare parts available on the ship. Apart from that, there is no regular operation of the Oil Water Separator, because problems arise on an aircraft because the operator does not carry out standard operating procedures. . To support work programs that comply with regulations, in this case it is necessary to standardize fundamentally and thoroughly regarding the implementation of standard operating procedures and be guided by the company's manual instruction book or PMS.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of e-commerce has significantly transformed consumer purchasing behaviors, but it has also given rise to the sale of black market goods through online platforms, raising critical concerns about consumer protection and regulatory oversight. This study investigates the responsibilities of e-commerce platforms regarding the sale of black market products and evaluates the effectiveness of legal and regulatory frameworks currently in place. Adopting a normative juridical research method, this study involves a thorough analysis of existing laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to e-commerce and black market transactions. By examining legal texts, regulatory guidelines, and case law, this research identifies gaps in the current legal framework and assesses its adequacy in addressing black market activities. The results indicate that while legal provisions exist, they are often insufficiently enforced and lack clarity in their application to emerging e-commerce practices. The study concludes that e-commerce platforms must advocate for stronger legal reforms and clearer regulations to enhance consumer protection. Additionally, improved transparency in platform policies and heightened regulatory scrutiny are necessary to better address the challenges posed by black market goods. Future research should explore the development of more comprehensive legal strategies and frameworks to effectively combat black market transactions in the digital realm.

Abstract

This thesis analyzes the provision that the President-elect for two terms cannot become Vice President for the next term. Where there has been a lawsuit filed with the Constitutional Court to test Law no. 7 of 2011 against the 1945 Constitution filed by the Applicant related to the legal standing in relation to constitutional losses, the Applicant's constitutional rights are potentially harmed in reasonable reasoning that can occur due to the enactment of the norms of Article 169 letter n and Article 227 letter i of Law no. 7 of 2017. Regarding this petition, the Constitutional Court has tried this constitutional case and has decided through decision number 56 / PUU-XXI / 2023. This study uses a normative legal method to examine the provisions on the term of office of the President and Vice President related to the decision of the Constitutional Court. This Constitutional Court decision provides a constitutional interpretation stating that the constitution has provided strict limitations on the term of office of the President and Vice President through Article 7 of the 1945 Constitution which is very important for the implementation of the presidential institution in Indonesia
