Ilmu sosial tersebut adalah sosiologi, antropologi, psikologi, pendidikan, ekonomi, dan politik. Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

Abstract

Video clips are a means of promotion and expression for those involved in the world of entertainment everywhere, including in Indonesia. The discussion in this research is Ghea Indrawari's video clip, directed by Joshua Axel Limandjaja on the record label Hits Records. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research which uses a communication science approach, specifically focusing on mass communication, one of the objects of research is the video clip in question. Meanwhile, the data collection method used in this research is Ferdinand Saussure's semiotic theory, observation is also of course documentation to strengthen and serve as authentic evidence. Otherwise, the sources for this research also came from the researcher's book, search results from several research supporting articles on confirmed website pages as well as supporting documents both outside the network and on other networks. The next step is that the collected data is immediately analyzed. The results of the analysis are data education regarding the theory used, explanation and conclusions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in developing Islamic Religious Education curriculum materials for deaf students. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The data source is secondary data, data collection techniques include collecting, editing, categorizing and concluding data, while data analysis by analyzing the content in depth. The results revealed that PAI teachers have as implementer adapters, developers, and researchers in the process of developing Islamic Religious Education curriculum materials for deaf students. Therefore, PAI teachers are required to be creative and innovate to modify learning materials in such a way according to the characteristics and needs of the deaf students taught. Thus, teachers have a very important role in the development of PAI curriculum materials for deaf students. Because the success or failure of the implementation of the curriculum is determined by the teacher himself, because the teacher becomes the spearhead in the implementation of the curriculum.

Abstract

The research aims to explore the myth of coffee as a loyal friend of cigarettes from the theological perspective of Indonesian Islam, using a descriptive qualitative approach and inductive analysis. The research results concluded; that theologically in Islamic Nusantara, drinking coffee and smoking are not prohibited in Islam. However, this recommendation is only for people who by drinking coffee and cigarettes will get a lot of inspiration. Through smoking and drinking coffee, the distance between the santri and the abangan (general public) can be shortened. The most important aspect of coffee and cigarette law is not the ijtihad regarding halal, haram and makruh, but the implications of the ijtihad inviting Muslims to appreciate and respect other, different cultures. Research implications: the importance of understanding theology in its essence, not just its external aspects. The study invites further, more in-depth research in more specific areas.

Abstract

It is these facilities that can help individuals become more willing to do new things, to be bold and brave, to be able to try new things with new people, and to be willing to share new information that has been learned, making them essential learning environments. Generating a kesalahan is not impossible when learning something new, but the kesalahan and kekeliruan itself are aspects that are understandable in education. Eventually, the old people became disillusioned with their goals and joined a learning group. Those in their later years frequently have the desire to express their kelebihan and kekurangannya. For this reason, it is very important for groups to work together in a comprehensive manner to conduct joint evaluations that can be used as reflective materials. This will enable groups to evaluate each other based on the opinions of other people. The field of education is seeing rapid changes, one of which is the rise of online learning. Digital literacy is declining.

Abstract

Character education is a serious effort to understand, form, and foster ethical values. One of the scopes of character education is moral education. In writing this article, the author focuses the study on moral education contained in the verses of the Koran. Based on the study that the author has conducted, there are three themes regarding moral education in the Koran; First, the message to always obey Allah SWT. This message is found in QS. Luqman (31): 13. Second, the message is to always obey your parents. This message is found in QS. Luqman (31): 14. Third, the message is to stay away from arrogance. This message is found in QS. Luqman (31): 18. The implementation of Al-Qur'an-based character education in daily life is very dependent on the role of: 1) family and society through deepening the Prophet's creed and morals, as well as familiarizing them with the norms of daily life. 2) the world of education through lesson curricula, school facilities and mosques. The research approach uses a qualitative approach through library research with data sources from the Al-Qur'an as well as several tafsir books from several experts on Al-Qur'an exegesis related to The research topic is character education in the Qur'an, as well as several experts' views on character education.

Abstract

Employee performance in company will not always be stable because in the factors of production there is a role of human resources which can change due the certain factors. Researchers conducted pre-research on what factors that can employee performance and they obtained the top three aspects, namely work spirit, discipline and compensation. This research aims to determine wheter work spirit and discipline affect the employee performance of PT. Omron Manufacturing of Indonesia. The kind of research that used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique by making all populations 80 people at thermoset section of PT. Omron Manufacturing of Indonesia as the samples. Data collection techniques used are observation, distributing questionnaires and library research. The data analysis method used is data quality test, classic assumption test and test hypothesi. The research was processed using SPSS version 25.0 for windows in T test shows that Work Spirit has a significant effect on employee performance because it has a sig. value 0,000 < 0,005, Discipline has no a significant effect on employee performance because it has a sig. value 0,462 > 0,005, and Compensation has no significant effect on employye performance because it has a sig. value 0,196 > 0,005. As for the F test result has a significant value of 0,000 < 0,005 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously the variables of Work Spirit, Discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe the implementation of Islamic family law in contemporary life. The research was conducted qualitatively through literature study. Data collection techniques with documentation and data management with data reduction and presentation. The research results show: (1) marriage is the process of uniting two human beings (as a halal couple) which is carried out through a religious court with the principles of freedom to choose a partner, equality, gentleness, deliberation and mutual acceptance. (2) divorce is the process of severing the marriage bond resulting from several problems involving religious courts in the implementation process. The principles that must be considered are making the divorce process more difficult, implementing effective mediation and reviewing divorce procedural law. (3) childcare is a way for parents to develop their children's psychological and physical development by educating, guiding or directing. The principles that need to be considered are maintaining the child's nature, developing the child's potential, providing clear direction and doing it in stages. (4) polygamy is a marriage carried out by one husband with several wives, the implementation of which must pay attention to applicable legal regulations. The principles that must be taken into account are having easy morals, strong faith, sufficient assets, doing this because it is an emergency and must be fair.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe women's rights in talaq according to the view of Islamic family law. The research was conducted qualitatively using a library research approach. Data collection techniques with documentation and data processing with reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show: (1) women who are divorced are women who are no longer someone else's wife and according to religious and state law still have several rights that must be granted by their ex-husband. (2) Women's rights after talaq include: First, Iddah income to meet the ex-wife's needs for 4 months and 10 days before the ex-husband reconciles. Second, madliyah income is given by the husband to his wife and children because of negligence during marriage. The three mut'ah livelihoods are given by the husband to please his ex-wife in living life after divorce. The four dowry debts are given by the husband, either in part or in full, to the wife.

Abstract

The majority of Indonesians live off livestock. Due to increasing demand, some households in Indonesia have established layer duck farms and broiler duck farms. This is one of the main sectors to fulfill the needs of the Indonesian population. The purpose of this study were (1) to determine the level of welfare for duck farmers in Sumberpakem village, Sumberjambe sub-district, (2) to determine the effect of sharia marketing on increasing consumer demand in Sumberpakem village, Sumberjambe sub-district. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explain sharia marketing strategies in duck entrepreneurship. Observations, interviews, and literature studies were the primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations.The results of this study, the authors obtained the conclusion that sharia marketing strategies in broiler duck entrepreneurs can improve welfare for duck farmers. With sharia marketing can also increase the demand for the number of consumers
