Ilmu sosial tersebut adalah sosiologi, antropologi, psikologi, pendidikan, ekonomi, dan politik. Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

<![CDATA[The aim of the research is to describe the implementation of Islamic family law in contemporary life. The research was conducted qualitatively through literature study. Data collection techniques with documentation and data management with data reduction and presentation. The research results show: (1) marriage is the process of uniting two human beings (as a halal couple) which is carried out through a religious court with the principles of freedom to choose a partner, equality, gentleness, deliberation and mutual acceptance. (2) divorce is the process of severing the marriage bond resulting from several problems involving religious courts in the implementation process. The principles that must be considered are making the divorce process more difficult, implementing effective mediation and reviewing divorce procedural law. (3) childcare is a way for parents to develop their children's psychological and physical development by educating, guiding or directing. The principles that need to be considered are maintaining the child's nature, developing the child's potential, providing clear direction and doing it in stages. (4) polygamy is a marriage carried out by one husband with several wives, the implementation of which must pay attention to applicable legal regulations. The principles that must be taken into account are having easy morals, strong faith, sufficient assets, doing this because it is an emergency and must be fair.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of the research is to describe women's rights in talaq according to the view of Islamic family law. The research was conducted qualitatively using a library research approach. Data collection techniques with documentation and data processing with reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show: (1) women who are divorced are women who are no longer someone else's wife and according to religious and state law still have several rights that must be granted by their ex-husband. (2) Women's rights after talaq include: First, Iddah income to meet the ex-wife's needs for 4 months and 10 days before the ex-husband reconciles. Second, madliyah income is given by the husband to his wife and children because of negligence during marriage. The three mut'ah livelihoods are given by the husband to please his ex-wife in living life after divorce. The four dowry debts are given by the husband, either in part or in full, to the wife.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to describe the concept and implementation of community empowerment in the context of Islamic economics. Community empowerment has an important impact in achieving the sustainable development goals, and a better understanding of. Community empowerment is a solution to the inequality and powerlessness felt by some people by the oppression of the powerful. Western economies provide no answer to this powerlessness. In an economic perspective, Islam provides a solid foundation to guide empowerment efforts. This research method is qualitative descriptive taken from several literatures. This research explores relevant Islamic economic principles, community empowerment implementation strategies, and their impact on economic and social well-being. The results of this study show that community empowerment in an Islamic perspective must use several instruments, namely zakat, infak, shodaqah, and waqf.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays an important role in shaping the character and morals of students. In this modern era, mass media, including films, have become a powerful influencer in shaping society's perceptions and values. The film "Ajari Aku Islam" presents a narrative rich in Islamic religious values. However, it is not clear to what extent the religious values conveyed in this film are relevant to PAI material taught in formal education institutions. The aim of this research is to evaluate the relevance of the religious values contained in the film "Ajari Aku Islam" to the PAI material being taught. The analysis will focus on the suitability of Islamic values conveyed in the film with the PAI curriculum. This research uses a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques to identify religious values in the film "Ajari Aku Islam". This literature research uses the documentation method. Namely by collecting data regarding variables in the form of images, sounds and book texts that are related to the religious values in the film Ajari Aku Islam towards Islamic religious education material. The results of this research conclude that the film Ajari Aku Islam is very relevant to the values in Islamic Religious Education lessons, because PAI lessons discuss values such as empathy, tolerance, endeavor, non-discrimination, preaching, obedience and respect for parents, displaying good behavior. which reflects faith, and repentance. With a clearer understanding of the relationship between media and Islamic religious education, steps can be taken to utilize the positive potential of film as an educational tool that supports PAI's goals in shaping the character and morals of students.]]>

<![CDATA[The majority of Indonesians live off livestock. Due to increasing demand, some households in Indonesia have established layer duck farms and broiler duck farms. This is one of the main sectors to fulfill the needs of the Indonesian population. The purpose of this study were (1) to determine the level of welfare for duck farmers in Sumberpakem village, Sumberjambe sub-district, (2) to determine the effect of sharia marketing on increasing consumer demand in Sumberpakem village, Sumberjambe sub-district. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explain sharia marketing strategies in duck entrepreneurship. Observations, interviews, and literature studies were the primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations.The results of this study, the authors obtained the conclusion that sharia marketing strategies in broiler duck entrepreneurs can improve welfare for duck farmers. <![CDATA[Islamic boarding schools do not only have the task of teaching religious knowledge. Apart from that, Islamic boarding schools also have an important role in giving birth to the formation of students who are independent in facing all the needs and challenges of life in the future. The independence of students in Islamic boarding schools is closely related to the parenting style of parents in the family environment. Children who are raised with a certain parenting style will have implications for independence while in the Islamic boarding school environment. One indicator of student independence is the existence of life skills in students in meeting their daily needs at the Islamic boarding school. The aim of the research is to describe the implications of parenting patterns for the formation of students' independent attitudes in Islamic boarding schools. The research was conducted qualitatively through literature study. Data collection techniques with documentation and data management with data reduction and presentation. The results of the research show: (1) people's parenting patterns have implications for the independence of students. Students who are raised with a democratic parenting style tend to adapt more easily to the Islamic boarding school environment and live independently and easily build communication and interaction with other students. (2) efforts to foster the independence of students at Islamic boarding school XXX are one of the duties of Islamic boarding school administrators and room heads/block heads. (3) to foster independence in students can be done by parents not visiting their children at the Islamic boarding school too often because this will slow down the growth of an independent attitude in the child. (4) parents need to have the courage to allow their children to fulfill their needs at the Islamic boarding school.]]>

Employing a literature review and an analytical method as part of a conceptual qualitative study, the research explores the multifaceted relationship between science and the Quran. Beyond being a sacred guide for worship and morality, the Quran is found to contain verses addressing natural phenomena and scientific concepts. The research underscores the significance of comprehending the integration of science within Quranic verses. <![CDATA[This research is a qualitative study which aims to describe students' problem solving abilities in solving problems related to differential equations. Differential equation questions are limited to material regarding separate and homogeneous differential equations. The subjects in this research were 5th semester students of the Mathematics Education Study Program. The instruments used in this research were differential equation questions and interview guidelines. The results of the research show that high category students are able to understand the problem well, which is indicated by students being able to explain well what is meant in the problem. Students are able to plan solutions well, are less able to carry out planning, and based on the results of the interview, the student rechecks the final answer. Low category students are less able to understand the problem well, which is indicated by the student's inability to explain what is meant in the problem. Students are unable to plan solutions. Students do not carry out solution planning, which is characterized by the student's inability to solve the problems given. Based on the results of the interview, students did not carry out the stage of rechecking the final answer.]]>

<![CDATA[Rituals for the dead are sacred activities that have become an Islamic tradition among society, especially in the Madura region. The operation of this ritual requires large costs that must be paid by the family regardless of economic class. This tradition, in another paradigm, has an impact on the continuity of education for the family of the deceased. This research was carried out in Tamberru Laok Sokobenah Sampang Village using qualitative research and a phenomenological approach. Techniques for collecting data using participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this research: the death ritual event is an Islamic tradition that continues from previous elders with the aim of adding goodness to the deceased, this activity costs quite a lot of money which becomes a burden for the family, the alternative to operational costs is going into debt and/or mortgaging the land which has an impact on the majority Every family migrates abroad, the source of funding comes from agreements and solidarity built within the family, and the biggest impact is the family's low level of attention to the education of the younger generation.]]>
