Financial performance plays an important role as a description of the company's ability to manage existing resources. Profitability ratios can be used as a tool to measure the company's financial performance in determining the company's efficiency in managing assets to obtain the maximum level of profit. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch in the 2018-2022 period. The variables of this study are profitability ratios and financial performance. The population and sample of this study were financial statements in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss from PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch in 2018-2022. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using profitability ratios with the two pont system approach. The results of this study indicate that the ROA ratio level of PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch for the period 2018-2022 is classified as very healthy and the ROE ratio level of PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch for the period 2018-2022 is classified as healthy. This is influenced by fluctuations in net income.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of knowledge management on employee performance with organizational culture as a moderation variable in PT. PLN UP3 Makassar Utara. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all employes of PT. PLN UP3 Makassar Utara which amounted to 72 people with a total sample of 39 people. The technique used in data collection is a survey method in the form of a questionnaire which will then be processed in the SPSS application. The results showed that knowledge management had a significant positive effect on the performance of PT. PLN UP3 Makassar Utara, as well as organizational culture moderate the influence of knowledge management on the performance of PT. PLN UP3 Makassar Utara.

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of foreign investment mediation towards economic growth in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data. Data collection in this study is through quarterly annual report from Badan Pusat Statistik, Bank Indonesia, dan Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal. The analysis method used is path analysis using the SPSS program version 25.0. The result of this study showed that, 1) inflation has no effect directly on economic growth, or indirectly through foreign investment mediation, 2) interest rate has negative and significant effect directly on economic growth, however interest rate has positive and significant effect indirectly on economic growth through foreign investment mediation, 3) exchange rate has no effect directly on economic growth, however exchange rate has negative and significant effect indirectly on economic growth through foreign investment mediation.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of sales growth and the inflation rate on profit changes in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in the 2018-2020 period. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from financial reports accessed through www.idx.co.id and data on food and beverage company stocks, purposive sampling technique used. The population is 26 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period, with 42 observations. While the samples taken amounted to 14 observations. The results of the research variable data have been tested on the classical assumptions in the form of normality assumptions, multicollinearity assumptions, and heteroscedasticity assumptions. After collecting the data, the data analysis method used multiple linear regression techniques and tested the hypothesis. The data was analyzed using the SPSS (Statistic et al.) Version 26 program. The results showed that sales growth had a positive and significant effect on changes in profits, and the inflation rate had a significant negative effect on changes in profits.

This study aims to find out about the Provisions for Submission of Applications for Guardianship After the Birth of the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 29 of 2019. The method used in writing this journal is the Qualitative Method with data collection techniques, namely library research which is collected and analyzed using descriptive techniques. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the provisions for child guardianship have been strictly regulated based on the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 29 of 2019 which states that a guardian is a person or entity that in reality exercises parental authority over a child. Furthermore, Article 1 paragraph 2 states that parents are biological fathers and/or mothers, or fathers and/or stepmothers, or adoptive fathers and/or mothers. Furthermore, Article 1 paragraph 3 states that a child is someone who is not yet (eighteen) years old, including a child who is still in the womb. Legal Procedures for Application for Guardianship After the Birth of Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 29 of 2019 must meet the requirements as stipulated in the Government Regulation and be submitted by a person or legal entity as a potential guardian to the court. The application for the appointment of a guardian as referred to in paragraph (1) is submitted together with the application for the revocation of the guardianship. The application for the appointment of a guardian and the application for the revocation of custody which has been accepted by the Court shall be determined through trial. A person or legal entity is declared a guardian after obtaining a court order.

This study aims to examine the effect of financial distress and corporate social responsibility on tax avoidance in the pharmaceutical manufacturing subsector during the period of 2017-2021. The population of this study consists of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. The research methodology employed is quantitative. The data used for this study were obtained from the website www.idx.co.id and annual reports that have been audited for each year, accessible through the official websites of the respective companies. Data collection was conducted using purposive sampling, with a total sample size of 30 data points over a 5-year observation period. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 for Windows. The results of the analysis indicate that the variable of financial distress does not have a significant effect on tax avoidance, while the variable of corporate social responsibility has a negative effect on tax avoidance.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of career development and emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by job satisfaction. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, where all the population was sampled, but employees as leaders and researchers were not included in the sample. The sample in this study amounted to 67 employees. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire method, with SEM-PLS statistical analysis. Data processing in this study using the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software program. The results of this study prove that career development directly has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. While job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship, and career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, so that indirectly job satisfaction can mediate career development on organizational citizenship behavior. And indirectly, job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior of employees.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on performance with work supervision as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at the Regional Airport Authority Office, Medan. saturated sample technique, the type of research used is associative quantitative. The research model used is path analysis and research data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and surveys. Based on the results of the research that has been done and data analysis as explained in the previous chapter, the following conclusions are conveyed from the results of the research as follows: Work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.744 and p values of 0.000 <0.05. Environment Work has a positive and significant effect on Supervision with an Original sample value of 0.329 with a p value of 0.001 <0.05. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance with an original sample value of -0.153 with a p-value of 0.044 <0.05. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect Control over the original sample 0.286 P values 0.046. Oversight has a negative and not significant effect on the original sample -0.011 P value 0.904. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Discipline and Employee Commitment on Employee Performance, to identify and analyze Employee Commitment to Employee Performance, to identify and analyze Employee Discipline and Commitment to Employee Performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Pekanbaru, Riau, Branch. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The associative approach is an approach using two or more variables to determine the relationship or influence between one variable and another. The population in this study were all employees of the Raharja Service Company in the Pekanbaru, Riau branch office, totaling 30 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study used Path Analysis, Partial Least Square (PLS) and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the SmartsPLS 3.0 software program. From the research results it can be concluded that the results of the first hypothesis test indicate that the relationship between the discipline variable and employee performance has a correlation value of 0.920. The second hypothesis test results show that the relationship between the employee commitment variable and employee performance has a correlation value of 0.833. Based on the calculation results show that employee discipline and commitment have a positive effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the R Square value of 0.853. This shows that the higher the discipline and commitment of employees, eating will have an effect on employee performance, which will be better.
