PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk is one of the highway service providers in Indonesia. The company has already been trusted to take the responsibility in building a number of highways in Indonesia. The objective of this research is to figure out the number of vehicles’ queues at Cikarang Utama Toll gate. The method applied in this research were field observation, unstructured interview, library research, and company data taken. From the result of the analysis, it can be seen that the service time of cash transaction in each toll booth at Cikarang Utama Toll gate is 11,11 second/ vehicle. The number of vehicles passing Cikarang Utama Toll gate are 2449 vehicles. The service time of non-cash transaction at Cikarang Utama Toll gate is 8,92 second/ vehicle. The number of vehicles passing Cikarang Utama toll gate within 1 hour using non-cash transaction is 2660 vehicles. The time difference between those two transactions is 2,19 second/ vehicle. The difference in number of vehicle passing the Toll gate within 1 hour is 211 vehicles.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : Pengaruh perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang, Pengaruh headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang, dan Pengaruh perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi dan headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi dan headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang pada PT. Primajasa Perdanarayautama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, lokasi penelitian di PT Primajasa Perdanarayautama, Cawang, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian dilakukan selama 2 bulan dari Januari sampai dengan Maret 2018. Populasi penelitian berupa data perencanaan, evaluasi bus siap operasi dan pelaksaanaan jumlah penumpang. Populasi tercatat ada 48 minggu. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan dari hasil perhitungan dengan rumus tersebut didapatkan jumlah sampel 32,4 ≈ 32. Jadi, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 32 data sekunder yaitu data perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi dan headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang di Primajasa Perdanarayautama. Teknik sampling menggunakan probability sampling. Pengumpulan Data menggunakan Wawancara Tidak Terstruktur dan Penelitian Lapangan (Field Research) serta Penelitian Kepustakaan (Library Research). Data yang diperoleh diuji melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, deskriptif variabel, uji koefisien korelasi, koefisien penentu, t table dan uji hipotesis. Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana dan Analisis Korelasi sederhana. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan persamaan regresi berganda yaitu Y = 2318.301 + 2231.636 X1 + (-60.779) X2 yang berarti mempunyai pengaruh positif. Koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,805 yang berarti mempunyai pengaruh yang rendah. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 65% yang berartinya 765% dari pelaksanaan jumlah penumpang ditentukan oleh perencanaan dan evaluasi bus siap operasi sedangkan 35% ditentukan oleh factor lainnya.

PT. Hunter Douglas Indonesia is a foreign interior manufacture company that produces modern curtains/window covering and architectural products. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the stock opname system to warehouse performance of the company in Cikarang. The method used in this study was field and library research. The study used simple linear regression, coefficient correlation, coefficient determination, and hypothesis testing to analyse the data. The result shows that t-count (5,459) is more than t-table (1,701) which means that there is a significant correlation between neat stock opname system and the warehouse performance in the company. Passengers show great interest and comfort in using mobile devices to plan and book flights. By launching website and mobile application, Singapore Airlines will become a well-known brand in the society. More people will look for the airlines and use the app which is expected to increase their sales. The purpose of the research is to find out how Singapore Airlines mobile application will impact their ticket sales by doing comparative analysis and analyzing their Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of total tickets issued before and after they launch the mobile application. CAGR of tickets issued before Singapore Airlines mobile application launched is 0.51%, and 1.16% after they launched the mobile application. From comparative analysis, t-obs as -2.748 and t-table as 2.201 to -2.201 with correlation value 0.45. There is difference between total of ticket issued in Singapore Airlines in Jakarta office for Jakarta – Singapore route before and after Singapore Airlines mobile application launched with moderate level of correlation of mobile application impact to increasing of their ticket sales.

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of flight safety ramp check implementation in Terminal II Soekarno Hatta airport in 2017. The method applied in this research was quantitative method using simple linier regression, correlation coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing to analyze the data. The result shows that there is a proportional relation of the ramp check implementation towards the flight safety. This can be seen from the simple linier line equationwhich is Y = 29,754 + 0,524 X. The analysis also shows a strong relation of the ramp check implementation towards the flight safety that can be seen from the coefficient correlation r= 0,406, and the hypothesis testing tcount= 2,130 > ttable= 1,714 thus HO is rejected and Hais accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of flight safety ramp checkimplementation in Terminal II SoekarnoHatta airport.

The Indonesian Navy materials’ sub unit is one of the main commands (KOTAMA) of the Indonesian Navy with the slogan “Jalesu Bhumyamca Jayamahe” which means “we are victorious in the sea and in the land.” The aim of the study is to analyse the effect of the materials sub unit employees’ professionalism to the logistics’ service quality in 2017. The method used was field and library research. The study used simple linear regression, coefficient correlation, coefficient determination, and hypothesis testing to analyse the data. The result shows that there is a significant effect between employees’ professionalism to the logistics’ service quality shown by the simple linear regression of Y=34,540 + 0.87 X. Based on the coefficient determination, there are some factors affect the service quality which are employees’ professionalism (90,25%) and facilities at work, discipline, work effective (9.75 %). The hypothesis also proves that t-count is more than t-table which Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It concludes that there is significant relation between both factors.

PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport and PT Jakarta Mega Trans are the operators managing Transjakarta at corridor VII that serves route Kampung Melayu – Kampung Rambutan. The decision related to transport fares needs careful handling and wise policy because it has to bridge the gap of interest between the passengers and the transportation provider. Therefore, careful estimation and improvement are urgently required in calculating the operational cost of public vehicle as the basis of decision making. This study is conducted to find out the estimation of public vehicle operational cost of PT Eka Sari Lorena Transport, PT Jakarta Mega Trans and the operational cost based on SK Dirjen Nomor 687 year 2002. The calculation method referred to SK Dirjen No 687 year 2002. The result shows that the public vehicle operational cost of PT Eka Sari Lorena is RP 9.373,00/bus-km while PT Jakarta Mega Trans is Rp 13.010,00/bus-km. The estimation of public vehicle operational cost on that particular route is Rp 8.802,64/bus-km. The analysis of those two transportation providers reveals that there is a significant different component influencing the operational cost, that is the component of financing the human resources.

The aim of this research is to prove the effect of speed to the cost of transportation. The research problems are how much the effect of the ship speed, how much the cost for distributing fuel, how much the fuel consumption, what threat factors that will influence the cost, and operational design in ship distribution. The analysis of the data used linear regression statistical analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, the determinant coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The samples of the data were 32 voyage ships. The result shows that the ship speed is fast, in fact it is faster than guaranteed speed so that it gives impact to the fuel cost due to the increase of fuel consumption.

Undang-undang Republik Indonesia No. 1 tahun 2009 tentang penerbangan yang disyahkan oleh Dewan Perwakilan rayat dan Presiden Republik Indonesia merupakan acuan dan standar keselamatan penerbangan sipil yang harus dipatuhi dan dilaksanakan oleh seluruh perusahaan penerbangan yang beroperasi di di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman, kepatuhan dan tanggung jawab konsumen penerbangan domestik di Indonesia terhadap Undang-undang Republik Indonesia No. 1 tahun 2009 tentang penerbangan. Kenyataannya masyarakat pengguna jasa penerbangan masih ada yang belum memahami, patuh dan tanggung jawab terhadap peraturan tentang keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan berbagai asumsi yang mendasarinya dengan menggunakan 74 responden penumpang penerbangan domestik di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat memberikan masukan yang berharga kepada pemerintah selaku regulator dan perusahaan penerbangan selaku operator dalam hal perlunya pemahaman, kepatuhan dan tanggung jawab dari konsumen penerbangan di Indonesia terhadap isi dari Undang-undang Republik Indonesia No. 1 tahun 2009 tentang penerbangan yang terkait dengan penumpang perusahaan penerbangan.

The purpose of the study is to figure out the internal and external factors related to the strength and weaknes in preparing the crew. The method used was field and library research by observing, interviewing, and spreading questionnaire. SWOT analysis was used to analyse the data. The internal factor of PT. Kia Marindo Jusema Jakarta has more strength than the weakness factor. The dominant strength lies in professional human resource service of 0.67. The weakness is found in the lack of the crew document of 0.24. The external factor of the company has more opportunity than threat. The most dominant opportunity factor is the increasing need of crew ship of 0.76 while the most dominant threat factor is the lack of qualified crew needed by the company of 0.31. The steps taken to minimize the internal weakness and face the external threat are by building cooperation with crew ship certified institution approved by Indonesia ministry of transportation to deal with the lack of certified crew document and expanding cooperation with sailor / crew ship communities and private shipping academy in Indonesia to deal with the lack of certified crew ship.
