Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : Pengaruh perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang, Pengaruh headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang, dan Pengaruh perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi dan headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi dan headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang pada PT. Primajasa Perdanarayautama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, lokasi penelitian di PT Primajasa Perdanarayautama, Cawang, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian dilakukan selama 2 bulan dari Januari sampai dengan Maret 2018. Populasi penelitian berupa data perencanaan, evaluasi bus siap operasi dan pelaksaanaan jumlah penumpang. Populasi tercatat ada 48 minggu. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan dari hasil perhitungan dengan rumus tersebut didapatkan jumlah sampel 32,4 ≈ 32. Jadi, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 32 data sekunder yaitu data perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi dan headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang di Primajasa Perdanarayautama. Teknik sampling menggunakan probability sampling. Pengumpulan Data menggunakan Wawancara Tidak Terstruktur dan Penelitian Lapangan (Field Research) serta Penelitian Kepustakaan (Library Research). Data yang diperoleh diuji melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, deskriptif variabel, uji koefisien korelasi, koefisien penentu, t table dan uji hipotesis. Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana dan Analisis Korelasi sederhana. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan persamaan regresi berganda yaitu Y = 2318.301 + 2231.636 X1 + (-60.779) X2 yang berarti mempunyai pengaruh positif. Koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,805 yang berarti mempunyai pengaruh yang rendah. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 65% yang berartinya 765% dari pelaksanaan jumlah penumpang ditentukan oleh perencanaan dan evaluasi bus siap operasi sedangkan 35% ditentukan oleh factor lainnya.

Abstract

Increasing mobility of human activities requires transportation modes to be more reliable. The technology offered by online transportation service providers is a new technology in the transportation service industry which can grow rapidly. The technology offered also changes the way consumers use transportation services. This phenomenon also has a major impact on the transportation industry and requires the government to immediately improve regulations on transportation services. Along with consumer behavior that is increasingly digital and more dependent on the internet for daily activities such as information retrieval, shopping, and business transactions, making business both local and foreign begin to present online application-based transportation. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the social challenges of transportation and the drivers’ growth in online application-based transportation in Indonesia and their influence on government policy. The population was all application users based on online transportation, and obtained as many as 240 respondents gave responses to the questionnaire. Data were collected by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies, variables studied using a Likert scale. The questionnaire was first tested using validity and reliability testing, analyzed by SEM analysis. The results found in the hypothesis testing of this study are: simultaneously, the social challenges of transportation and the growth of online application-based transportation have a positive and significant influence on government policy. Partially, the online application-based transportation challenge variables in Indonesia have a significant influence on government policy variables, so that they have a positive and significant influence. Partially, the online application-based transportation growth variable has a significant influence on government policy variables, so it has a positive and significant influence. Based on the 11 Goodness of Fit (GOF) criteria models above, the research model has a fairly good model. This means that the measurement model obtained from the data is in accordance with the research hypothesis. This is because of the 11 criteria, there are 8 criteria that have been fulfilled.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of flight frequency development on parking stand utilization at Husein Sastranegara Airport in Bandung from 2014 to 2016. PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) manages 13 airports which one of them is Husein Sastranegara Airport in Bandung. The researchers want to find out whether there is influence of aviation frequency development on parking stand utilization at Husein Sastranegara Airport in Bandung from 2014 to 2016. The data collection was using field research or observation method and questionnaire. Techniques used to analyse the data were simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient determinant, and hypothesis test. From the result of the hypothesis test, it is known that the development of aviation frequency has a significant relationship to parking stand utilization.

Abstract

Jakarta Air Traffic Service Centre unit Aerodrome Control Tower is a unit that is responsible for providing pilotage services cost in the region of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, per day, serve at least 1000 flight. The research objective is to analyze and determine the level of stress at work in air traffic control officer. To solve the problems mentioned above, the authors use a mixed method approach is a method of quantitative and qualitative methods as a whole --- which assures that there is a significant relationship between work stresses in the work with the performance of air traffic control personnel unit Aerodrome Control Tower.

Abstract

Finding a solution in overcoming the bottleneck problems, we need to focus on the factors that affect the bottleneck . DKI Jakarta as the capital city has a very busy activity intensity, because it is the center of activity not only from indigenous people but also from residents around the region such as from Bekasi, Tanggerang, Depok and Bogor. Hence, it needs to subscribe an integrated transportation system with all related area. The purpose of this research is to find the causal factor of congestion that happened in DKI Jakarta in order to determine the most relevant transportation system policy applied in DKI Jakarta. By purposive sampling and quoted sampling method, there were 30 respondents from road users and communities around Jalan Cawang - Grogol and Kota Tua - Harmony. In processing questionnaire data, SPSS program version 19 was used with Descriptives analysis method. The result of this research is there are 3 order of the top ranking factors which cause traffic jam in DKI Jakarta that is 1). The use of Personal Vehicle in Jakarta is very high, 2). The use of two-wheel motorcycles in Jakarta is very high and 3). Vehicle volume is not proportional to road capacity.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the role of social media Twitter toward brand awareness on Indonesian airlines. Research methodology used was regression analysis techniques, coefficient correlation, coefficient determinant, and hypothesis testing.   The result of the analysis and discussion shows positive correlation between social media Twitter toward brand awareness shown by simple linear regression equation Y = 7.565 + 0.516X.  The role of social media Twitter toward brand awareness is strong since the correlation coefficient (r) equals to 0.604. Coefficient determinant equals to 36.3% which means contribution of X variable (social media Twitter) toward the fluctuation of Y variable (brand awareness) is 36.3%.  The result of hypothesis testing shows that tstat > ttable (6.938 > 1.988).  There is a significant role of social media Twitter toward brand awareness.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the loading and unloading operator performance on the effectiveness of container loading and unloading operator at PT. Sarana Bandar Nasional Jakarta.  The process of loading and unloading normally needs supporting equipments.  These supporting equipments generally divided into two kinds: mechanical and non-mechanical. The mechanical equipment owned by PT. Sarana Bandar Nasional are Forklift, Truck Trailer, Reach Taker, and Ship Gear (Ship Crane). In addition, the non-mechanical equipment owned are Wire Sling, Hook, Spider, and Net. These two kinds of equipments need their own operators.  One way to overcome the obstacles is by giving out workshops, so that the operators would understand theoretically on how to operate the mechanical equipments righteously.  Using the equipment in a correct way, would accelerate the duration of loading and unloading activities, besides, by using the equipment in accordance to the procedure will affect the durability of the equipment.

Abstract

PT. DHL Exel Supply Chain Indonesia (Kraft Project) is a private company focused on domestic and international delivery and logistics. The company thinks that qualified human resources are important and needed that is the reason why they implement health and work safety procedure to decrease accidents at work. Using simple linear regression analysis and coefficient correlation, the research shows that the implementation of health and work safety contribute 56.4 % to the accident at work. Other factors, 43.6 %, are due to employees’ training, maintenance of operational equipment, and clean and neat work environment.

Abstract

PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk is one of the Toll Road Service Provider Operators in Indonesia. Jasa Marga has been trusted to be responsible for toll road construction in Indonesia. With the large number of road growth, there will also be more toll roads to connect several regions in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the Average Daily Traffic (LHR) of the accident rate, to solve the problem, the author used 2 (two) methods, the first method of collecting data in the form of field data (field research) and documents review (based on the data from the company). The second method was data analysis with the basic calculation of Accident Rate. The results from the analysis show there is a contribution from the Average Daily Traffic (LHR) (X) of 27.04% to the accident rate (Jakarta - Cikampek Toll Road) (Y) and the rest 72.96% is the influence of other factors besides the Average Daily Traffic average (LHR).

PT. Hunter Douglas Indonesia is a foreign interior manufacture company that produces modern curtains/window covering and architectural products. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the stock opname system to warehouse performance of the company in Cikarang. The method used in this study was field and library research. The study used simple linear regression, coefficient correlation, coefficient determination, and hypothesis testing to analyse the data. The result shows that t-count (5,459) is more than t-table (1,701) which means that there is a significant correlation between neat stock opname system and the warehouse performance in the company.
