Abstract

The aim of the research was to describe the implementation of problem based instruction in improving the achievement of science and social science of fifth grade students at 03 Madiun Lor Elementary School. The approach used was qualitative approach by using Classroom Action Researh. The research was done at 03 Madiun Lor Elementary School with the subject of research was the students of fifth grade for 7 months. The subjects was 27 students. The technique of collecting data used observation, questionnaire, and test. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The result showed that the implementation of problem based instruction learning model could improve the learning motivation of the students in learning science and social science of fifth grade students at 03 Madiun Lor Elementary School. The improvement of the learning motivation in cycle 1 was 45,56% and cycle 2 was 92,59%. The improvement of average scores in cycle 1 was 74,81 and cycle 2 was 86,67. The research was terminated in cycle 2 because the target was achieved.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaan problem based instruction dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPAS SD pada siswa kelas V SDN 03 Madiun Lor. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN 03 Madiun Lor selama 7 bulan. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket, dan tes. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaan problem based instruction dapat meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas V SDN 03 Madiun Lor. Peningkatan minat ditunjukkan dalam siklus 1 sebesar 45,56% dan siklus 2 sebesar 92,59% Sedangkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar pada siklus 1 sebesar 74,81 dan siklus 2 sebesar 86,67. Aktivitas riset dihentikan sampai pada siklus 2 karena target yang ditetapkan sudah terpenuhi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi yang jelas tentang nilai moral pada cerita pendek fabel karya Ahmad filyan sebagi bahan ajar apresiasi sastra kelas tinggi di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis penelitian dokumen analisis yaitu menganalisis isi dari cerita pendek fabel karya Ahmad Filyan. Instrumen yang digunakan teknik baca dan catat. Teknik pengumpulan data penulis membaca berulangulang cerita pendek fabel karya Ahmad Filyan kemudian menganalisis nilai moral yang terkandung pada cerita pendek tersebut dan kemudian mencatatnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada cerita pendek fabel karya Ahmad Filyan terdapat nilai moral yang menunjukkan adanya kejujuran, kesediaan untuk bertanggung jawab, kemandirian moral, keberanian moral, dan kerendahan hati. Sehingga bisa menjadi bahan ajar apresiasi sastra pada kelas tinggi Sekolah Dasar.This research aims to obtain a clear description of the moral values in the short fables written by Ahmad Filyan as teaching material for literary appreciation in upper elementary classes. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The type of research is document analysis, which involves analyzing the content of the short fables by Ahmad Filyan. The instrument used is the reading and notetaking technique. The data collection technique involves reading the short fables by Ahmad Filyan repeatedly, analyzing the moral values contained in the short stories, and then recording them. The results of the research show that in the short fables by Ahmad Filyan, there are moral values that indicate honesty, a willingness to take responsibility, moral independence, moral courage, and humility. Abstract

This research aimed to improve fourth-graders' narrative writing skills through a differentiated project-based learning model. A classroom action research involving teachers and 13 students was conducted. Data was collected through interviews, observations, writing tests, and documents. Results showed significant improvement in writing skills after two cycles. Eighty-five percent of students achieved scores above the minimum criteria. The project-based learning model effectively enhanced students' writing abilities.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to explain how Canva is used in education to teach students how to create video presentations that summarize material for Class VI SDN Bangunrejo Kidul 2 Ngawi Regency for the academic year 2023–2024. This study uses a descriptive, qualitative research design. Sixteen pupils from class VI—thirteen male and three female—were the participants of this study. Questionnaires, assessments, and observation sheets are used as data collection methods. The present study employs data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing as data analysis methodologies. Triangulation techniques are the method used to verify the accuracy of the data in this study. According to the study's findings, two students—or 12%—were in the good category and fourteen students—or 88%—had verygood grades. According to this research, Indonesian language courses can benefit from using the Canva forEducation software,particularly when it comes to summarizing content. Keywords: create material summaries, use Canva for education, and create video presentations Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan penerapan aplikasi canva for education dalam pembelajaran menulis ringkasan materi dalam  bentuk video presentasi Kelas VI SDN Bangunrejo Kidul 2 Kabupaten Ngawi tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI yang berjumlah sebanyak 16 siswa, yang terdiri dari 3 siswa putri dan 13 siswa putra.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, evaluasi, dan lembar angket. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini,  yaitu melalui teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang mendapatkannilai dengan kategori sangat baik ada 14 siswa atau 88% dan yang kategori baik ada 2 siswa atau 12%. Data ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Canva for Education dapat diterapkan dalam pelajaran bahasa indonesia terutama meringkas materi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to increase the character values of honesty and helpfulness in class IV students in science subjects at SDN 02 Winongo, Manguharjo District, Madiun City in 2023/2024. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of classroom action research. This action research was carried out in three cycles. Data was collected through tests, observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is qualitative data analysis.  The data obtained for each cycle is in the form of student activity data and student character assessment data in science learning using the CTL method and shadow puppet media. The research results showed that the use of the CTL method with shadow puppet media can increase the character values of honesty and helpfulness.  This was proven in the first cycle, the average honesty character value was only 62.90, increasing by 17.54% in the second cycle to 73.93. However, this did not meet the KKM 75, so it was continued in cycle III until finally there was an increase of 38.08% to 86.85 for the average honesty character score. Meanwhile, the helpful character in the initial test of cycle I reached an average score of 65.33 and increased by 14.08% to 74.53. Because it had not yet reached the KKM standard, it was continued to cycle III and the results increased 33.02% to 86.90 for the average value of helpfulness.

Abstract

Pembelajaran memerlukan pendengaran, yang mempengaruhi seberapa baik siswa memahami mata pelajaran yang diajarkan. Karena pengaruh internal dan eksternal, pembelajaran terhambat oleh kemampuan mendengarkan yang buruk. Model, teknik, dan strategi digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Perlunya model yang efektif terlihat dari kenyataan bahwa banyak siswa Indonesia mengalami kesulitan memahami materi dongeng selama kegiatan mendengarkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendefinisikan dan menerapkan paradigma berpasangan bercerita untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mendengarkan cerita pendek. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan pendidikan, kemampuan model bercerita berpasangan untuk mendorong keterlibatan, dan kegunaannya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mendengarkan.Learning requires listening, which affects how well students comprehend the subject being taught. Due to both internal and external influences, learning is hampered by poor listening abilities. Models, techniques, and strategies are used to deal with this problem. The necessity for effective models is highlighted by the fact that many Indonesian students find it difficult to understand tale material during listening activities. The purpose of this study is to define and apply the paired storytelling paradigm to enhance the ability to listen to short stories. Data were gathered by observation, documentation, and interviews using qualitative methodologies. The findings demonstrate the need for enhanced education, the paired storytelling model's ability to foster engagement, and its usefulness in improving listening abilities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the increase in students' narrative writing abilities and learning activeness of class IV students at SDN Watualang 1, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency after implementing the picture and picture learning model. This research uses Classroom Action Research with data collected through test techniques, non-test techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were 20 people, analyzed using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in the narrative writing ability of class IV students at SDN Watualang 1, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency after implementing the picture and picture learning model. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of learning completion in narrative writing skills from cycle I of 80% with an average class score of 73.75 to 100% in cycle II with an average class score of 79.75. There was an increase in the learning activity of class IV students at SDN Watualang 1, Ngawi District, Ngawi Regency after implementing the picture and picture learning model. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of complete learning activities from cycle I of 80% to 100% in cycle II.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify and assess the Make a Match learning paradigm, which uses sentence cards to improve students' pantun writing abilities. For the 2023–2024 academic year, data was gathered through observation, testing, and documentation of 12 fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Crabak using the Classroom Action Research technique in two cycles. Both quantitative and qualitative descriptive methodologies were used in the analysis. The findings demonstrated a 25% improvement in classical mastery, rising from 66.7% in the first cycle to 91.7% in the second. The model challenges less experienced writers and takes time, but it also enhances writing abilities, teamwork, and active learning.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan mengevaluasi model pembelajaran Make a Match menggunakan kartu kalimat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis pantun siswa. Menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dalam dua siklus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi dari 12 siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Crabak untuk tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Analisis dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan penguasaan klasikal dari 66,7% pada siklus pertama menjadi 91,7% pada siklus kedua, peningkatan sebesar 25%. Model ini meningkatkan keterampilan menulis, kolaborasi, dan pembelajaran aktif, namun memerlukan waktu dan menjadi tantangan bagi siswa yang kurang mahir menulis.
