Abstract

Digitizing Administration Management is an improvement in institutional administration management. The lack of orderly administration among PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) cadres has become an important issue in the Master Plan of the PKK Movement for 2021-2024. Based on this, there is a need for efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of administrative information. Therefore, the digitalization of administration systems is crucial to enhancing institutional administration. The partner in this community service activity is the PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) cadres in Patengan Village, located in Rancabali District, Bandung Regency. The focus of the activity is to provide socialization on the Digitalization of PKK Administration Management. The main problems faced by the partners include inadequate infrastructure and facilities to support digitalization, as well as a lack of understanding about digitalization. Given this situation, we aim to provide understanding through socialization about digital administration. Based on the analysis, the target outcome is to increase knowledge, understanding, and skills in utilizing digitalization systems in PKK administration. This will help ensure that PKK administration in Patengan Village is well-organized and continues to develop.

Abstract

The Thai government has realized the serious problem of environmental pollution due to plastic waste. In everyday life, plastic has become an important and integral part of societies around the world due to its various uses, such as packaging, agriculture, auto parts, electronic applications and medical devices. This results in approximately 2 million tons of plastic waste being generated per year. Managing organic waste in the form of stacked buckets does not require large areas of land and equipment is easy to obtain. This activity includes: a. training and practice in making stacked buckets, b. training in making crafts from inorganic waste, and c. digital marketing training for product sales. The expected output of this activity is that Muhammadiyah residents in Thailand have an understanding regarding making stacking buckets independently so that organic waste management is more optimal. The next output is increasing the community's skills in making crafts by utilizing inorganic waste and turning it into a product to be marketed and can increase family income and well-being.

Abstract

Globalization has become an unavoidable phenomenon in this modern era, and its impact on various aspects of life, including language, is very significant. In Indonesia, globalization affects the borrowing of words from foreign languages into local languages. This process involves not only the use of new words but also the transformation of meaning and usage in the context of local culture. This study aims to explore how globalization borrows words into local languages in Indonesia, with a focus on the factors that drive such borrowing and its impact on the linguistic identity of the community. Through qualitative analysis and case studies, it is found that word borrowing is often triggered by the need for broader communication, the influence of mass media, and increased social interaction with the outside world. However, despite the benefits of enriching the nail, there are also risks to the preservation of local languages and cultural identity.

Abstract

The phenomenon of code switching in early childhood at the PJ Global Kids bilingual school is an interesting topic to study, considering the importance of mastering more than one language in the context of modern education. This study aims to identify the factors that cause code switching and its impact on children's language development. Qualitative research methods were used to explore data through in-depth interviews with teachers, parents, and direct observation in the classroom. The results showed that code switching occurs as a response to the social environment and children's communication needs. Factors such as peer influence, situational context, and language habits at home contribute significantly to this phenomenon. The impact of code switching is seen in children's increasingly developing language skills and their increasing social skills. However, there are also challenges that arise related to the consistency of language use that can affect overall language learning.

Abstract

This activity is a form of dedication to one of the important aspects of the Tri Darma of Higher Education, namely community service. Apart from fulfilling responsibilities, this activity aims to make a meaningful contribution to the development and application of knowledge in society, with the main focus on SMPIT Darul Hasani students. To achieve this goal, a combination of effective learning methods is used, namely expository and inquiry. The expository method is applied through oral delivery of material, providing a strong knowledge base about entrepreneurship and digital marketing. Meanwhile, the inquiry method encourages students to think critically and analytically, dig deeper into the concept of entrepreneurship, and analyze various types of businesses and innovative ideas. As a concrete example, the success story of Nadia Istikomah's meatball business "Bakso Cah Nogiri" is presented, which provides the idea that entrepreneurship can be started with easily accessible creative resources and ideas. Through this approach, it is hoped that there will be an increase in SMPIT Darul Hasani students' understanding of entrepreneurship and digital marketing.
