Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Celebrity Endorser, Live Streaming, and Online Customers Review on Purchasing Decisions for Somethinc Products at TikTok Shop. The sample consisted of 385 respondents who had purchased the product. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire, and proved to be valid and reliable. The Classical Assumption Test shows that the data is normally distributed and the regression model is free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity problems. The results showed that Celebrity Endorser, Live Streaming, and Online Customers Review each, as well as simultaneously, have a significant effect on Purchasing Decision. The findings imply the importance of strengthening those strategies for manufacturers to strengthen their marketing position on TikTok Shop.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine inequality and leading economic sectors in North Kalimantan with a period of 6 years from 2018 to 2023. The research method used is to use Williamson index calculation and analyze the leading sectors through the calculation of Location Quotient, Shift Share and Klassen typology. By taking secondary data obtained from the source of the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Kalimantan. The results showed that inequality in North Kalimantan from 2018 to 2023 from Williamson's index calculation was relatively high . While the calculation of the leading sector in North Kalimantan is the forestry sector, agriculture, warehousing, mining, transportation, construction and fisheries which is the biggest competitiveness is excavation and mining. The implication of these results is the need for more inclusive policies to reduce development inequality and increase the contribution of leading sectors in the economic growth of the region.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work rotation and communication on work performance at the Bogor Customs and Excise Supervision and Services Office. Job rotation is a human resource management strategy used to develop employee skills and increase work motivation through moving employees between job posts. Communication, both vertical and horizontal, plays an important role in maintaining the efficient flow of information and building harmonious working relationships. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. The research results show that work rotation and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, either partially or simultaneously. These two variables together make a big contribution to increasing employee work performance in the Bogor Customs and Excise office environment. These findings show the importance of implementing planned and effective work rotation, as well as good communication management to improve employee performance. The practical implication of this research is that organizations can consider improving job rotation programs and strengthening internal communication systems to achieve operational and strategic goals.

Abstract

This research discusses Tourism, one of the largest industries in the world and is a sector that many countries rely on. This study aims to find out the marketing strategy of tour packages in PT. Yuk Kita Tour on Domestic and International Tour Packages. This research method was carried out to consumers of PT. Yuk Kita Tour, The reason for choosing this location is because PT. Yuk Kita Tour is a travel agency that is different from other travel agencies. The types and sources of data in this study use qualitative data types, such as: the results of descriptive interviews, the potential attraction of tourists of PT. Yuk Kita Tour and two data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. In collecting data using three techniques, namely: observation where this research is carried out by direct observation of PT. Yuk Kita Tour. To determine the informants using the purposive sampling technique, the researcher determines in advance who is the sample, and mentions the status of each according to the researcher's wishes and objectives. Research Results of PT. Yuk Kita Tour Implement the SO strategy by increasing sales promotion to the target market, increasing cooperation with hotels and travel agents and maintaining diversity and innovation in product and service quality.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the determinants of company value with profitability as a moderator for companies in the IDX ESG Leaders Index for the 2019-2023 period. The sample in this research was 15 companies selected through purposive samplingwith 5 years of observations so the number of observations is 75. Data analysis techniques usingSEM-PLS is assisted by Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The results of this research show that agency costs have an effect on company value, while ESG disclosure and financial distress have no effect on company value in the IDX ESG Leaders Index. Apart from that, profitability is able to mediate the effect of ESG disclosure and agency costs on company value, but profitability is not able to mediate the effect of financial distress on company value in the IDX ESG Leaders Index.

Abstract

Poetry is old literature whose message can still be relevant today. This research explores the value of prophetic communication which is a derivative of Kuntowijoyo's Prophetic Social Sciences in poetry entitled Gurindam Dua Belas which contains twelve articles with different themes by Raja Ali Haji who comes from Penyengat Island, Riau Islands Province. This poetry is researched because of its timeless nature. The semiotic principles studied in this paper are the principles of signified, signifier, iconic, and arbitrator which will also be explained in terms of the value of prophetic communication. The value elements of prophetic communication are humanization (amar ma'ruf) which is related to humanizing humans, liberation (nahi munkar) which is related to preventing evil and liberation, and transcendence (tu'minuna billah) which is faith in Allah who returns everything to the Qur'an. 'an and As-Sunnah. Although it does not explicitly mention the verses and surahs in the Koran. In total there are eight articles that fall into the Prophetic Communication category in this poem. Many of the poetry's values ​​contain humanization from a societal perspective, followed by liberation and transcendence.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of Social Media Marketing, Online Customer Reviews and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions on the TikTok Application for Muslim Fashion Products. The subjects of this research were users from Management students at the Faculty of Economics, Mercu Buana University, Yogyakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 105 respondents. The research analysis method was carried out using multiple linear regression and analysis techniques using IBM SPSS 22 software. Based on the research results, it was found that social media marketing and brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, online customer reviews did not have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of government spending and Human Development Index on economic growth in Indonesia. This study uses panel data with Fixed Effect Model approach. In this research, the type and source of data used is secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The data used in this study is a combination of cross section data and time series data of 34 provinces in Indonesia from 2021-2022 (penel data). The variables used in this study are economic growth (Y) in Percent units, government spending (X1) in logarithmic rupiah units and Human Development Index (X2) in Percent units. The method used in this study is the method of analysis of panel data (pooled data) as a tool to process data using eviews 9. It was found that government spending and Human Development Index have a positive influence on economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the meaning of cultural accounting in the peraq api tradition and how accounting practices are applied in the peraq api tradition in Selebung village, by finding out how the Sasak people interpret peraq api which has been a tradition from the past until now. This research uses interpretive and ethnographic paradigms as research methodology. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that cultural accounting in the Peraq Api tradition has the meaning of gratitude and responsibility. Gratitude is expressed in happiness and thanks for the birth of a child, while responsibility is emphasized in wise financial management, transparency and accountability. Cultural accounting in this tradition reflects Sasak noble values, such as mutual cooperation, social care, kinship and compassion. These findings indicate that cultural accounting plays an important role in preserving Sasak culture and strengthening cultural identity. This tradition also shows how the Sasak people use accounting to manage resources sustainably and ensure the welfare of their community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research study is to analyse consumer trust during the online purchasing decision process from a cross-cultural perspective, specifically in the case of an online marketplace. The study has three primary objectives: to explore the value and importance of online purchasing among customers in different cultures, to examine the factors that influence consumers in different cultures to gain trust in online purchasing, and to assess the factors that affect consumer trust in different cultures when purchasing goods online. The study will use focus group discussions to gather data from participants in Indonesia and China, and thematic analysis will be conducted to analyse the gathered data. The findings of this study will be significant in providing insights into the factors that influence consumer trust in online purchasing decisions, specifically in cross-cultural contexts. Understanding these factors can help online marketplaces improve their services and increase consumer trust, which can lead to increased revenue and customer loyalty. Moreover, the study will contribute to the body of knowledge in the field of cross-cultural marketing, as it will provide insights into how cultural factors influence consumer behaviour in online marketplaces.
