This research aims to explore the role of infrastructure in promoting economic growth through a qualitative literature study approach. Good infrastructure is recognized as a key factor in economic development, especially in developing countries, where accessibility and efficiency are often hampered by a lack of basic facilities. This study collects and analyzes various literature sources including scientific journals, books, and policy reports to identify how infrastructure, such as transportation, energy, and telecommunications, affect economic growth. Findings from the literature show that investments in infrastructure not only improve economic efficiency and productivity, but also contribute to reducing social and economic inequality by expanding access to markets and employment opportunities. However, challenges such as resource constraints, inefficient project management and corruption often hinder the success of infrastructure projects. This study also identifies gaps in the existing literature and provides recommendations for further research and policies that can improve the effectiveness of infrastructure development. The results of this study are expected to provide greater insight into how effective infrastructure strategies can contribute to sustainable and inclusive economic growth.

This article aims to identify and analyze key references on impulsive buying behavior influenced by individual personality traits, hedonic motivation, and self-control. This study employs a systematic literature review using the Google Scholar database (including Emerald, ProQuest, and ResearchGate) via Harzing's Publish or Perish software. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel, Mendeley, and VOSviewer. The study follows the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) approach, resulting in 16 core articles. The findings reveal six scientific clusters supporting research on personality traits, hedonic motivations, self-control, and impulsive buying behavior, with a total of 164 link strengths. The VOSviewer visualization demonstrates that impulsive buying and consumer behavior are dominant keywords, serving as central nodes connecting personality traits and self-control. Meanwhile, the keyword hedonic motivation appears smaller in size and less prominent.

The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis, which combines time series data and cross-section data. The data used in this finding is secondary data obtained from BPS Banten Province during the period 2019 to 2023. The variables collected include human development index, minimum wage, employment and gross regional domestic product. Based on the panel data regression results, the best model obtained is CEM. The findings indicate that panel data regression analysis shows a significant effect of HDI, minimum wage, labor force participation rate, and GRDP on the open unemployment rate in Banten Province during the 2019-2023 period. The probability value below 0.05 corroborates this finding. An increase in minimum wage is positively correlated with an increase in open unemployment, while an increase in HDI, labor force participation rate, and GRDP are negatively correlated with open unemployment.

Literary works are a means for authors to convey thoughts, ideas, ideas and even criticism of phenomena and problems that occur in society. The issue of women in society is one of the exciting topics raised in literature. The novel Isinga presents the issues of Papuan women related to the existence and independence of women and their efforts to realize their existence. This research is qualitative, and the data analysis method is hermeneutic. The consequences of using hermeneutics are bound to two things: first, ascertaining the content in a word, sentence, text, and so on, and second, understanding the forms of instruction contained in the symbols. The research results show that Papuan women have a very high existence as individuals and social beings. Papuan women have an independent attitude formed due to circumstances that force their awareness to maintain their existence. Efforts made by women to realize their existence and foster women's independence include (1) trying to learn new things, (2) opening a business/trading in the market, (3) providing counseling for women and adolescents, (4) providing skills training for women and adolescents.

The study provides a comprehensive analysis of the professional readiness, competencies, and values developed by graduates of the Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) program at Eastern Samar State University (ESSU). Findings reveal that only 12.50% of alumni pursued further education, indicating a preference for gaining practical experience over additional academic qualifications. Communication skills emerged as the strongest competency, with 86% of respondents highlighting these abilities, while nearly half (49.6%) reported holding regular employment, reflecting job stability linked to their developed competencies. The graduates' self-assessed values yielded a mean rating of 4.05, with high scores in creativity (4.60) and essential qualities such as confidence and integrity (4.30). However, areas like commitment and leadership received lower ratings, suggesting opportunities for targeted development. Employer feedback emphasized graduates' adaptability and effective communication skills, yet also highlighted the need for enhanced practical classroom experience and technical skills in information and communication technology (ICT). Overall, the study underscores the program's effectiveness while outlining actionable recommendations to further prepare graduates for evolving professional demands, ensuring they possess the competencies necessary for success in diverse educational settings.
