Abstract

The importance of an individual's citizenship status has led the international community to establish several legal instruments related to citizenship status. The right to renounce citizenship is based on the principle that individuals have the right to determine their own citizenship, subject to the reasonable requirements of the laws of the involved states. This research method employs a qualitative approach, focusing on examining the application of legal norms and principles to legal theories and doctrines. This involves identifying the policies of various states regarding the citizenship status of families who sympathize with ISIS. Consequently, the research aims to formulate policy considerations of states concerning international legal provisions

Abstract

This study examines Aceh's challenges in managing Rohingya refugees and proposes conflict management strategies. Using a qualitative approach, it identifies issues in implementing Presidential Regulation 125/2016 and potential conflicts with local communities. A three-phase conflict management framework is proposed: prevention, cessation, and post-conflict recovery. Prevention strategies include developing institutional mechanisms, early warning systems, and community capacity building. Conflict cessation focuses on establishing specialized task forces and strengthening security systems. Post-conflict recovery emphasizes inclusive economic initiatives, sustained dialogue forums, integrated data management, comprehensive relocation studies, and psychosocial support. The research highlights the importance of collaborative efforts involving government agencies, international organizations, and local communities in addressing the complex challenges of refugee management

Abstract

Indonesia ranks ninth out of ten countries with an average of 3 hours and 11 minutes of social media usage per day. The Z generation uses Instagram extensively. Generation Z uses this platform to update themselves and get praise from others. This study aims to find out the relationship between the intensity of social media use on Instagram and narcissism in Generation Z. This type of research involves quantitative correlation with a cluster sample consisting of 157 active psychology students at Sumbawa University of Technology. The results show a positive relationship between the two variables with a very strong coefficient value of 0.880, which indicates that the higher the intensity, the higher narcissism, and so is the other way

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how stock prices are affected by Cash Position (CP) and Price Earning Ratio (PER). Associative quantitative research method. The data used in this study are secondary data from the financial statements of PT Gudang Garam Tbk. The purposive sampling method is used to collect samples. Construction and methods for analyzing data, classical assumption tests. Data are processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 26 programs. Panel data regression analysis, determination coefficient, and significance test of influence with t-test and F-test were carried out. The results of the analysis show that the correlation value of cash position to stock prices of -0.479 is included in the moderate category with a negative correlation direction. In addition, there is a correlation value between price earning ratio and stock price of 0.199. This value is included in the weak category with a positive correlation direction. The results of the study show that the price earning ratio variable does not affect stock prices, but cash position significantly affects stock prices. The results of the significance test of influence with the F test show that cash position and price earning ratio simultaneously have a large positive impact on stock prices. The analysis of the coefficient of determination (KD) that has been carried out shows that the independent variables, namely cash position and price earning ratio, have an influence of 32.5% on the dependent variable, namely stock price. Other variables not studied by the author contribute 67.5% of the remaining influence

Abstract

Inflation is one of the non-military threats in the economic dimension, as stipulated in Presidential Regulation Number 8 of 2021 concerning the General Defense Policy of 2020-2024. The Ministry of Home Affairs plays a crucial role as a key component in non-military defense against the threat of inflation in Indonesia. This research aims to elucidate the role of the Ministry of Home Affairs as part of non-military defense in handling inflation to support national security of a country. The author employs a qualitative research method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, literature review, and data analysis using an interactive model by Miles Huberman, Saldana (2014), and Bruce J. Cohen's Theory of Roles (1992). The research findings indicate that the Ministry of Home Affairs, as part of Non-Military Defense, has played an enacted role in concrete efforts to control inflation. In the context of National Security, these follow-up actions by the Ministry of Home Affairs can have implications for economic stability and the inflation rate to support or maintain national security of a country

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the relationship between Y, debt-to-equity ratio, and return on equity for food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the BEI in 2020 and 2022. Panel data regression analysis is the research tool of choice for this associative descriptive study. This study's population consists of 2020–2022 financial reports from BEI-listed food and beverage subsector manufacturing enterprises. Nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach was used to collect the samples. Various statistical methods were employed to assess the impact of the study, including panel data regression analysis, t test and F test hypothesis testing, and Pearson product moment correlation and coefficient of determination analyses. There is a very strong correlation between return on equity (ROE) and Y (0.824) and a sufficient correlation (0.535) between debt to equity ratio and Y (0.535), according to the results of the analysis. The results of the determination analysis reveal that the debt-to-equity ratio and return on equity account for 99.2% of the variance in firm value, with the remaining 0.8% explained by factors that were not part of the study

The research method used is a descriptive associative method. The population consists of secondary data from the financial statements of PT Harum Energy, Tbk. The sample taken used non-probability sampling with purpose sampling method with specific criteria, see the quarterly financial reports of PT Harum Energy, Tbk for the period 2015-2022. To test the influence analysis, Pearson product moment correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and t-test and F-test hypothesis testing were applied. The results of the investigation demonstrate that the value of the correlation between working capital turnover and (roi) is -0,193 the correlation value of this falls into the extremely low group, current ratio to return on investment is 0,251 It falls under the low group. The outcomes of the determination analysis show that the quantity of the independent variables influence and contribution (working capital turnover and current ratio) to the dependent variable (return on investment) is 25% and the remainder 75% is affected by additional factors that the author did not look into
