Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how to improve purchasing decisions that are influenced by green marketing and eWom mediated by consumer satisfaction with The Body Shop products. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative approach. This study consists of two independent variables, namely green marketing and eWom, one moderating variable, namely customer satisfaction and one dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. The sample in this study amounted to 96 consumers of The Body Shop Sumarecon Serpong in the period January to April 2023.The sampling technique used was accidental technique. The data source was obtained through a questionnaire of 18 statements using a Likert scale of 1 (one) to 7 (seven) distributed via google form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SmartPLS software. From the results of the analysis, it is found that Green marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, eWom has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Green marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. eWom has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Customer satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Today's furniture industry has developed rapidly and has become a secondary need for all levels of society. Nowadays, there has been a lot of work done on developing green products, and the need has occasionally grown. This is influenced by a number of elements, such as green brand awareness and purchasing intentions, that are environmentally friendly. There is, however, still little research that demonstrates the connection between brand image and environmental awareness and intention to buy. This study aims to analyze the role of green brand image and green awareness in influencing green purchase intentions among IKEA consumers in Indonesia. Quantitative research design by utilizing online questionnaires for data collection to confirm variables of green brand image, green awareness, and green purchase intention in IKEA products in Indonesia. The study included 110 respondents throughout Indonesia who were selected using convenience sampling techniques. Data analysis using SEM-PLS with a confidence level of 95% (p<0.05). According to research, green brand perception positively and significantly affects consumers' intentions to buy green products, while brand perception positively and significantly affects consumers' awareness of green issues, which in turn positively and significantly affects consumers' intentions to buy green products. The study's conclusion is that IKEA products and related businesses should be aware of the factors that influence consumers' intents to buy green products, particularly the green brand's perception and consumer awareness. Thus, it is important to instill knowledge and public awareness to choose environmentally friendly products to instill information that IKEA is top of mind in the development of sustainable environmentally friendly products.

Abstract

the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at Sabana Fried Chicken Jatimakmur Bekasi, the method used in this study is a quantitative method and data collection techniques for documentation studies, in addition to data processing using the SPSS application. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. This research was conducted by direct research to Sabana Fried Chicken outlets Jatimakmur in April – May 2023. Respondents in the study were Sabana Fried Chicken Jatimakmur Bekasi consumers, totaling 90 people. And distributing questionnaires with each variable, namely variable X1 price, X2 service quality, and Y consumer satisfaction. Quantitative analysis consists of testing the instrument (validity and reliability of the instrument). Multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test (Persial) and f test (simultaneous) The results of this study are in line with those conducted by Natasha Hosang, 2019. It can be said that the price and service quality variables simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on Variable Consumer Satisfaction at Sabana Fried Chicken Jatimakmur Bekasi.

Abstract

PT Colombus Bandar Lampung, one of the companies operating in the world of buying and selling cash and credit for electronics and furniture, has the problem that every year from 2020 to 2022, the turnover value exceeds 10%. If the annual turnover rate in a company exceeds 10%, it can be categorized as high. One way that can be done to retain existing workers is to always create internal offers that can increase employee loyalty. This research aims to determine the application of employer branding, the application of employee value proportion, the impact of the application of employer branding and employee value proportion on employee engagement, and the application of employer branding and employee value proposition strategies to create employee engagement from an Islamic business management perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach. PT Colombus has a friendly work environment, which creates a feeling of comfort. Employees felt a friendly work environment and continuous improvement when PT Colombus formulated employee value proportions

Abstract

To achieve company goals, employees need to be encouraged in the form of rewards and opportunities to develop improvements through certain job promotions or positions according to their abilities. Succession planning at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper currently has 5 important positions namely Director, Technical Manager, Finance Manager, Marketing Manager, Production Manager and HR Manager. Because the current Director will retire, PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper is looking for a replacement by selecting and assessing each of the existing Managers. To work at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, every employee must have a value according to the criteria given by the company. There are 10 individual development programs namely job enlargement/enrichment, on the job development, special assignments, mentoring, workshops/in-class training, job rotation, action rotation, action based learning, self study, cross training and coaching/counseling. There are Engineering Managers, Finance Managers, Marketing Managers, Production Managers and HR Managers in the company's plans to make them grow by carrying out career planning with descriptions and indicators of each. The advice we can give PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper should focus more on succession planning and career planning, because these two things have been proven to have a positive impact on the company.

Abstract

The company's reputation is important to each company because it is the sum total of what people think about the company. For a company, managing and maintaining a reputation is more complex than just selling products or services to consumers. It takes time for a company to establish a reputation and when it is established, and it can be difficult to maintain it, since there must be many competing interests in the same field. Researchers are interested in researching how reputationco persada management. The nature of the research used is qualitative descriptive using qualitative research methods. Data obtained through in-depth interviews and documentaries. Research shows that it has continued to suppress and improve the quality of service and products, as well as to add new collaborative networks and also never to reject orders at a fraction of the cost. Abstract

Efforts to overcome various health problems in Depok City are one of the mandatory demands of the Depok City Hospital to show work results in quantity and quality, employee motivation and job satisfaction can improve employee performance so that they can carry out the vision and mission of the hospital that has been set. The purpose of this research is to explain the partial and simultaneous effect of work motivation and job satisfaction variables on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach, data collection methods using questionnaires, interviews and observation. By using the SPSS version 25 program, researchers conducted several tests including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, linearity tests, t tests, F tests, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination tests. The population in this study consisted of all PNS employees at Khidmat Sehat Afiat Hospital, Depok City, using the slovin formula with a precession level of 10%. The results of this study showed that work motivation has a partial and significant effect on employee performance, namely 4.617> 2.009 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Job satisfaction has a partial and significant effect on employee performance, namely 2.079> 2.009 and a significance rating value of 0.000 <0.05. work motivation and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, namely 28,654> 3,191 and a significance value of 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees of PT Sanbe Farma. The purpose of this study was to determine how much contribution the influence of Leadership and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT Sanbe Farma. The methods used in this research are descriptive methods and associative methods. The unit of analysis in this study is an individual, namely PT Sanbe Farma employees. The sample in this study were 84 respondents. The analysis methods used are path analysis, multiple linear analysis, and validity and reliability tests of research instruments. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the magnitude of the influence of Leadership on performance at PT Sanbe Farma is 15.1%, the magnitude of Compensation on Performance is 38.5%, the magnitude of Leadership and Compensation on Performance at PT Sanbe Farma is 53.9% so that it can be said that the variables of Leadership and Compensation on (Employee Performance) have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The implication of this research is to be able to provide a leadership and compensation that has a good effect on PT Sanbe Farma employees in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse organisational commitment, which is influenced by motivation and training, with job satisfaction and performance as mediation. Research data was developed using a Likert scale. The research population was 210 employees. Using Morgan tables, research data was obtained for 156 respondents, including 20 people who were intended to test the validity and reliability of the measuring instrument. We use quantitative methods with multilevel linear regression. The IBM SPSS 24 statistical application was used for statistical calculations on the three substructures in the measurements. This research concludes: 1. The influence of organisational commitment can be directly influenced by motivation, performance and job satisfaction but is not influenced by the training received. Employee job satisfaction is influenced by motivation and training. Employee performance can be influenced by motivation and training. 2. The indirect effect on the organisational commitment variable is influenced by motivation both through job satisfaction and performance, and organisational commitment is not influenced by training through performance. Even so, performance can be a mediating variable between motivation and organisational commitment.

Abstract

PT Petrokimia as a leading fertilizer producer in Indonesia, bears great challenges in its operations. Production employees at the company face high pressure in performing their duties, which in turn increases their mental workload. In addition, the production employees at PT Petrokimia are also exposed to significant noise levels on a daily basis. The analysis showed that the intensity of noise exposure at PT Petrokimia reached 87.4 - 101.4 dBA, exceeding the Threshold Value (NAB) set by PERMENAKER No.5 Year 2018. Based on this, an in-depth analysis of the mental workload faced by employees and the factors that influence it is needed. Appropriate corrective measures can be identified after conducting this analysis. The method used to measure mental workload is the NASA TLX method. The results of the analysis on 42 employees showed that 6 employees experienced high mental workload, while 36 employees experienced very high mental workload. The most dominant factor causing mental workload is Noise at 46.9%.
