Abstract

One industry that has a strong impact on Indonesia's economic growth is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are productive business entities that are independent in all economic sectors. Micro businesses are defined as people or business entities that sell goods and services directly to end consumers to meet their needs. One of the UMKM activities in the business sector is located on Jl. Marendal Gg. Sipar City of Medan has a snack industry called Keripik Pisang Mas Kiki. As a branch of the economy based on the availability of natural raw materials, according to an Islamic economic perspective, entrepreneurs must participate in preserving the environment to maintain the availability of raw materials in nature. Based on this, the objectives of this study are: first, how to apply the factors of production in the Mas Kiki banana chip industry and secondly, how to identify production factors in the Mas Kiki banana chip industry in an Islamic perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type.

Abstract

Import data is the process of retrieving data from another database, such as Microsoft Access to SQL Server 2008, can also be Microsoft Excel, you have imported data into SQL Server 2008. We can import from Microsoft Access if we wish, all tables and data or only some of them will be imported from Microsoft Excel. If we import from Microsoft Access, then yes the primary key is lost and the datatype is changed according to the existing data type in SQL Server 2008 and imported from Microsoft Excel. The data export process is the process of moving data from a database in SQL Server 2008, to another database, such as Microsoft Access, or it could also be Microsoft Excel. We can export data from SQL Server 2008 to Microsoft Access all tables and data or just some of them so if we do this export to Microsoft Excel. This article covers how to export and import data the program uses SQL Server 2008. The first step taken is a case study of the Microsoft Access Teaching Schedule database which is made of a link along with the information content. Next, how to import the database to SQL Server 2008, create primary keys and relations to form DBMS graphs with SQL Server 2008. Based on the database that was created, we export the chart to Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

Based on article 15 paragraph 1 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2011 requires all employers and their employees to register as participants in the social security protection program at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Registration for participants has an administrative flow starting from recording data such as personal information from participants. Based on the results of the Old Age Security report data at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch X office as of October 2022 there were 19,602 claims, with 536 cases canceled status, caused by a lack of files, and not meeting the criteria. This study aims to find out the description of participants' personal information from various segments at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch X. This type of research was taken with a qualitative approach. The targets or participants of this study are employees in the field of membership and heads of HR and General Affairs at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch X. Participants were taken using non-probability with a purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted during November 2022 – February 2023. The results showed that the pocket book was declared valid and could be used as a guideline for administrative completeness for Non-Wage Beneficiary participants at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch X with an average total validation of 3.4.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City. The population and sample used amounted to 48 employees. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results obtained 1) Competence has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City with tcount = 7.201 > ttable = 1.677 significant 0.000 <0.05; 2) Work environment has a partially significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City with tcount = 6.919 > ttable = 1.677 significant 0.000 <0.05; 3) Competence and work environment have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City with Fcount = 40.478 > Ftable = 3.20, significant 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion is that competence and work environment have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract

Agency services in handling ship document endorsements play an important role in ensuring that ships can operate properly and meet the requirements of applicable laws and regulations. Ship agents help manage this paperwork process efficiently, improving vessel smoothness and safety. The purpose of this study is to find out the procedures for clearance in and out services at shipping agents, know the process of handling ship document endorsements and also know the obstacles when handling ship documents that are no longer valid. This research was conducted at PT. Riandy Fiesta Ocean. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques in this study use 4 data collection methods including: interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. The result of this study is the procedure for clearence in and out services at shipping agents PT. Riandy Fiesta Samudera is required to be done appropriately and well, the ship document endorsement process requires good coordination and cooperation between agencies, port authorities, and other related agencies. Effective communication and timely exchange of information are essential to ensure the process runs smoothly. A deep understanding of regulations and requirements related to ship document endorsement is required by agency agencies. The process of handling ship document endorsements can be hampered if there is no quick response to requests or questions, or if there is a delay in completing documents.

Abstract

The development of health services has an impact on people's lives and plays an important role in national economic development and the development of Indonesian society itself. Health services, in this case pharmacies, are growing rapidly because services are adapted to the nature and needs of the community. Especially in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, health services including pharmacies have become a necessity for the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of punic buying and risk perception on purchasing decisions at Pharmacy in the Covid-19 Era. The population that became the source of the sample in this study were the consumers of Buana Pharmacy. Determination of the sample in this study using the accidental sampling method with a number of criteria adapted to the research objectives so that 65 respondents were selected to have met the criteria and were involved in this study by filling out the questionnaires that had been distributed. The data analysis tool used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that Panic Buying had no significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Risk Perception has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Punic buying and risk perception have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at the Buana Pharmacy in Sungai Penuh City.

Abstract

The coffee shop is a culinary business that is growing rapidly in Palopo City. Each coffee shop has its own characteristics and advantages which are used as an attraction to consumers. The purpose of this research is to determine the priority order of consumers in choosing a coffee shop in Palopo City. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 3 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. In the data collection process, this study used a questionnaire to collect information in the form of respondents' preferences for the alternatives and criteria being compared. The research method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is an analytical method that uses a series of matrix operations to determine the priority order of alternatives based on several criteria with a series of matrix operations to obtain a decision. The results showed that the priority order of the respondents in choosing a coffee shop was based on the factors of variance and taste, location convenience, price affordability, and quality of service, while the priority order of the selected coffee shops was: (1) Kopikoma (38.63% ), (2) Etika (29.79%), (3) Epilog (10.52%), (4) Janji Jiwa (10.44%), and (5) Figura (9.62%).

Abstract

One non-profit organization that exists in Indonesia is a foundation, a legal entity that is not profit-oriented. Accountability itself is a form of responsibility towards the provider of resources (donors). The financial reporting of a foundation refers to Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) No.35. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of accountability and the financial management implementation of Yayasan Al Ashola Al Islamiyah Sumbawa in accordance with ISAK 35 guidelines. The analysis tools used include interview results, documentation, and financial reports of the Foundation. The research results show that the research object has not implemented Accountability in financial reporting because only two indicators can be applied by the Foundation. As for financial reporting, the research object has not implemented it in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards ISAK 35 due to several factors such as the Foundation's young age, financial experts who are unfamiliar with ISAK 35, and the Foundation has never conducted bookkeeping and inventory of assets. The financial reports owned by the Foundation are still limited to simple reports such as cash inflows and outflows.

Abstract

In the constantly evolving digital era, accounting information systems also face various challenges and new opportunities. The speed and accuracy of information are becoming increasingly important, requiring companies to invest in the appropriate technology and train their employees to optimize the use of accounting information systems. This research aims to analyze and determine the effectiveness of the cash receipt accounting information system at Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat Lopok Ganda Sumbawa. This is a qualitative study, and the researcher gathered data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the cash receipt accounting information system at Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat Lopok Ganda Sumbawa has been implemented quite well. This is because the system follows the operational standards set by the Financial Services Authority. Additionally, the effectiveness of the cash receipt accounting information system, based on Mardiasmo's theory with two indicators, namely results and objectives, is also considered effective. This can be seen from the research findings, which show that the system used achieves its goals and is close to its targets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cash receipts accounting information system and the billing system at the Tirta Lamaindo Water Supply Company, South Buton Regency. This research was conducted from August to October 2023. Data collection methods used observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the Cash Receipts Accounting Information System and Billing System can be said to be sufficient but not fulfilled in all components. This is due to the fact that there is one component of the accounting information system for the Tirta Lamaindo Water Supply Regional Public Company, South Buton Regency, which is not optimal according to the criteria, namely Employee Services. If there is one component that is not optimal, the accounting information system is not fully adequate. The data component has not fulfilled the objectives of the accounting information system for the Tirta Lamaindo Regional Public Company, South Buton Regency, as well as the use of a semi-conventional device, namely Microsoft Excel. In addition, the accounting information system has been able to fulfill the objectives of the accounting information system in providing information for decision making and for the implementation of the Company's operational activities.
