Abstract

Teacher Performance is an outcome or achievement of a person or group in carrying out their work and responsibilities in accordance with their abilities in achieving goals. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence between leadership style, work environment, and motivation on teacher performance contained in the Madrasah Aliyah Unggulan K.H. Abd. Wahab Hasbulloh, Jombang Regency. In this study, the method used was a quantitative research method that displayed data in the form of numbers with calculations through SPSS software version 26 and used multiple linear regression analysis. In hypothesis testing using tests partially and simultaneously. The variables used in this study are free (independent) and bound (dependent) variables. The free variables are Leadership Style (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Motivation (X3), while the bound variables are Teacher Performance (Y). Based on data calculations using SPSS, the researcher obtained partial results that Leadership Style does not affect Teacher Performance, while Work Environment and Motivation affect Teacher Performance. The results obtained simultaneously between Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Motivation together have a significant influence on teacher performance. Abstract

One of the businesses with the fastest global growth right now is Islamic banking. The main purpose of this paper is to describe the gap between the implementation of Syariah value in Islamic banking based on previous research whose concern study is about Syariah law implementation. Islamic banks and traditional banks can be distinguished by five specific characteristics: (a) underlying principles and values; (b) offering interest-free goods and services; (c) limiting business transactions to those that adhere to Islamic law; (d) emphasizing social and developmental objectives; and (e) being subject to further inspections by the Syariah Supervisory. Using Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PICos method to establish the research question, the author decides to find out how far Islamic banking implementation syariah value. A systematic literature review (SLR) is a high-level objective review of a body of previously published literature that uses a clear and reproducible technique for searching, evaluating, and synthesizing it. Our analysis of the literature revealed that most Islamic banking is not purely implemented the Syariah principles in their products, services, and systems.

Abstract

Mbois Barbershop is MSME that provides hair cutting services and has been affected Covid-19 pandemic. Coinciding with the new-normal era, one way to increase the income Mbois barbershop is generate consumer loyalty. Consumer loyalty can achieve by improving service quality performance. The purpose this research is to analyze Gap between service industry performance and service expectations at Mbois barbershop and determine service improvements for Mbois barbershop. The benefit this research increase consumer loyalty, which can result in an increase the number of consumers. The research stages consist of determining the number samples, collecting questionnaire data, validity, and reliability testing, calculating Gap value, analyzing Cartesian diagrams, and business improvement. A total of 30 samples were used with random sampling method. Validity testing was conducted using Pearson correlation moment method and reliability testing using Cronbach's alpha method. Gap analysis was conducted using Cartesian diagram method and Gap value calculation. The results showed that all physical evidence variables fell into quadrant two, making it a priority for improvement, especially for attributes such as healthier hair after receiving services, cleanliness after haircuts, and no itching after haircuts. The recommended improvements are purchase hair tonic, Haircut Cape, and Neck Paper Tissue. The attributes that need to be reduced from service performance are in quadrant four, which includes the skill workers in handling visitor's requests from the responsiveness variable and the workers' display visitors as priority from the empathy variable. Suggestions for further research include conducting servqual analysis with nine Likert scales to obtain more objective consumer assessment. The suggestion for implementing improvements is to consider the cost of repairs.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the ANALYSIS OF PURCHASING DECISIONS IN THE MARKETPLACE (Case Study on Students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI Semarang University). This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI Semarang University. Data collection used questionnaire result sheets that were distributed to 307 respondents but which filled in 307 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used primer data and questionnaires with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study show that for the t test there is a positive and significant influence on the product review variable (X1) on the marketplace purchase decision, there is a positive and significant influence on the promotion variable (X2) on the marketplace purchase decision, There is a positive and significant influence on the price variable (X3) on marketplace purchasing decisions, there is a positive and significant influence on the brand image variable (X4) on marketplace purchasing decisions and there is a positive and significant influence on the product quality variable (X5) on marketplace purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Homesick Vapestore Employees in Bandung. The purpose of this study was to find out how much the influence of Quality of Work Life and Organizational Culture contributes to satisfaction of performance both partially and simultaneously at Homesick Vapestore Bandung. The research method that will be used in this research is descriptive and associative method. In this study, the unit of analysis was individuals, namely employees of the Bandung Homesick Vapestore. The sample in this study were 36 respondents. Saturated sampling is the sampling technique used in this study. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis, in addition to testing the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Based on the results of the study indicate that there is influence both partially and simultaneously on the independent variables Quality of Work Life and Organizational Culture on Performance Satisfaction. The implication of this research is that homesick Vapestore Bandung can make various improvements between fellow employees and superiors by establishing good communication such as complete and clear information on goods / services, there is cooperation such as careful decision making of problems to create good solutions and innovations with openness among employees and superiors that results in satisfaction with their performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the disclosure of carbon emissions. Factors tested in this study include media exposure, industry type, profitability, and company size. The method used to measure the extent of disclosure of carbon emissions adopts a check list developed based on request sheets obtained from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). The research sample was selected using purposive sampling and selected 10 mining companies and goods and service industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange starting from 2018-2020. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression with eviews software version 10. The panel data regression results that are more appropriate to use are the Random Effect Model (REM) because it is better at estimating the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the data analysis show that media exposure and the ratio of debt to equity have a significant negative effect on the disclosure of carbon emissions, while the factors of industry type and company size have a positive effect on the disclosure of carbon emissions. Where the rise and fall of earnings quality can be explained by the independence variable in this study of 62.6 percent.

Abstract

Organizational performance is a level of organizational success during a certain period in carrying out tasks in order to achieve goals. Organizations and society have a reciprocal relationship so that all changes that occur in society will ultimately require the organization to make changes. Change Management at the Malang Madya Tax Service Office requires proper management so that service objectives, tax revenues and organizational performance can be achieved. The steps of the Malang Madya Tax Service Office in planning Change Management management policies by launching various programs include forming change agents, establishing performance managers, managing risk management and carrying out monitoring and evaluation activities on the implementation of Change Management so as to be able to encourage employees to improve organizational performance to achieve common goals. With the Change Management management program at the Malang Madya Tax Service Office, it can improve employee performance and organizational performance to achieve organizational goals so that in 2021, the Malang Madya Tax Service Office succeeded in obtaining an Organizational Performance Score (NKO) of 108.05%. With proper change management, it can encourage the performance of all employees so as to improve organizational performance to achieve organizational goals. The same thing can be used as an example for other agencies in managing Change Management so that organizational performance can be improved to be even better than before.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Provider Network Quality, Company Reputation and E-Service on Brand Switching. Brand switching itself is done by leaving old products and replacing new products. This research is a quantitative research, multiple linear regression analysis is used in this research. The data in this study uses primary data, namely data obtained based on student Telkomsel card users. The population of this study were students of the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University management study program class of 2018. The number of respondents who met the criteria was 51 respondents. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale which had five alternative answers. Validity test is calculated using the product moment formula, while the reliability test uses Croncbach's Alpha formula and hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression. According to the results of this study, it has a partial positive and significant effect on the Provider Network Quality (X1) and E-Service (X3) variables, while for Company Reputation (X2) it partially produces negative research. as well as all variables by simultaneously producing a significant value. This study produces a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.63 and a coefficienta determination of 0.397. This means that the ability of the independent variables consisting of Provider Network Quality, Company Reputation, and E-Service in explaining the dependent variable Brand Transfer is 39.7% and the remaining 60.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and plan marketing strategies that can increase the competitiveness of women's hijup shops after the covid-19 pandemic by using the SWOT analysis method. The phenomenon that exists is that women's hijup shops are facing quite fierce competition, marked by the increasing number of shops and online shops selling similar products. The SWOT analysis method is carried out by analyzing the IFAS (Internal Factors Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Factors Analysis Summary) factors at the women's hijup shop to find out and assess what strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are currently owned. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to the female hijup shop customers, totaling 40 respondents. From the results of data analysis, the total score of the IFAS and EFAS strengths factors has a total score of 3,442, weaknesses 2,720, opportunities 3,348, and threats 2.525. it is known that the difference in the total score of the strength and weakness factors is (+) 0.72, while the difference in the total score of the opportunity and threat factors is (+) 0.82. These results indicate that women's hijup shops are in quadrant I (Aggressive). The Hijup Putri shop is currently in a favorable situation, because the Hijup Putri shop has great strengths and opportunities, so it can take advantage of the opportunities that exist to the fullest. The strategy that must be implemented by Toko Hijup Putri is to support an Growth Oriented Strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the strategies applied to the Lavacakery business in business development towards marketing performance during the Covid-19 period. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. In this study, the data used was data derived from primary and secondary data using a SWOT analysis tool. The data collection technique carried out was by observation, interviews, documentation, and dissemination of questionnaires to Lavacakery consumers, totaling 65 respondents. The results of this study obtained a total score from the IFAS factor and EFAS strength having a total score of 2.973, weakness of 0.47, odds of 2.47, and threats of 1.130. And it is known that the difference in the total score factor of strength and weakness is (+) 2.503, while the difference in the total score of opportunities and threats (+) is 1.34. The results show that through the SWOT diagram, the Lavacakery Business is in quadrant I, namely SO, namely in the application of various business developments carried out by Lavacakery can maximize the strength of the company in order to seize various opportunities so that it can balance competitors.
