Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether murabahah financing and the length of murabahah repayment have an effect on the development of UMKM. This research method is quantitative research, the research location studied is PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar Syariah Percut Sei Tuan Branch. The population in this study were 100 customers of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar Syariah Percut Sei Tuan Branch, the samples taken were customers of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar Syariah Percut Sei Tuan Branch, the data analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are that murabahah financing has an influence on the development of UMKM, we can see this from the calculated t-value for the financing variable (X1) of 5.813 > t-table value of 1.66071 and the significance is smaller than 0.05 (0.0491 < 0 .05). For the murabahah return time variable, the t-calculated value for the return time variable (X2) is 3.825 > t-table value 1.66071 and the significance is smaller than 0.05 (0.005 < 0.05). Based on the results, the calculated F is 8.370 and the F table is 3.09 while the significance is 0.004. It can be seen that the significance value from the table above is smaller than the value 0.05, which means that murabahah financing and the length of repayment together have an influence on the development of UMKM.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the role of family in the formation of identity and psychological well-being of employees at CV. SUGIH FORWARD BLESSINGS. Employee identity and psychological well-being are important aspects in supporting productivity and performance in the work environment. Using a qualitative approach, this research involved in-depth interviews with a number of CV employees. SUGIH MAJU BERKAH to explore how their family experiences influence individual identity and psychological well-being in the work context. The research results show that the family plays a crucial role in shaping employee identity, through the influence of the values, norms and emotional support provided. Interactions with family members also play a role in shaping employees' mindsets and attitudes towards their work. In addition, family support has a positive impact on psychological well-being, creating an emotionally healthy work environment and increasing employees' mental resilience. These findings provide an important contribution to understanding the role of the family in the context of identity formation and psychological well-being of employees in the CV work environment. SUGIH MAJU BERKAH, as well as providing suggestions for developing human resource management strategies that are more holistic and oriented towards family support to improve employee psychological well-being.

Abstract

It is important for companies to manage employee performance well by understanding the antecedent variables that can build and improve employee performance. This research aims to examine the role of employee engagement strategies, employee engagement, and organizational citizenship behavior in building millennial employee performance. The population in this research is millennial employees in Surabaya. Sampling was carried out purposively with the criteria being that the employee's work period was at least one year. From data collection through questionnaires, one hundred and twenty-five respondent data was obtained which could be processed. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this research show that employee engagement strategies have a significant effect on employee performance, employee engagement has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this research also show the influence of engagement strategies on employee performance which is mediated by employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. Employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior partially mediate the influence of employee engagement strategies on performance. As a practical implication of the results of this research, companies can develop employee performance by implementing engagement strategies with consistency, commitment and sustainability by preparing and implementing employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior development programs.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology requires the banking industry to compete tightly in product innovation and electronic banking services. BSI Mobile banking has experienced complaints from people throughout Indonesia. Then, to overcome this problem, BSI informed that system maintenance was being carried out on the e-Channel service and it would return to normal. This research was studied to determine customer satisfaction so that the bank can improve the quality of BSI KCP Imam Bonjol Meulaboh Mobile Banking services, using concepts or ideas (Cronin & Taylor, (1994) to measure customer perceptions of service quality, five dimensions were used, namely tangible (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (insurance) and empathy (empathy). This research method, namely a quantitative research method. The results of this research explain that There are two variables that have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and there are three variables that have no effect on mobile banking customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Imam Bonjol Meulaboqmaqlevel of satisfaction of mobile banking customers at BSI KCP Imam Bonjol Meulaboh are reliability, assurance and emphty.

Abstract

The tourism phenomenon is seen as a complex process related to culture, lifestyle and a set of different demands for holidays and travel. As an activity, tourism has become an important part of the basic needs of developed communities and a small number of communities in developing countries. Tourism in Indonesia is an important economic sector. This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality, tourist attraction and promotion on tourist interest in repeat visits to beach tourism objects at the Saliper Ate beach tourist attraction, Sumbawa Regency. This research uses quantitative methods, with the types of data used, namely primary data and secondary data. The sample in the research was obtained using non-probability sampling techniques totaling 100 respondents. The data obtained was then processed using SPSS 16 software. The results of this study show that (1) the service quality variable has no significant effect on interest in repeat visits. (2) the tourist attraction variable has a significant and influential effect on interest in repeat visits. (3) promotional variables have a significant effect on interest in repeat visits.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on the Performance of Library and Archives Service Employees in Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. The sample uses the Slovin formula. The data collection method used was by giving questionnaires to employees of the Musi Banyuasin Regency Library and Archives Service. Data were analyzed using the Quantitative Method, namely using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation analysis, determination analysis and t tests with the help of SPSS 22.0 for Windows software. The results of the research show that there is an influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at the Musi Banyuasin Regency Library and Archives Office. The coefficients for leadership style and work discipline are positive, indicating a unidirectional relationship, in other words, leadership style and work discipline will have a significant effect on performance. The relationship between leadership style and work discipline on employee performance shows a moderate relationship (R=0.506). The coefficient of determination or R square number is 0.256, which means that 25.6 percent of employee performance variables are influenced by leadership style and work discipline.

Abstract

Infrastructure in a country determines economic growth, especially in developing countries. With adequate infrastructure, citizens of a country can get what they need and support all their activities. Infrastructure development itself requires a lot of investment. In Indonesia's Development Plan and Government Work Plan for 2020-2024, it has been explained that the establishment of medium-term needs for infrastructure development in Indonesia amounts to IDR 6,445 trillion. In which, State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) are estimated to be able to fund only IDR 1,353 trillion or around 21% of the country's total infrastructure funding needs.  In addition, the government also hopes that the private sector can help with the financing amounting to IDR 2,707 trillion or around 42% of the total needs. Toll roads are one of the infrastructures that have grown significantly in Indonesia. In their development, SOEs cooperate with private companies, so that the financing of toll road development is included in the public private partnership (PPP) scheme. This study was conducted with the aim to determine and compare the financial performance between the SOEs which has the longest concession of toll roads in Indonesia, namely PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. with private parties who also participated in the construction of 5 toll roads in Indonesia, namely PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada (CMNP). The data to be used is secondary data from the company's financial statement data. This research uses financial ratio analysis to measure company performance in several aspects, namely in terms of liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability.

Abstract

The cultivation of plants through hydroponics represents a novel innovation in the field of agriculture, especially in limited land areas. Hydroponics has the potential to yield agricultural products that are highly profitable. Additionally, each hydroponically grown product possesses specific competitive advantages that are assumed to enhance marketing performance. This research aims to explore the influence of product innovation and competitive advantages on marketing performance within hydroponic farming groups. The research methodology involves quantitative descriptive analysis, utilizing both t-tests and simultaneous F-tests to determine the impact of each variable and whether both variables collectively affect marketing performance. The variables examined include product innovation (X1) and competitive advantage (X2) as independent variables, and marketing performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The research findings demonstrate that both product innovation and competitive advantage individually have a significant impact on enhancing the marketing performance of hydroponic products. Moreover, both product innovation and competitive advantage, when considered simultaneously, significantly contribute to the improvement of marketing performance for hydroponically produced goods. This study underscores the importance of innovative hydroponic products possessing competitive advantages over other agricultural products. Such attributes are crucial for boosting marketing performance and indirectly creating consumer appeal for hydroponic products.

Abstract

Excellent education quality is an important cornerstone in efforts to strengthen the competitiveness of a society. One of the most crucial elements in achieving this is the quality of educators and support staff in educational institutions. A study was conducted to examine this aspect in depth, focusing on the situation at SMAN 1 Krembung. The method used was a qualitative approach through literature analyses. Overall, the quality of educators and support staff at SMAN 1 Krembung can be said to be satisfactory. However, there are still challenges that need to be overcome. Therefore, it is important for them to continue to attend training and development programs organized by related parties. To face these challenges, close cooperation between the school and related agencies, as well as a strong commitment from the educators and support staff to continue learning and improving themselves, is required. Such training and educational development will not only improve their technical skills but also their understanding of educational developments and community needs. With the awareness of the importance of improving the equality of education, SMAN 1 Krembung can continue to progress in providing quality educational services for students. This not only benefits the individuals involved, but also contributes to the development of a competitive society at both local and national levels. Therefore, concrete steps need to be taken to ensure that the quality of education at SMAN 1 Krembung continues to improve in line with the times and global demands.

Abstract

It's interesting to do research on organizational culture because it relates to the unique characteristics that distinguish one organization from the other. One of the things that distinguishes an organization from another is the system of meaning adopted by all its members. Therefore, organizational culture must help the growth of the organization, especially by increasing the retention of employees, both individuals and teams. Organizational development is crucial because without it, the company cannot function. In order for the results to be profitable, appropriate improvements must continue to be made and incorporated into the current organizational culture. A culture within an organization can influence change and be a driving factor in its growth. Finding out how important organizational culture is in building healthy organizations is the goal of this writing through a comprehensive literature review. The method used is to conduct a systematic study of various related literary sources, such as scientific journals, books, and previous research reports. New strategies for organizational development are needed to obtain more complete and valid data on how organizational culture correlates with organizational growth. The results of the literature survey show that a positive organizational culture, characterized by values such as mutual respect, collaboration, trust, and openness, has a significant impact on the performance of teachers and educators. This positive culture increases motivation, job satisfaction, and encourages sustainable professional development.
