Abstract

This study investigates the effects of organizational culture, salary, and stress levels on employee engagement at Puskesmas Sukawati 1 Gianyar. Employee engagement is widely recognized as a critical factor that influences productivity, commitment, and organizational performance, particularly in healthcare institutions where service quality depends heavily on staff involvement. The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design, involving 80 employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using statistical methods to assess both partial and simultaneous relationships among the variables. The findings reveal that organizational culture, salary, and stress levels individually do not exert a significant influence on employee engagement. Similarly, the simultaneous analysis of the three variables shows no significant collective effect on engagement. These results suggest that other factors beyond organizational culture, salary, and stress may play a more substantial role in shaping employee engagement within the context of primary healthcare services. This study contributes to the understanding of employee engagement determinants in health organizations and provides insights for future research to explore additional variables that may strengthen workforce motivation, commitment, and performance in healthcare settings.

Abstract

PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara Pesantren faces specific challenges in maintaining employee productivity. This study aims to analyze the influence of career development, training, and communication on employee productivity. This type of research is quantitative with a survey approach and uses a population of 139 employees. The sampling method is non-probability sampling with a saturated sample technique. The collected data were analyzed using various statistical tests, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) test, partial t-test, and simultaneous F-test. The results of the study indicate that: Partially, career development has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity (Sig. value 0.002 < 0.05). Training does not have a significant influence on employee productivity (Sig. value 0.178 > 0.05). Communication has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity (Sig. value 0.006 < 0.05). Simultaneously, career development, training, and communication all have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity (Sig. value 0.000 < 0.05). The novelty of this study lies in the analysis of the combination of career development, training, and communication variables in the specific context of the sugar processing industry. These findings provide new insights into the factors that directly influence productivity in this sector. The practical implications of this research are the importance for companies to improve career development programs and communication effectiveness to encourage optimal employee productivity, while the effectiveness of training programs needs to be further evaluated.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study was to analyze the extent to which WiFi users of PT Jaringan Fiber Nusantara Jombang are satisfied and the determinants behind it by promotion, price, product quality, and service quality. This study involved Wi-Fi customers of PT Jaringan Fiber Nusantara Jombang and used quantitative methods of multiple linear regression analysis. A total of 89 individuals provided responses to the questionnaire, which served as the primary source of data. In conducting the analysis, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) were implemented. The results of hypothesis testing show that promotion (X1) (sig. 0.029; t = 2.215 > 1.663), product quality (X3) (sig. 0.012; t = 2.577 > 1.663), and service quality (X4) (sig. 0.000; t = 6.332 > 1.663 demonstrate a meaningful and favorable impact on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, price (X2) (sig. 0.516; t = -0.652 < 1.663) has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results showed that X1, X3, X4 have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while X2 has no significant effect. This finding indicates that customers prioritise promotion, product quality, and service quality over price. It is expected that the results of the study will provide guidance for the company in improving promotional strategies, maintain product quality, improve service, and build customer loyalty to support business sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at XYZ Office. The background of this research stems from the real conditions observed in the workplace, including limited facilities, poor interpersonal relationships, and recurring disciplinary violations such as tardiness, low responsibility, and lack of communication ethics. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method and inferential statistical analysis. The population consisted of 40 employees, all of whom were included as samples using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires, then analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 4.151 greater than the t-table value of 2.026, while work discipline also has a significant influence with a t-value of 4.724 > 2.026. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect employee performance, supported by an f-value of 132.380 > 3.24 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.877 indicates that 87.7% of the variation in employee performance is explained by the work environment and discipline, while the remaining 12.3% is influenced by other factors. These findings emphasize that a supportive and safe work environment, combined with consistent and fair discipline, plays a vital role in improving employee performance in public institutions.

Abstract

Disciplinary issues such as tardiness, unauthorized absences, and low compliance with regulations form the background of this study because they have an impact on the declining performance and image of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Panyabungan District. This quantitative study was conducted at the Satpol PP of Mandailing Natal District from November 2024 to mid-2025 with a population of 229 employees and a sample of 70 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected through a 5-point Likert questionnaire and documentation, tested for validity and reliability (α Discipline = 0.884; α Performance = 0.767), and analyzed using SPSS version 20 with simple linear regression. The results show a positive and significant effect of work discipline on performance (B = 0.592; t = 12.482; p = 0.000), and a coefficient of determination R² = 0.696, which means that approximately 69.6% of the variation in performance can be explained by work discipline. These findings indicate that strengthening the disciplinary system, managerial supervision, and the implementation of consistent attendance and reward–sanction mechanisms should be prioritized as strategies to improve the productivity and credibility of the Satpol PP in Panyabungan.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of job rotation, internal communication, and work ethic on employees performance at PT Pegadaian Kediri. Using a quantitative design, 44 employees were selected as respondents through purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression in SPSS version 25. The t-test findings indicate that only job rotation exerts a significant and positive effect on performance, meaning that the rotation policy implemented by PT Pegadaian Kediri directly enhances employee outcomes. In contrast, internal communication and work ethic did not show significant partial effects. Nevertheless, the F-test confirmed that the three variables jointly have a significant impact on performance. These results underline the necessity of a holistic approach in managing human resources. The study suggests that optimizing job rotation practices, strengthening communication channels, and reinforcing work ethic are essential for maximizing productivity. Furthermore, this research contributes practical insights for PT Pegadaian Kediri in developing more comprehensive human resource management policies and offers a useful reference for subsequent studies.

Abstract

Digital transformation requires MSMEs not only to rely on online promotion but also to manage customer relationships more systematically through the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). However, most MSMEs remain at the basic level in utilizing customer data, resulting in suboptimal digital marketing outcomes. This study aims to analyze the influence of CRM on MSME performance, both directly and indirectly through digital marketing strategies as a mediating variable. A quantitative survey was conducted involving 120 MSME actors in the culinary, fashion, and creative service sectors, using structured questionnaires and analyzed through simple and multiple regression. The findings indicate that CRM has a positive and significant impact on digital marketing strategies (β = 0.58) and MSME performance (β = 0.35), with an indirect effect through digital marketing mediation (β = 0.36). The data also reveal that social media is the most frequently used digital channel, while marketplace utilization, promotional applications, and customer database management remain limited. Digital marketing strategies significantly improve MSME performance (β = 0.62), particularly in terms of sales and customer loyalty. The study concludes that integrating CRM with digital marketing can enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era. However, limitations related to sample size, sectoral scope, and the cross-sectional design restrict the generalizability of the findings, suggesting that future research should expand coverage and incorporate external variables such as digital literacy and policy support.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of individual characteristics and work competencies on the career development of employees at PT Financial Agency. The population and sample consist of 35 employees, and the sampling technique used is a census, meaning all employees were included as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies to ensure comprehensive and reliable information. The data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to assess the influence of both variables either partially or simultaneously on career development. The results indicate that individually, individual characteristics have a positive and significant impact on employee career development. This suggests that personal traits such as motivation, personality, and attitude play an important role in career advancement. Furthermore, work competencies also showed a positive and significant effect on career development when assessed independently. This reflects the importance of technical skills and abilities in supporting career growth. Simultaneously, both individual characteristics and work competencies have a positive and significant influence on career development, highlighting the crucial role these factors play in shaping career strategies at PT Financial Agency.
