Abstract

Bisnis adalah serangkaian usaha yang dilakukan individu atau kelompok dengan menawarkan barang dan jasa untuk mendapatkan keuntungan (laba). Namun dalam prakteknya, pelaku bisnis menemukan banyak masalah yang harus dihadapi, seperti persaingan yang ketat dan minimnya minat pembeli. Masalah ini tentunya berdampak pada keuntungan yang akan diperoleh oleh pembisnis itu sendiri. Untuk menghadapi permasalahan ini seorang pembisnis dituntut untuk mempunyai strategi yang bagus demi memperoleh keuntungan yang optimal. Salah satu cara untuk menghitung keuntungan optimal dapat menggunakan metode Karush Kuhn-tucker (KTT). Metode KTT merupakan suatu teknik optimasi yang dapat digunakan untuk pencarian titik optimum dari suatu fungsi yang mempunyai kendala. Metode KTT ini dapat diterapkan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan maksimum maupun minimum dengan kendalanya berupa pertidaksamaan. Dalam penyelesaian masalah menggunakan metode KTT juga diperlukan faktor pengali Lagrange yaitu . Pada penelitian ini akan mengkaji bagaimana mengoptimalkan keuntungan produksi dari UMKM Rendang Nan Lamak Kota Padang menggunakan metode Krush Kuhn-Tucker.

Abstract

Pada tulisan ini akan ditunjukkan penyelesaian data PLN dengan meminimumkan jarak atau menentukan jarak terpendek dari data PLN, dengan kata lain mencari minimum spanning tree dari model tree yang terbentuk. In this article, we will show how to solve PLN data by minimizing the distance or determining the shortest distance from PLN data, in other words looking for the minimum spanning tree from the tree model formed.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki perkembangan yang cukup signifikan pada dunia otomotif. Badan Statistik Nasional mencatat pertumbuhan kendaraan di Indonesia meningkat dengan pesat dari tahun ke tahun. Pemanfaatan cerium oxide (CeO₂) dalam industri pemolesan kaca mobil telah menarik perhatian karena kemampuannya dalam menghilangkan goresan dan meningkatkan kejernihan kaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas cerium oxide sebagai material abrasif dalam proses pemolesan kaca mobil. Hasil pengujian menunjukan pemolesan dengan menggunakan Cerium Oxide kemurnian 98% pada Grid amplas tunggal non kombinasi index kebeningan tertinggi di perolah pada penggunaan amplas ukuran 400 pada putaran Rpm 1600 dengan index kebeningan 97% pada jenis kaca Laminated . Pada kaca jenis Tempered pemolesan dengan Cerium Oxide kemurnian 98% di dapatkan index kebeningan tertinggi 97% pada Rpm 1600 dengan Grid amplas 400. pada penggunaan amplas kombinasi dengan Cerium Oxide pada kemurnian 98%, Grid Amplas kombinasi 240 dan 400, pada Rpm 1600 mampu menghasilkan indek kebeningan tertinggi kaca 99.9% . Sedangkan untuk Cerium Oxide dengan kemurnian 72% hasil index kebeningan kaca masih di bawah 90% untuk jenis kaca laminated maupun tempered. Dengan demikian pemolesan dengan pemanfaatan Cerium Oxide dengan kemurnian tinggi 98% dapat menunjukan hasil indek kebeningan yang tinggi, sehingga mampu memberikan visibilitas tinggi bagi pengendara/pengemudi. Dengan demikian Pemanfaatan Cerium Oxide dengan teknik pemolesan yang tepat dapat menjadikan peluang bisnis jasa polishing yang menjanjikan.

Abstract

Gelatin is a collagen-derived product widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. The extraction of gelatin from chicken bones requires efficient methods to increase yield and reduce energy consumption. One of the effective methods is Microwave-Assisted Extraction (MAE). This study aims to evaluate the effect of extraction time on gelatin yield and calculate the mass balance in the extraction process by MAE method. The research was conducted with variations in extraction time of 2, 3, and 4 hours. The results showed that the gelatin yield at extraction times of 2, 3, and 4 hours were 8.5%, 10.2%, and 12.1%, respectively. ANOVA test with a significance level of 0.05 showed a significant difference (p < 0.05), indicating that extraction time affects the yield. Mass balance was calculated to evaluate the efficiency and mass distribution at each extraction stage. The results showed that longer extraction time increased the yield, with 4 hours yielding the highest yield. This study concludes that MAE increases gelatin yield, but needs further optimization in terms of time and energy efficiency.

Abstract

Project management is an effort to control projects by paying attention to time and resource availability. This control is necessary to achieve targets as planned. The aim of this research is to evaluate work time and project costs using the CPM method for the cyclone making project at PT Putra Dharma Kencana in Mojokerto district. This research uses quantitative approach techniques which are analyzed using CPM and Gantt Chart using POM QM software. In this project there are 10 activities in the order, namely A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-J, the project was planned to be completed in 84 days, but was completed in 98 days. The results of the CPM analysis show 2 activity paths with the critical path, namely A-E-F-G-H-I-J with a time of 62 days. The results of the Gantt Chart analysis of activities that can be done simultaneously are activities B and E on the 7th day, activities C and E on the 14th day, and activities D and F on the 21st day. By implementing the CPM method, costs can be reduced from IDR 48,720,000 to IDR 23,560,000.

Abstract

Soap cleans the skin from dirt or bacteria. The plants that can be used in liquid shower soap are ketapang leaf and pineapple skin. The purpose of this research was to make a liquid shower soap formulated with the extract of ketapang leaf and pineapple skin and then test its physical stability for 4 weeks storage. The liquid shower soap of ketapang leaf and pineapple skin was made of three extract variations namely F1 (2%), F2 (4%) and F3 (6%). The physical stability test of liquid shower soap covered organoleptic, pH, homogeneity, foam height, voscosity, density, hedonic, and supply irritation. The result of organoleptic test in F1, F2, and F3 had brownish color, distinctive extract smell, and in the form of liquid supply. pH in F1, F2, and F3 for 4 weeks of storage was in the interval of 6,5-7,2. The result of homogeneity test showed that all formulas were homogeneous and the test of foam durability in the range of 76,92% - 97,14%. Then viscosity test at F1, F2, and F3 was in the range of 10,95 poice - 43,19 poice and the density was in the range of 1,01 - 1,03 mg/ml. The hedonic test in F1 was likeable, F2 and F3 were rather likeable and all formulas of liquid shower did not cause irritation in the usage. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the liquid shower soap produced has fulfilled the requirement of physical supply quality based on The National Standard of Indonesia (SNI).

Abstract

Construction project activities can be defined as an activity that takes place within a limited period of time that has been determined with the allocation of certain resources and is intended to produce products whose quality criteria have been clearly outlined. In completing a construction job, scheduling is one of the things that is very important and needs to be paid attention to. PT. PDK received various projects, one of which was making a 30m^3 reactor tank. This tank work was carried out at the PT workshop. Putra Dharma Kencana. The S curve is a curve that describes the relationship between the accumulated value of development project implementation and project implementation. The weight on the S curve is the percentage of price for each job divided by the total price. If the total weight value is less than 100% then there is an error in the calculation which will affect the S curve. Work on the reactor tank was carried out according to the target, namely for 12 weeks. The disadvantage of the S curve method is the weight calculation. The weight used is the percentage of the price for each job with the total price.

Abstract

Kepuh Kencana Arum is one of the leading manufacturing companies in the building materials sector, particularly products made of lightweight steel. However, in practice, PT. KKA faces several challenges in the SCM process that impact the company's operational efficiency, especially related to managing order status data. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is a method used to solve problems by identifying the key factors that cause a problem or an undesirable event. Based on the available order data, the figures for August are 1,365,662 pcs, September 3,389,234 pcs, and October 3,989,930 pcs. In the production section, the figures for August are 1,066,229 pcs, September 2,985,195 pcs, and October 3,394,210 pcs. In August, the recorded shipment total was 931,446 pcs, which then increased significantly in September to 2,715,996 pcs, and continued to grow in October to 3,157,378 pcs.

Abstract

Kepuh Kencana Arum merupakan produsen baja ringan yang berfokus pada produk bahan bangunan. Data order status menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan tiap bulannya pada semua bagian seperti order, produksi, pengiriman, dan total berat. Pada bagian order, untuk bulan Agustus 1.365.662 pcs, bulan September 3.389.234 pcs, dan bulan Oktober 3.989.930 pcs. Pada bagian produksi, untuk bulan Agustus 1.066.229 pcs, bulan September 2.985.195 pcs, dan bulan Oktober 3.394.210 pcs. Pada bagian pengiriman, untuk bulan Agustus 931.446, bulan September 2.715.996, dan bulan Oktober 3.157.378. Pada bagian berat, dengan total pada bulan Agustus 4.190.208 Kg, bulan September 11.733.504,57 Kg, dan bulan Oktober 14.191.986,80 Kg. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis data order status dalam sistem Supply Chain Management (SCM) di PT. Kepuh Kencana Arum guna mengidentifikasi potensi permasalahan operasional yang mungkin terjadi dan dapat memengaruhi efektivitas rantai pasok perusahaan. Dan menentukan penyesuaian apa saja yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi permintaan dari konsumen. Data order status memberikan gambaran penting terkait jenis dan nama produk, dimensi produk, produksi, dan pengiriman. Metode yang digunakan di penelitian ini yaitu metode Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Root Cause Analysis merupakan salah satu metode yang berfungsi untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis suatu kegagalan suatu sistem serta memperbaiki kegagalan tersebut. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan perlu dilakukan penyesuaian pada bagian penerimaan order, produksi, dan pengiriman. Agar dapat memenuhi permintaan dari konsumen. Rekomendasi yang telah diberikan diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan tetap menjaga efisiensi perusahaan, sehingga kinerja SCM dapat lebih optimal.

Abstract

Fatliquoring is an important component in tanned leather that serves to make the leather soft during the Fatliquoring process. Tanned leather with oiling will produce tanned leather that is limp, softer and produces high pliability, defending the leather from damage by the influence of water. In addition, the Fatliquoring process absorbs and repels water molecules. The tanning process generally starts from rawhide, hair removal, weak removal, neutralization, pickle mineral tanning, vegetable tanning, re-tanning, and finishing. The purpose of this research is to apply fish oil so that it can change the properties of tanned leather to become softer, more flexible, more clayey, more flexible and the elephant surface becomes smoother. The research method is various treatments of sulfone Fatliquoring fish oil concentration on tanned goat skin. The materials used in this experiment were salt-tanned goat skins. Analysis of the quality of tanned leather is determined from the characteristics of tanned leather measuring the physical and organoleptic properties of tanned leather. The resulting tanned goatskin meets the SNI Standard of leather.
