Journal Islamic Economics Ad Diwan; Institut Ummul Quro Al-ISlami Bogor adalah jurnal penelitian dalam disiplin ilmu ekonomi islam dan masalah ekonomi syariah yang diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi baru atau state-of-the-art untuk pengembangan akademik atau aplikasi dunia nyata atau keduanya. Abstract

Humans in applying human thinking, including in economic matters. Muslim intellectual figures used two main sources, namely the Koran and Hadith, to solve several economic problems that began to emerge after the death of the Prophet. Apart from being famous as the father of Islamic ethics, Ibn Miskawaih also contributed his thoughts to economics. Apart from Ibn Miskawaih's thoughts in education, there are also his thoughts in economics. One of his thoughts in economics is about the concept of money exchange and the role of money. The approach to writing used is to use the qualitative method of library research (Library Research). The results of the study show that humans are social creatures who need each other the most to fulfill their needs for goods and services. Therefore, humans will exchange goods and services with appropriate compensation (reward, al-mukafat al-mukafat almunasihab). When exchanging money, it will act as a tool of assessment and balancing (al-muqawwim al-musawwi baynahuma) in the exchange, so that justice can be created

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the factors that determine muzakki's confidence in paying ZISat Zakat management institutions after the reporting of the Aksi Cepat Tunjung (ACT) case in the massmedia. The type of research carried out uses quantitative research with survey research methods. Thesample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, involving 100 respondents as the total samplefrom Jabodetabek Muslims who were aware of the ACT Case News and had paid their ZIS to the zakatmanagement institution. The analytical method used is factor analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version25. The findings from this research indicate that the factors that determine muzakki's confidence inpaying ZIS at the Zakat management institution after the reporting of the ACT Case in the Mass Mediaare, Factors that shape muzakki behavior consisting of muzakki culture, Muzakki Mass Media, MuzakkiReligiosity, Muzakki Social Environment and Muzakki Self-Awareness. Furthermore, Muzakki's trustfactor consists of Zakat Institution Transparency, Zakat Institution Image and ZIS Knowledge. Thedominant factors come from the factors that shape muzakki behavior

Abstract

problematic financing (bad credit) for customers due to the death of customers and customers whose businesses go bankrupt, resulting in losses for the Sharia Pawnshop, Margonda Depok Branch, as the guarantor of the financing.This research aims to determine the implementation of the contract, determine the implementation of the kafalah contract at the Margonda Depok Branch Sharia Pawnshop and to determine the role of the kafalah contract in transaction guarantees, identify the risks that arise in the kafalah contract and the extent of its contribution in mitigating risks for customers and pawnshops.The type of research used in this thesis is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The analytical tool used is the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this research show that 1) The implementation of the kafalah contract in Pegadaian Syariah products, Margonda Depok Branch is running in accordance with fatwa No.11/DSN-MUI/VI/2000 concerning kafalah and its application is in micro financing products. 2) The role of the kafalah contract in guaranteeing transactions on sharia pawnshop products is to provide guarantees for payment of customer debts in the event of default or inability to pay debts and help prevent both parties involved from losses and injustice, mitigating risks in products that use the kafalah contract from the pawnshop. customers to Pegadaian Syariah Margonda Branch, namely: (a) regular monitoring, (b) backing up data digitally, (c) early identification of customer data, (d) socialization, (e) making binding agreements

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine waqf asset management strategies in reducing unemployment in West Java. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach and the determination of waqf management strategies using SWOT analysis techniques. The sample in this study was determined through puposive sampling. The data collection process is carried out through interview techniques and questionnaire distribution. The results of this study indicate that the management of waqf assets in West Java is still mostly used for worship purposes, namely waqf mosques and musolah.  Meanwhile, the management of waqf assets by BWI West Java does not exist to overcome unemployment so that the appropriate strategy in managing these waqf assets is the strategy of developing waqf land by establishing a Job Training and Competency Center, developing waqf land by establishing a labor channeling institution, developing waqf land by establishing a job vacancy information institution, developing mosque waqf by setting up kiosks to increase trade businesses, developing agricultural waqf by empowering the surrounding community to increase agricultural businesses and developing waqf land by empowering livestock businesses

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Aceh Province waqf asset empowerment model for MSMEs as a solution to overcome the problems and needs of MSMEs. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is the Analytical Network Process (ANP) where data is collected through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The technique used in sampling was purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 MSMEs in Aceh Province. The results of this research show that the needs of MSMEs in Aceh Province are improving product quality at affordable prices, strategic business locations and business capital. The waqf asset empowerment model that can be a solution to the needs of MSMEs is the MSMEs Financing model which is a waqf asset empowerment model for MSMEs, where waqf assets are produced by utilizing funding through crowdfunding. Then, after the waqf assets produce benefits, MSMEs can receive benefits from the productive waqf assets in the form of capital loans with a qard-hasan agreement and facilitation of shops with cheap rental prices for MSMEs. Based on the needs of MSMEs, the waqf model is appropriate to help meet the needs of MSMEs

Abstract

Pemasaran syariah dapat diartikan bahwa perusahaan yang berbasis syariah diharapkan dapat bekerja dan bersikap profesional dalam dunia bisnis. Pemasaran syariah berperan dalam pemahaman akan pentingnya nilai-nilai etika dan moralitas pada pemasaran.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis strategi pemasaran syariah pada CV.Amal Mulia Sejahtera. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif  dengan Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan strategi pemasaran syariah untuk produknya sendiri yaitu memiliki kualitas yang baik dan halal yang sudah memiliki lisensi, harga yang ditawarkan pun sesuai dengan kualitas produknya, untuk tempat dan distribusi nya dilakukan dengan cepat dan tepat, promosi yang dilakukan pun yaitu dengan menginformasikan sesuai fakta dengan menerapkan sikap kejujuran dan mengedepankan syariat Islam. Abstract

The concept of the time value of money, as recognized by conventional economics, posits that money available at the present time is worth more than the same amount in the future due to its potential earning capacity. This idea underlies the existence of interest rates and the fluctuating values of goods and services. The purpose of this study is to examine the perspectives of Al-Nabhani and Zallum on money and Islamic economics in relation to the time value of money. This research employs a qualitative method with a content analysis approach to the texts of Nizhâm Al-Iqtishâdy written by Taqiyuddin Al-Nabhani and Al-Amwâl authored by Abd Al-Qadim Zallum. The findings reveal distinctive viewpoints from these scholars: in Islam, money is defined as gold and silver with specific weights, and such currencies maintain stable values. Money is used as a standard measure for goods and services, serves as a medium of exchange, and the concept of the time value of money is rejected in Islamic law because it involves riba (interest), which is prohibited. Furthermore, hoarding money (kanz al-mâl) is forbidden, as is accumulating money to earn interest. Gold and silver can be lent (qardh) provided the transaction is immediate and in person. The time value of money concept does not exist in Islam because Islamic finance is based on gold and silver, which are stable, and this approach can offer solutions to global financial issues such as inflation. Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology have had a major impact on various kinds of human life, including the economy and business. Digital transformation has conquered the production, distribution, marketing and consumption of goods and services. The type of research carried out is Systematic Literature Review. The research aims to examine the role of digital marketing strategies in increasing sales. There were 732 research findings found through the Google Scholar database, 170 findings were found to be in accordance with the concept of the specified criteria and from a total of 170 research findings, 14 research journals were found that were in accordance with the research concept, of these 14 journals there were 4 research findings that were excluded because they were summaries. from a thesis/thesis/dissertation obtained from the university's web repository and there is 1 journal that has the same title. So the total journals that are relevant to the keywords are 9 journals. The results of research questions 1 and 2 show that almost all journals use the same digital marketing strategy to increase sales. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Strategy, Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

Productive waqf is the main choice when people are in a slump of acute poverty. With productive waqf, it means that the existing waqf gets the main priority aimed at more productive efforts. Productive waqf is a medium to create economic justice and welfare, reduce poverty, develop social security systems, provide health care facilities, and develop education. This phenomenon makes the discussion of waqf productive, especially if it is associated with improving the economic welfare of the community which is very important to do. In this study, a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach is used. Meanwhile, the study method used is a method in the form of an analytical explanatory descriptive study. With this approach, the researcher tries to understand the model of productive waqf empowerment in Indonesia, in empowering the economic welfare of the community. The models that will be studied from the empowerment of productive waqf in Indonesia are: the model of productive waqf empowerment in the management of investing Waqf Assets, Waqf investment has great potential to be developed in Indonesia. Because with this waqf model, the mobilization reach will be much more evenly distributed to community members compared to the traditional-conventional waqf model, namely in the form of physical property that is usually carried out by relatively capable families.   Keywords: Waqaf,; Welfare; Community; Economic Transformation;

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic attributes, destination image and accessibility on tourist satisfaction at the lego-lego centre point of Indonesia Makassar. The data used is sourced from a questionnaire in the form of a google form link (primary data). The sampling method uses the purposive sampling method , which is a sample determination technique based on certain criteria or considerations. The results of the study show that Islamic attributes, destination image and accessibility have a positive and partially significant effect on tourist satisfaction at the lego-lego centre point of Indonesia Makassar. As long as the high Islamic attributes, destination image and accessibility will increase tourist satisfaction at the lego-lego centre point of Indonesia Makassar. This study uses a quantitative method, the population of this study is lego-lego center point of Indonesia Makassar tourists. The instruments used were questionnaires and data analysis techniques using multiple regression. The results of the coefficient test of Islamic attributes, destination image and accessibility regression showed an influence on tourist satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results of the t-test that islamic attributes, destination image and accessibility showed that they had a positive and partially significant effect on tourist satisfaction at the lego-lego centre point of Indonesia Makassar.
