Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the extent of incentives and motivation on work performance. The sample used in this study were 40 employee respondents at PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy The method used is to spread the questionnaire form to the respondents and the data is processed using a computer application. This research was conducted at PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy. Incentive and Motivation Variables on Work Achievement obtained the results of validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, inferential statistics, determination, t test, f test, the results of this study showed that partially the incentive variable (X1) had a significant effect on the achievement variable (Y) work at PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy with t Count > t Table 4.789 > 3.209 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.003 and Partially the Motivation variable (X2) has a significant effect on the Work Achievement Variable (Y) in PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy with a t value Count > t Table 3,990 > 2,286 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.028 Simultaneously, Incentive Variables (X1) and Motivational Variables (X2) have a significant effect on Work Achievement Variables (Y) in PT. Cisarua Mountain Dairy with a value of f Count > f Table= 21.787 > 3.24 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee productivity at PT. Sari Asri Tani. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study are employees of PT. Sari Asri Tani. The analysis used is a quantitative technique using a saturated sampling technique with a total population of 30 respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The results of the research instrument test used multiple regression analysis tests, t tests, and f tests. The results of the analysis show that the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee productivity with multiple regression analysis test results of Y = 6.427 + 0.509 X1 + 0.331 X2. The work environment t test results obtained tcount > ttable 4.315 > 1.703 meaning that Ho1 is rejected, and Ha1 is accepted, work discipline t test results are 8.427 > 1.703 meaning Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, and the f test results are 12.859 > 3.34 meaning Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. Based on the results of these data it can be concluded that the work environment and work discipline affect the productivity of employees at PT. Sari Asri Tani.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability and company size on the capital structure of coal subsector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is a quantitative method using secondary data. The population in this study are coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021. The samples used were 8 companies using purposive sampling method. The objects in this study are companies in the coal sector (PT. Adaro Energy Tbk, PT. Bayana Resources Tbk, PT. Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk, PT. Golden Energy Mines Tbk, PT. Baramulti Suksessana Tbk, PT. Dian Swastika Sentosa Tbk. , PT Harum Energy Tbk, and PT Petrosea Tbk) which are listed on the IDX. In this study several variables were used including the dependent variable and the independent variable, which included the independent variables namely liquidity, profitability and firm size while the dependent variable included capital structure. Data analysis used panel data linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination and the t test (partial) and the f test (simultaneous). The results of the partial test or t test each of the variables of liquidity and profitability have a significant effect on capital structure, and company size has no significant effect on capital structure. While the f (simultaneous) test shows that liquidity, profitability and firm size have a significant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotions and transfers on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of Dharmasraya Regency. The method used in this thesis research is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The data collected in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale instrument with a sample of 68 civil servants, where the sampling method used was saturated sampling, which means the number of samples is the same as the total population. The data was processed using SPSS 16.00, with the results showing that the variables of promotion and mutation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Dharmasraya Regency. By knowing the relationship between these variables, promotion and transfer policies can be used to improve the performance of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Dharmasraya Regency.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the relationship between the role of corporate culture and Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The research method used is a survey method and correlation techniques by distributing questionnaires with two types of instruments, namely corporate culture and GCG instruments. Respondents are permanent employees of CV. Exim Traders Jombang totaling 100 people and 87 people were selected who were determined from the formula in Suherman's book and were selected by homogeneous sampling technique in simple random sampling. Data analysis uses simple linear regression and simple correlational techniques. The results show that there is a strong correlation between corporate culture and Good Corporate Governance (GCG), meaning that the stronger the application of corporate culture, the higher the implementation of GCG.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Pariaman City Education, Youth and Sports Office. This study uses quantitative methods. The population is the employees of the Pariaman City Education, Youth and Sports Office, as many as 40 respondents and a sample of 40 respondents, the sampling technique is the Saturated Sampling Technique where all the population is sampled. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS 26 application. The results showed that Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Education, Youth and Sports Office, and the work environment had a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at the Education Office, Pariaman City Youth and Sports.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variables of Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Bengkulu Mukomuko Branch. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to 31 respondents using saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled, using data processing techniques validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression testing and test t with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Bengkulu, Mukumuko branch, and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Bengkulu Mukomuko Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the form of legal protection for Indonesian investors in the practice of Repurchase Agreement (Repo) if there is a failure in filing for securities from PT KPEI's point of view. The Repo system with collateral in the form of securities opens up new opportunities for investors to invest safely and profitably. However, this can lead to new problems such as legal exemption for events that fail to deliver securities. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data analysis methods based on literature review originating from previous research. According to various sources studied, if there is a failure in the submission of shares, the Repo system has provided legal protection through procedures to deal with failure events that are adjusted to the rights and obligations of investors in the form of written compensation. Besides that, obtaining information regarding Tri-party Repo can also provide investors with more legal protection. PT KPEI also provides another alternative to finalize the agreement in the form of a securities lending and borrowing facility to create a fair, orderly and efficient capital market.

Abstract

It is hoped that this research can identify and examine appropriate procedures in business correspondence that can be used to determine client complaints in the Tiktokshop application. The Tiktokshop application is now one of the most widely used e-commerce platforms between buyers and sellers in today's digital era. However, the problem of customer complaints is also growing as a result of the rapid growth of platform users and transactions. This study uses a subjective examination strategy by leading meetings from top to bottom with various Tiktokshop clients and dissecting information using substance investigation techniques. The results of the examination show that an effective business communication strategy for dealing with customer complaints on the Tiktokshop application consists of several important steps. First, it is important to have a well-trained and responsive customer support team. This team must respond quickly to customer complaints and provide the right solutions. Second, effective communication through the Tiktokshop platform itself is also important. The use of private messages or comments under posts can be used to interact directly with customers and provide real-time problem solutions. When dealing with customer complaints on the Tiktokshop application, an effective business communication strategy includes quick responses, effective cross-platform communication, an empathetic approach, and a long-term relationship building system. This study contributes to understanding the importance of effective business communication in handling customer complaints in the fast-growing e-commerce era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze corporate communication ethics in product marketing strategies on social media. This study examines the literature on the principles of business ethics and marketing communications. The method used is descriptive research, collecting information from primary and secondary sources. The analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach to identify the ethical aspects of product marketing in social networks. The aftereffects of this study demonstrate that there are several moral perspectives that need consideration in web-based entertainment business correspondence, such as genuineness, receptiveness, decency and social obligation. This study assists with understanding the decision and utilization of business correspondence morals in item advertising techniques via virtual entertainment. These discoveries can be the reason for building more moral business correspondence rehearses in the computerized period
