Abstract

The role of musyrif (dormitory mentors) is crucial in fostering worship awareness among students at Al-Qur'an Wahdah Islamiyah School in Cibinong, Bogor. This study is motivated by the need for deep spiritual guidance for the younger generation to instill worship values in their daily lives. The primary objective of this research is to explore the contributions of musyrif in cultivating students' worship awareness. This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and document analysis for data collection. The findings indicate that musyrif serve as inspiring educators, role models in worship practices, and motivators for students. Additionally, the conducive environment created by musyrif significantly enhances students' understanding and practice of worship. The study concludes that the role of musyrif has a substantial impact on increasing students' worship awareness, encouraging them to perform worship with sincerity and a sense of responsibility

Abstract

Modern education in the era of globalization demands a balance between science and moral values. The integration of Islamic values in modern education is an important aspect in shaping the character of students who have noble morals and are professional in their fields. This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic values in the education system at SMK Kesehatan 'Aisyiyah Bima and its impact on students. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the integration of Islamic values is carried out through the curriculum, school culture, and teacher role models. The curriculum at SMK Kesehatan 'Aisyiyah Bima combines Islamic material in health learning, such as ethics in medical services and honesty values in health practices. In addition, school culture such as congregational prayer, reading the Qur'an, and the habituation of discipline and responsibility also strengthen Islamic values in students' daily lives. The implication of this integration is the creation of a religious and professional educational environment, as well as graduates who not only have skills in the health sector but also have a strong Islamic character. Therefore, the integration of Islamic values in modern education at Health Vocational Schools is an effective strategy in creating a competent and moral generation

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the community's point of view on the role of Sufism in the modern era in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is the theory of Sufism, while the material object is the reality of modern society. The results and discussion in this study indicate that the community's perspective on the role of the outer and inner Sufism framework is understood as a solution in overcoming the problems of the modern era. This study concludes that Sufism plays a role in overcoming various problems of the modern era from the perspective of the people in the country. This study recommends Islamic religious institutions and organizations to develop the role of Sufism widely and as a solution in overcoming the problems of society in the modern era in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of the school principal in enhancing discipline among educators. The background indicates that educators' discipline is influenced by the role of the principal. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, employing observation and interview techniques. The results obtained show that the role of the principal is crucial. Overall, this research emphasizes that the principal plays a key role in fostering discipline among educators. Through effective leadership and appropriate approaches, the principal can create an environment that supports discipline, which in turn will have a positive impact on the quality of education in the school

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method to explore and deeply understand the experiences and perceptions that arise from the PKBM head's strategy in improving the quality of learning at PKBM Al-Madinah. . This qualitative approach also draws on Sugiyono's framework, which emphasizes naturalistic data collection and thematic analysis to understand.,This approach was chosen because of its ability to naturally describe the state of the object of study, namely the dynamics of the learning process and the role of the PKBM head, with a focus on the meaning created from the experiences of the actors in the field. This method is grounded in the phenomenological theory developed by Edmund Husserl, which emphasizes the importance of uncovering the essence of subjective experience through direct description without prejudice, combined with Martin Heidegger's interpretive approach to understand the existential context of the strategies implemented. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, then processed using phenomenological reduction techniques to identify key themes reflecting the quality of learning at PKBM Al-Madinah. This qualitative approach also draws on Sugiyono's framework, which emphasizes naturalistic data collection and thematic analysis to understand.

Abstract

This article explores the challenges faced by Madrasah Ibtida'iyah in Indonesia in building a school culture within the era of digitalization. As Islamic primary education institutions, Madrasah Ibtida'iyah play a crucial role in shaping students' moral and intellectual development, yet they encounter significant hurdles due to rapid technological advancements. Through a comprehensive literature review, the study identifies key challenges, including the integration of digital tools, teacher preparedness, resource limitations, and the preservation of Islamic values amidst digital distractions. Findings reveal that while digitalization offers opportunities for innovative learning, it also poses risks to traditional school culture, necessitating adaptive strategies. The discussion emphasizes the need for teacher training, curriculum adjustment, and community involvement to foster a balanced school culture. The study concludes with recommendations for policymakers and educators to navigate these challenges effectively, ensuring Madrasah Ibtida'iyah remain relevant in the digital age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyoroti pendekatan normatif-doktrinal dalam kajian Islam serta dampaknya terhadap perkembangan hukum dan dinamika sosial. Pendekatan ini berpijak pada prinsip-prinsip normatif dan ajaran dasar syariat yang menjadi acuan dalam pembentukan hukum Islam. Di Indonesia, pendekatan ini memegang peranan penting dalam menjembatani antara hukum Islam dan sistem hukum nasional. Upaya mengintegrasikan hukum pidana dan perdata Islam dipandang sebagai solusi atas berbagai tantangan implementasi yang kompleks. Pemahaman mendalam terhadap konsep maslahah dan maqasid al-shariah memberikan sudut pandang baru mengenai keluwesan hukum Islam dalam merespons perubahan zaman. Selain bersandar pada teks-teks keagamaan, pendekatan ini juga mempertimbangkan dinamika sosial yang berkembang di masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan ini, penelitian tidak hanya bersifat teoritis, tetapi juga menampilkan penerapan hukum Islam yang relevan dan kontekstual. Diharapkan, analisis ini dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan hukum Islam yang lebih responsif, adaptif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat modern

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan yang semakin banyak tantangan untuk mewujudkan visi, misi serta tujuan tidak lepas dari manajemen berbasis madrasah. Upaya untuk melaksanakan program pendidikan yang bermutu perlu diperhatikan bagaimana implementasi manajemen nya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas terkait tentang implementasi manajemen berbasis madrasah dalam melakukan proses pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan fokus pada manajemen untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan dalam bidang pendidikan di madrasah, data yang diperoleh secara ilmiah dengan beberapa proses antara lain pengumpulan data, wawancara pihak madrasah, observasi lapangan. Hasil yang peneliti dapat pada MA Nurul Huda telah melaksanakan manajemen berbasis madrasah dalam beberapa komponen yang telah tercapai namun belum berjalan secara maksimal disebabkan kendala dari beberapa faktor, meliputi sumber daya manusia (SDM), kelengkapan sarana prasarana, pelaksanaan kurikulum, serta kesiswaan. Dapat penulis simpulkan bahwa pengembangan suatu lembaga membutuhkan strategi serta perencanaan yang matang, dengan kewenagan penuh madrasah ini masih dalam tahap mengelola dan mengembangkan diri yang mengacu pada standar nasional pendidikan

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of fitrah according to Ibn Khaldun and compares it with three theories of human development in educational psychology: Nativism, Empiricism, and Convergence. In Ibn Khaldun's view, humans are created with basic potentials that allow them to develop through education and social interaction. This potential, or fitrah, includes the ability to think, learn and build civilizations.Nativism emphasizes that human development is entirely determined by innate factors, while Empiricism holds the view that humans are born without any special potential and develop entirely from experience. Convergence combines both approaches.Through a qualitative approach and a literature study of Ibn Khaldun's Muqaddimah and educational psychology sources, this article shows that Ibn Khaldun's views are most in line with Convergence theory. He recognizes the existence of basic human potential (fitrah) as well as the importance of education and environment in actualizing this potential.With this analysis, this paper provides a cross-cultural understanding of human nature and opens a space for dialogue between classical Islamic thought and modern psychology

Abstract

The development of socio-emotional competence is a crucial aspect in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) often integrated with character education. This article examines the implementation of the "PISA Merah" (Pilah Sampah Menjadi Rupiah/Sorting Waste into Rupiah) innovation at TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Jajag as a medium to foster socio-emotional abilities in early childhood. This program not only focuses on environmental management and entrepreneurship education but significantly cultivates empathy, care for others, and a spirit of collaboration in children. Through concrete activities of sorting waste and converting it into scholarship funds for less fortunate friends, "PISA Merah" creates a holistic learning experience, shaping environmentally and socially conscious character from an early age. This research aims to describe the design, implementation, and observed results of the "PISA Merah" program, highlighting its unique contribution to socio-emotional development
