Abstract

Guru memegang peranan penting dalam menciptakan generasi emas yang berdaya saing dan mampu mengatasi berbagai permasalahan di era digital yang berkembang pesat. Untuk memaksimalkan proses pembelajaran saat kecerdasan buatan (AI) diperkenalkan di dalam kelas, guru harus memiliki keterampilan digital yang dibutuhkan. Dengan menyoroti kesiapan pendidik dalam menghadapi transformasi digital, taktik integrasi AI dalam pendidikan, serta peluang dan permasalahan yang terjadi, penelitian ini berupaya menggarisbawahi pentingnya profil tenaga pengajar dalam menciptakan generasi emas berbasis AI. Dengan mengumpulkan beberapa sumber dari buku, jurnal, dan karya ilmiah terkait, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tenaga pengajar harus memiliki literasi digital yang tinggi, cukup fleksibel dalam beradaptasi dengan teknologi baru, dan mendapatkan pelatihan secara berkala. Selain itu, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap teknologi dan kesiapan instruktur dalam mengadopsinya, pengintegrasian AI ke dalam pendidikan dapat meningkatkan capaian pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa untuk menghasilkan generasi emas yang hebat dan kreatif, tenaga kependidikan harus semakin kompeten di era AI. Oleh karena itu, untuk membantu pendidik menghadapi kemajuan teknologi pendidikan berbasis AI, diperlukan kebijakan dan program pelatihan yang komprehensif. metode yang di yang di gunakan adalah studi pustaka, yang mencakup pengumpulan dan pemeriksaan berbagai sumber pustaka yang relevan, termasuk buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan artikel penelitian yang membahas karakteristik pendidik, penerapan kecerdasan buatan dalam pendidikan, serta peluang dan kesulitan yang dihadapi. Pendekatan ini digunakan karena memungkinkan pemeriksaan yang lebih menyeluruh terhadap kontribusi pendidik dalam menciptakan generasi emas berbasis AI dari sudut pandang Islam

Abstract

This research analyzes the effectiveness of HR training and development in educational institutions through a literature study. Data were collected from the literature and analyzed qualitatively with content analysis, including definitions, objectives, types, processes, and program effectiveness. Training and development aims to improve the skills, competencies and productivity of educators and education personnel in order to achieve educational goals efficiently. Training methods include on the job training and off the job training. The effectiveness of the program is measured through evaluation before, during and after implementation, with indicators of increased knowledge, behavioural changes and improved institutional performance. Success is reflected in improved teacher performance, student achievement and achievement of national education standards. The study concludes that effective training has a significant impact on institutions and service users, emphasizing the importance of continuous evaluation to ensure program relevance and impact

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of management and organizational direction in improving the quality of Islamic education at SMP Buana Waru. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, this research explores how the school leadership and management structure direct the vision and policies of the school to meet the challenges of modern Islamic education. Observational results reveal that strategic planning, the involvement of all organizational components, and leadership rooted in Islamic values are key factors in shaping a high-quality educational environment. The study recommends enhancing managerial capacity and internal organizational synergy as strategic steps toward continuous quality improvement in Islamic education

Abstract

This study analyzes the tactics of improving teacher qualifications at SDIT Al Fathimiyah in the face of limited teacher manpower.A qualitative case study approach was used using data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, personal observation in the field, and analysis of a large number of supporting documents.The results of the study reveal that the tactics applied by the school include regular internal training, external collaboration using other educational forums, and integration of art elements, especially music, in the learning process to increase motivation & teaching effectiveness. The primary challenges encountered were limited operational rules, high workload of teachers juggling multiple roles, and limited access to certified training. Nonetheless, the school continued to innovate to form creative solutions. This research provides simple and theoretical insights that can be used as a basis for policy formulation to improve the quality of education in schools using limited resources

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of character education strengthening through a classroom-based approach at SDN Karawang Kulon I. Employing a qualitative method, data were obtained through observation and semi-structured interviews with fifth-grade teachers who implement character education directly in their classrooms. The findings reveal that active learning strategies such as diagnostic assessments, group learning, and kinesthetic approaches have been successfully integrated into daily teaching practices. Teachers emphasized the creation of a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment as essential for encouraging student participation and supporting character formation

Abstract

Character education itself can be implemented through acculturation, habituation, role models, and processes in the community, family, and school environment. Through a holistic approach, it is hoped that character education will be able to create students who care about others, are responsible, and form a young generation with integrity, so that they can make a positive contribution to the country or nation. The purpose of this writing is to provide analytical results related to character education in the perspective of the Qur'an: Thematic Study of Q.S Al Luqman verses 13-17 as the basis for the curriculum. The writing method used in writing this journal is to use a qualitative type. The results obtained from character education in Islam are based on the Qur'an. Character education is a step taken in instilling several good traits so that children become civilized individuals, have Qur'anic characters, and stay away from bad deeds. The conclusion drawn is that character education in the perspective of the Qur'an in Q.S Al Luqman verses 13-17 as the basis of the curriculum has several contents of the Qur'an including awareness of responsibility, justice and wisdom, teachings of goodness, respect for parents, obedience to Allah, and implementation related to monotheism education, worship, and da'wah

Abstract

The charismatic leadership of kiai plays a strategic role in shaping the character and spirituality of santri in Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to analyze the influence of kiai's charismatic leadership on the spiritual intelligence of santri at Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah 5 Cukir Jombang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Research subjects include kiai, ustadz, and senior and junior santri. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the charismatic leadership of kiai at Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah 5 Cukir Jombang is reflected through spiritual exemplary, wisdom in decision making, inspirational communication skills, and high dedication to Islamic education. This leadership has positive implications for improving santri's spiritual intelligence which includes self-awareness, spiritual reflection ability, empathy, and commitment to religious values. The conclusion of this study shows that the charismatic leadership of kiai plays a significant role in developing santri's spiritual intelligence through the process of internalizing spiritual values in daily life

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik akuntabilitas dalam pembiayaan pendidikan di Pesantren Persis 67 Benda, Tasikmalaya melalui sinergi antara evaluasi, pengawasan, dan pertanggungjawaban. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembiayaan pesantren bersumber dari dana internal (SPP, uang pangkal, unit usaha) dan eksternal (donatur, alumni), yang dikelola dengan prinsip musyawarah dan partisipatif. Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang mengedepankan efektivitas serta nilai keberkahan. Pengawasan diterapkan secara berlapis dengan dasar etika Islami, melibatkan unsur-unsur manajerial internal. Adapun pertanggungjawaban keuangan saat ini masih berfokus pada lingkup internal dan belum sepenuhnya dikembangkan dalam bentuk mekanisme pelaporan terbuka yang rutin, meskipun telah dijalankan dengan semangat amanah dan transparansi dalam lingkungan lembaga. Sinergi ketiga aspek ini membentuk sistem akuntabilitas keuangan yang tidak hanya bersifat administratif, tetapi juga sarat dengan nilai-nilai spiritual khas pesantren. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa tata kelola keuangan berbasis nilai dapat memperkuat keberlanjutan pendidikan Islam yang profesional, kredibel, dan berintegritas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan Model Problem-Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam pembelajaran fiqih di kelas VII MTsS Darul Kiram. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif penelitian ini fokus bagaimana cara penerapan metode Problem Based Learning. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data mengenai pengalaman dan persepsi siswa terhadap model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada pemahaman siswa setelah diterapkannya model PBL. Model ini terbukti mampu mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa, meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta membantu siswa mengaitkan nilai-nilai fiqih dengan konteks kehidupan nyata. Oleh karena itu, penerapan model PBL direkomendasikan sebagai strategi pembelajaran efektif dalam pendidikan agama Islam

Abstract

The role of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers is very strategic in improving students' understanding of tajwid. At SMP Ihdal Ulum Al Aziziah, Samalanga Sub-district, Bireuen District, the Reading Guide method is employed to guide students in reading the Quran correctly according to tajwid rules. This study adopts a qualitative case study approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the Reading Guide method effectively enhances students' focus and active participation, particularly in the pronunciation of Arabic letters according to their proper articulation points (makhrajul huruf). This method facilitates students in imitating the teacher's recitation (musyafahah bil ada’), which plays a crucial role in developing fluency in reciting the Quran. Continuous practice and individual reinforcement are also necessary to avoid stiffness in pronunciation. Teacher professionalism, learning environment support, and facility availability also determine the success of this method. However, obstacles were also found, such as the lack of readiness of students who were slow to understand or lacked confidence, as well as the need for teachers to prepare interesting teaching materials. With the right approach, this method can be an effective strategy in tajwid learning
