Abstract

In the era of Industry 4.0 transitioning to Society 5.0, higher education institutions are required to transform through Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curricula that support Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). This article aims to analyze the importance of multi stakeholder collaboration in revitalizing the OBE curriculum in the Islamic Education Management Study Program to produce excellent human resources. The study employs a literature review approach using Mendelow's Stakeholder Matrix, categorizing stakeholders into four quadrants: Latents, Promoters, Apathetics, and Defenders. The findings reveal that active stakeholder engagement, especially transitioning their roles towards the Promoters quadrant, is crucial for curriculum revitalization success. The Head of the Study Program plays a pivotal role in managing communication strategies to ensure sustainable collaboration. In conclusion, effective multi stakeholder collaboration enhances the quality of higher education in Islamic Education Management Study Programs and supports the achievement of Indonesia’s Golden Vision 2045

Abstract

Bullying is an aggressive act that is repeatedly carried out by an individual or group against other more vulnerable individuals, which includes physical, verbal, and relational forms. This phenomenon not only has an impact on the mental health and social development of victims but also creates an educational environment that is unsafe and not conducive to learning. This study uses a library research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data analyzed included books, articles, journals, and reports related to bullying. Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Theory is used to understand how the different layers of the environment of microsystems, mesosystems, ecosystems, macrosystems, and chronosystems influence bullying behavior. The results of the analysis show that bullying behavior is not only influenced by internal factors of individuals but also by family environment, school culture, peer pressure, and the influence of media and social policies. This study found that a multidimensional approach to prevention and intervention is essential for dealing with bullying. Strategies that involve families, schools, and communities are needed to create an environment that supports the positive development of children. By understanding the relationship between these ecological layers, this study offers more holistic policy recommendations to reduce the incidence of bullying in educational settings. This research is expected to contribute to efforts to prevent bullying and create a more inclusive and safe educational environment

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implications of the application of Max Weber's authority thinking in the decision-making process at Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah Gobah V Surau. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore the application of Max Weber's authority thinking in decision making at the Tarbiyah Islamiyah Gobah V Surau Islamic Boarding School. The main focus of this research is to understand how Weber's three types of authority, namely traditional, charismatic, and rational-legal authority, play a role in the decision-making process involving pesantren leaders, teachers, and santri. The results of this study indicate that the application of Weberian authority in Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah Gobah V Surau shows that the combination of traditional, charismatic, and rational-legal authority creates a strong and adaptive educational environment. Traditional authority safeguards spiritual and moral values, while the charismatic authority of leaders such as kyai builds loyalty among santri. On the other hand, the application of rational-legal authority increases efficiency and transparency in education management. Although there are challenges in maintaining traditional values in the midst of modernization, the combination of these three forms of authority provides a solid foundation for pesantren to adapt to the times, without losing its distinctive identity and character. Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah Gobah V Surau has the potential to become a relevant and responsive educational institution, while being faithful to its existing cultural and spiritual heritage

Abstract

The evaluation and supervision system has a big impact on the implementation of learning, meaning that the learning strategy and its implementation are very dependent on the evaluation system in place and the supervision carried out. Therefore, this research will present the meaning of clinical supervision, goals of clinical supervision, characteristics of clinical supervision, and principles of clinical supervision. The method used is the literature study method through collecting books, previous research and articles. The results show that the application of clinical supervision in learning is very helpful in improving the quality of learning by providing direct guidance to educators or practitioners in the field. Clinical supervision focuses on monitoring, assessing and coaching to identify strengths and areas for improvement, with the aim of supporting professional development. Through this approach, educators can obtain constructive feedback, reflection on their practice, and more targeted support in overcoming challenges in the field. Overall, the application of clinical supervision can improve skills, knowledge and quality of teaching, as well as create a more effective learning environment for students

Abstract

Islamic religious education learning is not only taught about how a Muslim's obligation to worship, but in learning Islamic religious education is taught by educators how to have good morals. The purpose of this study was to determine the morals of fifth grade students at SDN Babakanmadang 02 Bogor, to determine the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning on the formation of student morals at SDN Babakanmadang 02. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey techniques. The results of this study are the morals of fifth grade students at SDN Babakanmadang 02 Bogor in the good category with a mean (average) value of 68.97 or in the interval 68 - 84 which means that the morals of fifth grade students at SDN Babakanmadang 02 Bogor are in the good category. Learning of Islamic Religious Education in class V SDN Babakanmadang 02 Bogor is in the good category with a mean (average) value of 68.85 or in the interval 68 - 84 which means that the learning of Islamic religious education in class V SDN Babakanmadang 02 Bogor is in the good category. Based on the results of the significance test (f test), the results of the Fcount value 8.554> Ftable 4.08 with Sig. 0.000 < 0,005. If Fcount> Ftable sig value < a (0.05) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Therefore, the results are significant, and the hypothesis proposed by the researcher is accepted. Thus, there is a significant influence between Islamic Religious Education Learning on Student Morals.

Abstract

Leadership in the management of Islamic educational institutions plays a very important role in creating an educational system that is effective, high quality and oriented towards Islamic values. This article aims to examine the concept of leadership in the context of Islamic educational institutions, including relevant leadership models, the challenges faced, and their impact on educational management. Using a qualitative approach and literature study, this research found that leadership based on Islamic principles such as trust, justice, and deliberation can strengthen the governance of educational institutions, improve the quality of learning, and create a conducive environment for the development of student character. However, challenges such as limited human resources, funds and social change are the main obstacles that require adaptive and visionary leadership. This research concludes that good leadership in the management of Islamic educational institutions can produce quality education that is relevant to the needs of the times

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality of education using various quality management tools, such as the Shewhart Control Chart, Fishbone Diagram, Flow Chart, and SWOT Analysis and their relationship to education. This approach provides a systematic framework for evaluating and improving the quality of education at various levels. The method used in this research is a literature study method by observing various kinds of documents from both books and journals.  The literature study in this research focuses on researching literature related to shewhar control charts, fishbone diagrams, flow charts, and SWOT diagrams and their relationship to education. Data collection is carried out by collecting library data, reading, recording and managing research results objectively, systematically, analytically and critically by looking at the year of publication and the most recent research. This was done to observe the importance of implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) in education, including the role of its approach to ensure the process is within the desired control. The results of this research show that an integrated Shewhart control chart, fishbone diagram, flow chart and SWOT diagram approach like this can improve the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of education

Abstract

Pendidikan multikultural merupakan elemen penting dalam masyarakat yang semakin majemuk. Di era globalisasi saat ini, interaksi antara berbagai kelompok budaya, agama, dan etnis semakin intensif. Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah menawarkan prinsip-prinsip yang relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan keberagaman ini. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep pendidikan multikultural berdasarkan ajaran Islam yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan fokus pada tinjauan pustaka dari sumber-sumber primer dalam Islam. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ajaran Islam sangat mendukung persatuan dalam keberagaman melalui nilai-nilai universal seperti keadilan, kesetaraan, dan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan. Penerapan nilai-nilai ini dalam sistem pendidikan dapat membantu membentuk masyarakat yang inklusif dan damai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the management of admission of new students at Darul Ittihad Boarding School Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The research method used is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. Data were obtained from observations and interviews with the subjects of this study, namely the head of the islamic boarding school, the chairman of the new student admission committee, and several new student admission committee members at Darul Ittihad Boarding School Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The results of this study indicate that, the management activities of new student admission include the admission planning process and the implementation of new student admission. The process of implementing new student admission activities at Darul Ittihad Boarding School Kampar Regency, Riau Province includes: a) Formation of the New Student Admission Committee. b) Meeting of the New Student Admission Committee. c) Making and installing admission announcements. d) Registration Process. e) Selection. f) Determination of accepted students. g) Announcement of accepted students. h) Re-registration i) New Student Orientation (Matsaba) and the last process, namely; j) Evalution

Abstract

This research article aims to analyze the urgency of developing leadership competencies in Islamic education and to formulate effective strategies for creating education leaders based on Islamic values. The main focus of this study is the role of leaders in educational institutions, the characteristics of ideal leadership, and the importance of strengthening competencies to face modern challenges. The methodology used in this research is a literature review with a qualitative approach. The study examines primary and secondary sources, including books, journals, and relevant scholarly articles, while analyzing the concept of educational leadership in Islam based on the teachings of the Qur'an, Hadith, and views of Islamic scholars. The results and findings of this research indicate that developing leadership competencies in Islamic education is crucial to address the complexities of modern challenges. Recommended strategies include strengthening spiritual values and Islamic ethics, improving managerial and technological competencies, continuous leadership training, and implementing the principle of syura (consultation) in decision-making. These findings contribute significantly to the development of adaptive, innovative, and Islam-based educational leadership
