Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the implementation of assimilation rights services at home for prisoners during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Class IIA Prison Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency. This research was conducted in Class IIA Prison, Purwokerto, Sokaraja District, Banyumas Regency. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative. Informants were determined by purposive sampling method. The analysis of research results using an interactive analysis model. Based on the results of the study indicate that the size and purpose of the policy, the granting of prisoners' rights in the Class IIA Purwokerto Prison is in accordance with the legislation, the guidance carried out at the Class IIA Purwokerto Prison aims to return prisoners to the community environment by providing life provisions, there are many activities personality and skill development that can be followed by inmates at the Class IIA Purwokerto Prison. Resources, services that are provided immediately, accurately and satisfactorily, such as punctuality, speed and accuracy in the service of prisoners' rights, in the implementation of prisoner development there are facilities and infrastructure to support prisoners' activities. Characteristics of implementing agents/agencies, In the assimilation policy at home during the covid-19 pandemic which was carried out at the Class IIA Purwokerto Prison, the implementing agents involved included correctional guardians, BAPAS, prisoners and third parties. There is well-established communication so that the implementation of the right of assimilation is timely, there is cooperation with partners in the implementation of skills development for prisoners. Attitudes/tendencies of the implementers, the implementation of home assimilation program policies during the covid-19 pandemic, there is no rejection from the Class IIA Purwokerto Penitentiary and prisoners, officers provide coaching with persuasive methods, the absence of recidivists is an indicator of the success of the assimilation program. Communication between organizations and implementing activities, in carrying out assimilation at home during the covid-19 pandemic, prisoners are required to take part in coaching activities carried out in prisons, there is cooperation with related parties to make the home assimilation program successful during the covid-19 pandemic. Economic environment , social, and political, there are internal obstacles so that the service process for the rights of prisoners is hampered. Abstract

This research entitled "Implementation of Minimum Service Standards for Junior High School Education in Banyumas Regency". This research based result the achievement of MSS Junior High School in Banyumas Regency which is still low, especially the availability of facilities and infrastructure and the availability. Therefore, the need for research on the implementation of MSS policy of junior high school education based on the implementation theory of Van Meter and Van Horn. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe how the implementation of policy of minimum service standard of junior high school in Banyumas Regency. This research used qualitative research method. The technique of selecting informant used purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection used interview, observation, and documentation. The result obtained shows that implementation of SPM education has not been implemented maximally according to the theory Implementation of Van Meter and Van Horn policy. This is evidenced by the unavailability of standard and target of MSS policy and the absence of SOP made by Banyumas District Education Office. human resources in terms of competence less support, financial resources usage not maximal, least communications, bad attitude executor, and least support from external environment.

Abstract

In this disruption era, internet of things and digitalization are things that are inseparable from today’s everyday life. It happens in all aspects of our society, including the public administration services. Thus, it coined the term “e-governance” to depict how digitalization has affected the government in enhancing their performance Olehby digitalizing their public services. This is a research to discover how the digitalization of the public service could affect society’s empowerment. The method used in this research was library research where literatures that are relevant to the research topic were collected and analyzed. The research implied that the application of e-governance had an important role in empowering the society as the public services become more accessible than before. However, the human resource, especially those in the rural areas needs to be improved in order to maximize the expected process and outcome from the digitalized public services. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of E-Government in citizenship administrative service of Population and Civil Registry Office of Banyumas Regency. The citizenship administrative service can be accessed by the public through the gratiskabeh.banyumaskab.go.id. website. This study used quantitative research method and cluster sampling technique. The respondents of this study were 100 people. They were the users of this website service. Methods of data collection used questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The result obtained shows that the quality of E-Government in citizenship administrative services through the gratiskabeh.banyumaskab.go.id. website had been optimal in four dimensions, which were efficiency, trust, reliability, and citizen support.

Abstract

Writing this scientific paper aims to raise the discussion about health services in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at RSUD dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of the analysis, several things can be confirmed including: first, from the tangible aspect, it shows the infrastructure at RSUD dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga is good and adequate and supports the service process, even additional facilities are available to handle Covid-19 patients. Second, from the reliability aspect, the provision of providing health services tends to be slightly hampered due to the implementation of health protocol policies as a measure to anticipate the spread of COVID-19 in hospitals. Third, from the responsiveness aspect, the limitation of the number of employees due to the implementation of the health protocol affects the responsiveness of service delivery, so that an online service delivery mechanism is implemented through optimizing the utilization of the hospital website. Fourth, from the assurance aspect, the hospital continues to treat patients well but is adjusted to the adaptation of new habits/health protocols, including guaranteeing the ease of service through facilitation to interact through online services. Fifth, from the empathy aspect, it is shown through the hospital's commitment to provide the best service for both covid and non-covid patients without any difference in treatment.

Abstract

Reforestation is an effective and efficient activity to reduce global warming and reduce carbon emissions. Reforestation efforts are often carried out by several agencies, including the Government, State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), the private sector, and other institutions. This study aims to investigate the successful implementation of the reforestation program at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, using the implementation model proposed by Ripley and Franklin. Findings in the field indicate that the implementation of the reforestation program at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk has been successful and shows optimal results. This success is tested through a study of three dimensions of successful implementation, namely the level of compliance, smooth functioning, performance, and impact of the reforestation program. The success of the implementation can also be seen from the level of employee compliance with the greening SOPs applied, the implementation of silviculture-based reforestation routines, and the achievement of targets and standards for the number of seeds planted. In addition, Semen Baturaja has also succeeded in distributing seeds to communities around the company such as Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), educational institutions, and environmentalists or nature lovers.

Abstract

The quality of public services is the suitability of service delivery between the expectations of service users and the service standards. The Singandaru Health Center is one of the health centers in Serang City that experienced a decline in the community satisfaction index during the pandemic. Thus, this study aims to determine the service quality of Singandaru Health Center in the new normal era. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The results showed that the quality of health services in the new normal has been running effectively. This is due to the commitment of service officers in information transparency, initiative and commitment of leaders and officers in carrying out service announcements, responsiveness of officers who are fast in responding to complaints, good supervision from leaders, understanding and awareness of officers about information and socialization of the service flow so that the public know their obligations as well as service users. However, online services have not run optimally due to the lack of human resources that focus on supporting the implementation of IT in health services.

Abstract

The tourism object favored by local tourists is Jai-Jai Raok Beach with its natural beauty of the countryside and beaches that are so eye-catching for visitors, moreover, the beauty of the beach can be seen from across the Batang Kuantan river and coincides with the location of Pacu Tepian Rajo, Pangean District. However, with the natural beauty, it is felt that the government still lacks attention, even though the government already has a policy on tourism development in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The government's lack of attention to the implementation of the policy, so researchers are interested in seeing the policy, whether it has been implemented or not regarding tourism in Kuantan Singingi Regency, especially the Jai-Jai Raok Beach Tourism Object, Padang Responsibility Village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This can also be seen from several tourist attraction facilities that are inadequate and poorly maintained facilities, one example is the lack of landfills and the unavailability of changing room and toilet facilities. The theory used by the researcher is the theory of Public Policy Implementation, while the informants in this study are tourism object managers, visitors, and government parties using qualitative research types. Based on the results of field research obtained through informant information and also the results of the researcher's analysis it is known that the Implementation of Tourism Object Management Policy in Kuantan Singingi Regency (Case Study of Jai-Jai Raok Beach Tourism Objects) has been going quite well. This can be seen from several aspects, one of which is the increase in the number of visitors in the last few months and it is also apparent that several facilities have started to be built and community activities can also be held at Jai-Jai Raok Beach. Abstract

The performance of Fire Prevention and Rescue Department is deemed slowly by community, this can be seen from the result of the study conducted by Safitri and news on online media. This certainly can affect the institution image of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Department. This study aims at finding out the Influence of Professionalism and Service Quality on Institution Image at Fire Prevention and Rescue Department of South Jakarta at Manggarai Village Area. This study used quantitative approach and is correlational type. The population of this study was 34,871 people at Manggarai Village, South Jakarta using Slovin formula with the sample of 100 people. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling. The data sampling technique used was questionnaire and data analysis technique was multiple regression. The result of the study showed that the Influence of Professionalism and Service Quality on Institution Image at Fire Prevention and Rescue Department of South Jakarta at Manggarai Village Area has been proven positive and significant both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

An important element in improving performance in the organization is the availability of quality human resources, productivity, having a high work ethic, and being able to make optimal contributions. In the Village Government environment, the Village Head and all Village Apparatus as executors of Village Government duties are expected to carry out village government duties properly in order to create the welfare and development of the people in the village. In increasing the capacity of Village Apparatus, the policy of the Naru Village Government to engage in this kind of activity is very important to follow. The dynamics of the Renda Village Government in Woha Sub-district are so dynamic that this is influenced by the dialectic of leadership or village heads who are in the process of reaching an educational point in understanding the management of village governance. The role of village government is a measure that states how far the target is determined in advance.
