Abstract

Public service innovation is a form of public service effort to respond and be more adaptive to the needs of the community. Technology-based public service innovation is applied to create efficiency and effectiveness in public services. The Lebak Regency Government provides innovative online-based licensing services through SIMPONIE which is managed by the Investment Office and One-Stop Integrated Services of Lebak Regency. This study aims to determine the innovation of online-based public services through SIMPONIE in Lebak Regency. The research method used in this study is a causative research method. The results showed that public service innovation through SIMPONIE in Lebak Regency has been running well. This is characterized by the ease of service felt by users, adaptation to the use of SIMPONIE supported by good officer skills and responses, continuous socialization, simple procedures, evaluation from the community for improvement, increased retribution although still fluctuating and the way SIMPONIE works is transparent and can always be monitored. The effectiveness of public service innovation in the field of licensing can be created if there is effective socialization, readiness of service provider apparatus resources, adequate facilities and infrastructure and aspects of supervision through community participation as an evaluation function. Abstract

This research was motivated by the problem of problems in the supervision of waste management so that researchers wanted to see supervision and the factors that influence it. The purpose of this study is to determine the supervision carried out by the Trade and Industry Office of Pekanbaru City in managing the Panam New Simpang Market. The theory used in this study refers to the theory by Manullung. In theory, the discussion of supervision is based on 3 things, namely: 1. Establish standard measuring devices, 2. Improve assessment (Evaluation), 3. Conduct corrective actions (Corekctive action). This research is a Descriptive Qualitative Research and in collecting data Researchers use methods, Observation, Interviews, and Documentation. Data analysis is using Qualitative Descriptive techniques, with stages of data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions with informants. The results of this study show that the supervision carried out by the Trade and Industry Office in the market sector in the management of the new intersection market panam Supervision has been carried out by the Trade and Industry Office, but is still not optimal, a factor that becomes an obstacle in the work for officers in the field of supervision is the lack of awareness of traders in paying tax levies. Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirical evidence of the effect of the whistleblowing system on the relationship between acts of fraud. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Pasuruan Regency education office employees who had worked for more than 2 (two) years. Data analysis was carried out by simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 23 software program and the test results indicated that there was empirical evidence of the application of the whistleblowing system to the intensity of acts. This indicates that employees of the Pasuruan district education office who have high independence tend to pay attention to the existence of a whistleblowing system to prevent acts of fraud. Abstract

Pemerintah harus berurusan dengan berbagai masalah yang rumit, termasuk akumulasi kereta api, memancing liar, kegiatan calo, dan bahkan kurangnya kesadaran dan keinginan masyarakat umum untuk membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan deskripsi yang menyeluruh tentang inovasi layanan E-Samsat, yang merupakan inovasi pelayanan publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian studi literatur. Karena informasi yang relevan dengan topik atau masalah yang sedang dipelajari dikumpulkan oleh peneliti selama proses pengumpulan data, informasi ini dapat diperoleh dalam laporan penelitian, jurnal, karya ilmiah, tesis dan disertasi, peraturan, ensiklopedia, dan sumber tertulis yang baik dicetak dan dalam bentuk data elektronik. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi Layanan e-Samsat memiliki banyak aspek. Dimana Relative Advantage (keuntungan relatif) yaitu kemudahan masyarakat dalam pengurusan pembayan pajak kendaraan bermotor (PKB). Compatibility (kesesuaian) dimana inovasi layanan e-samsat bagi masyarakat sudah sesuai dengan kondisi perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Complexity (kerumitan) dimana inovasi layanan e-samsat dirasa tidak rumit dalam proses pelaksanannya. Kemudian Triability (kemungkinan dicoba) masyarakat yang merespon positif dengan adanya layanan e-samsat. Selanjutnya dari Observability (kemudahan diamati) dengan prosedur pelayanan yang cukup simple secara elektronik. Keywords; inovasi, pelayanan, e-Samsat

Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is a crucial part of the government. The implementation of the Merit System must be backed by excellent governance because it is one of the reform tools the government uses to achieve a high level of government performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the merit system and sound governance impact the caliber of output. The population of this study consisted of every PNS employed by the Banyumas district government. At 350 ASN, the sample is proportionally determined. Path analysis is a method used in data analysis. The findings indicated that the merit system and sound governance had an impact on the caliber of resources and personnel.

Abstract

The village government is a milestone in achieving governance that is closest to the community. This has the potential to increase public trust in government. However, this is a challenge for village officials to regulate the running of government at the village level, so that the managerial skills of village officials are very important for every village official to have. The purpose of this research is to describe the managerial performance of village administration in Banyumas Regency. The method used is a survey approach with data collection, namely questionnaires, observation and documentation. The sample technique used is multi-stage sampling with 81 respondents selected based on geographical location. Each item in the questionnaire has been tested to be valid and reliable based on the r count value which is greater than the r table. The results show that the managerial apparatus of the village in managing government in Banyumas Regency is in a good category. This is shown by the existence of good planning, organizing, actuating, and controling of village government. Keywords; Managerial Performance, Governance, Village Government.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Community Empowerment Training (BST KLM and SKK 60 Mil) on Motor Sailboat Sailors at Paotere Port in Makassar City, knowing the safety of sailing on people's voyages for motor sailboat sailors in Paotere, and to determine the effect of community empowerment training (BST KLM and SKK 60 Mil) on sailing safety on people's voyages for motor sailboat sailors in Paotere. The research method used is descriptive statistical research with a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the Paotere Fishing Port (PP), for 3 months, from April to June 2022. The results found that community empowerment training (BST KLM and SKK 60 Mil) conducted at Paotere port, such as: how to survive at sea, how to use rescue equipment, how to put out a fire, signal an emergency and so on is good it is evident from the respondents' answers, about the value of the training variable of 3,375 or (92%) including in the good category with a range of scores (900 - 3,600). The value of 3,375 is included in the good assessment interval and is close to very good. Respondents' assessment of the sailing safety variable was good, as evidenced by the 12 statement items given. The value of the sailing safety variable in Paotere of 4,500 is included in the good category with a score range of (1,200 - 4,800). The value of 4,500 is included in the good assessment interval and is close to very good, The effect of training (X) on sailing safety (Y) at Paotere port is strong with Pearson correlation value of 0.680. This means that the correlation value is in the interval 0.60 - 0.799. Or the regression test results can be seen that the t value is 9,193 with a significance value of 0.000

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to: 1) To find out the strategy of community empowerment in development activities in Lanta Village, Lambu District, Bima Regency; 2) To find out the stages of community empowerment in development activities in Lanta Village, Lambu District, Bima Regency; 3) To find out the follow-up of community empowerment in development activities in Lanta Village, Lambu District, Bima Regency. In discussing this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques used, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Determination of key informants using purposive sampling technique with the number of key informants as many as 5 (five) people. The results showed that community empowerment strategies in development activities in Lanta Village, Lambu District, activities to strengthen the knowledge that the community has in community empowerment and plan development activities that are physical and non-physical in Lanta Village, this can be seen from the level of enthusiasm, mutual cooperation and togetherness of the community in the implementation of development; Stages of community empowerment in development activities in Lanta Village, Lambu District, Bima Regency are very good, this can be seen from the level of togetherness, cooperation and activeness as well as very good community participation because the Village Government is always informed before carrying out activities, and; Follow-up of community empowerment in development activities in Lanta Village. Abstract

This research is motivated by the not optimal management of ecotourism or eucalyptus nature tourism by the village government in Kawasen Village, Banjarsari District, Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of eucalyptus ecotourism by the government of Kawasen Village, Banjarsari District, Ciamis Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive descriptive research method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Informants in this study amounted to 6 informants. The results showed that the Management of Kayu Putih Ecotourism by the Kawasen Village Government had not been carried out optimally, seen from the aspects of ecotourism management, namely tourist attraction, accessibility, tourist facilities and tourism institutions. This problem is caused by the village government's lack of effort in adding local culture to the Eucalyptus tourist attraction section, the lack of easy access to tourist sites such as the absence of social media promotions to support accessibility and access to tourist sites is still quite difficult, other problems related Incomplete tourist facilities, this is because the government has not attempted to build supporting facilities such as disabled-friendly facilities and places of worship due to limited budgets or funds. And also eucalyptus tourism managers who are still incompetent in terms of service, namely visitor administration because there has been no regular training from the village government or related agencies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the quality of bus transportation services at the Bulupitu Purwokerto terminal. The research method used is purposive qualitative research by determining the informants and purposive sampling technique. The selected informants consisted of office administration coordinators, public service sections, and community users of the Bulupitu Purwokerto terminal services. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using the Interactive Analysis Model. The findings of this paper are that the quality of bus transportation services at the Bulupitu Purwokerto terminal can be assessed from several dimensions including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Tangibles, the availability of facilities and infrastructure such as service post rooms, counters, passenger waiting rooms, etc. and supporting facilities for the disabled are sufficient so that people who use terminal services are considered to feel that their needs are met when using services at the Bulupitu Purwokerto terminal. The reliability and punctuality of public officials when carrying out their duties according to their field is good so that the service runs optimally. Responsiveness, officers at the terminal have carried out their duties quickly and responsively according to the needs and complaints of each terminal service user. Assurance, not many people who use terminal services know that the Bulupitu Purwokerto terminal has a security services division. Empathy, the attitude of the officers at the terminal is not completely friendly, there are still some officers who seem indifferent and don't care about passengers.
