Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the role and implementation of multicultural education in shaping students' character to live harmoniously in the midst of diversity. The method used is a literature review with both theoretical and practical approaches to the multicultural education models applied in various countries. The results of the study indicate that multicultural education has a significant impact in reducing prejudice, increasing empathy, and developing the social skills necessary in a pluralistic society. A curriculum that integrates multicultural values, teacher training that is sensitive to diversity, and the use of participatory teaching methods have proven to be effective in creating an inclusive learning environment. Based on the findings, the recommendations proposed include the need for enhanced teacher training on cultural diversity, the development of a more adaptive curriculum to multicultural values, and the provision of more adequate resources to support the implementation of multicultural education in schools.

Abstract

This research aims to improve students' understanding and practice of wudhu and prayer at SD Palasari 3 Bandung through an interactive educational approach. Considering the importance of wudhu and prayer as a means of fostering religious character, this activity employs various creative methods such as videos, live demonstrations, clapping, songs, and educational games. The study was conducted using action research methods, involving third and sixth-grade students as subjects. The results show that the interactive methods effectively enhanced students' understanding and skills in performing wudhu and prayer, as well as instilling discipline, focus, and responsibility. Moreover, the students demonstrated a high level of engagement in learning, particularly through the enjoyable approach. This research confirms that varied and engaging religious education can significantly contribute to the formation of students' religious character.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of parents in shaping children's character in the digital era. With the advancement of technology, children are more often exposed to digital devices that can affect their character development. The purpose of this study is to identify parental communication patterns and how this impacts the formation of children's character. Based on literature analysis, it was found that there are four main communication patterns applied by parents, namely consensual, pluralistic, protective, and laissez-faire patterns. Each pattern has a different influence on the development of children's characters. The conclusion of this study shows that open and educational communication from parents can help children use technology wisely and support the formation of positive character.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry is a strategic sector that plays a crucial role in the economy and fulfilling societal needs. One of the fastest-growing products is yogurt, particularly due to the rising awareness of a healthy lifestyle. In Indonesia, as a country with a Muslim-majority population, halal compliance is a fundamental factor in yogurt production and marketing. This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic business management principles in the sharia-based yogurt industry, with a case study on Dapur Kefir Bandung. This research employs a qualitative case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and direct observations to explore how Islamic principles are integrated into production, human resource management, finance, and marketing. The findings reveal that Dapur Kefir Bandung has successfully implemented Islamic business principles, including halal raw materials, financial transparency, and fairness in employee and consumer relations. The company is also actively engaged in social responsibility programs, such as donations and consumer education on the importance of halal food. However, the main challenges in developing this industry include consumer awareness, market competition, and the complex halal certification process. With a consistent Islamic management strategy, the sharia-based yogurt industry has significant growth potential in the Indonesian market.

Abstract

The phenomenon of online loans has become a significant issue in Indonesia, especially for Generation Z who are adaptive to digital technology. This study aims to review the literature related to the impact of these two phenomena on the economic welfare of Generation Z, by reviewing aspects of compliance with Islamic economic principles and consumer protection. This type of research is a qualitative literature study using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on the PRISMA framework. This method is used to analyze trends, gaps, and research opportunities in this field. The results show the importance of financial literacy, sharia-based regulations, and consumer protection mechanisms in reducing the negative impacts and maximizing the benefits of digital financial technology.

Abstract

that plays a role as the main fortress in maintaining the authenticity of the words and behavior of the Prophet Muhammad ?. This article aims to comprehensively examine the role of hadith science as a verification methodology for matan and sanad, while analyzing its contribution in forming Islamic law and building a Muslim civilization based on authentic sources. This study uses a qualitative approach with a content analysis method for scientific literature. The results of the study show that hadith science not only functions as a tool for text criticism (?????? ????????), but also as a unique system for guarding the transmission of knowledge (?????? ????????) in the history of human civilization.

Abstract

Regional regulations prohibiting Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) behavior have become the focus of legal and humanitarian debates in various regions. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of regional regulations using a natural law approach. Basically, this approach refers to legal principles that are considered to originate from nature or the universe. This study uses a qualitative research method by conducting a literature review (library study), analyzing relevant legal sources and natural law philosophy, and tracing previous data and studies that examine the implementation of regulations on the prohibition of LGBT behavior. This study examines the legal aspects of the regional regulations and involves an analysis of the natural law perspective. There are ethical and human rights questions in assessing the validity of prohibitions on certain sexual identities and orientations. The natural law approach is the basis for evaluating whether the regulations are in accordance with natural principles and human values. This study considers the views of natural law experts, legal philosophy, and also religious views that underlie natural law. In this context, it is also possible to compare the natural law perspective with the dominant religious principles in the region.

Abstract

Dispute resolution is an important aspect of the legal system that can affect social and economic stability. In Indonesia, sharia arbitration has emerged as an alternative dispute resolution that is in accordance with the principles of Islamic law. This journal aims to analyze the mechanism of sharia arbitration in resolving disputes and explore the advantages and challenges faced in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive research type. The methodology used includes literature studies and analysis of relevant cases. The results of the study indicate that sharia arbitration not only offers a fair and fast solution, but also pays attention to moral and ethical aspects in dispute resolution. However, there are several challenges, such as the lack of public understanding of sharia arbitration and integration with the national legal system. This study is expected to provide insight for legal practitioners and related parties to better understand and utilize sharia arbitration as a solution in dispute resolution.

Abstract

In fact, the regulation regarding the prohibition of TikTok Shop from operating in Indonesia as stated in the Regulation of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 is more binding on the owners or managers of the application. However, TikTok traders, in this case, people who do business using TikTok media, certainly feel very disadvantaged regarding the regulation that prohibits them from continuing the business they have pioneered so far. Of course, this is an issue of injustice in society caused by the issuance of statutory regulatory products. So through research in this journal, the author attempts to analyze the Prohibition of TikTok Shop from the Perspective of Justice Reviewed from Sociological Jurisprudence. This study uses a normative legal research method with a conceptual and statutory approach. The discussion that has been carried out on the study that discusses the prohibition of TikTok Shop from the perspective of justice reviewed using the sociological jurisprudence understanding. Where we understand that justice is not necessarily seen from one side only, because justice cannot satisfy and provide benefits to one party. While this decision has harmed many parties, we cannot close our eyes to the fact that this policy has also saved many other parties.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and personality from the perspective of Islamic psychology. Using a systematic literature review approach, it examines how Islamic religiosity and spirituality influence the manifestation and management of BPD among Muslims in Indonesia. The findings suggest that intrinsic religiosity—rooted in deep spiritual reflection—can serve as a protective factor against core BPD symptoms such as emotional instability and chronic emptiness. Furthermore, Indonesia’s Islamic culture, with its emphasis on communal values like cooperation and deliberation, offers a supportive environment for recovery. However, challenges persist in the form of low mental health literacy and religious stigma. The study concludes that integrating Islamic spiritual values with evidence-based psychological interventions offers a culturally sensitive and effective approach for addressing BPD in the Indonesian context.
