Abstract

Banks in their development will always face very competitive situations. It is important for banks to be able to achieve competitive advantage, one thing banks can do is to develop service quality. Banks must do several things that can bind customers' hearts to remain loyal to the bank, so the services provided by the bank must be right on target, so that customer satisfaction becomes an important part of maintaining customer loyalty to the bank. This research aims to measure the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction with the BSI Easy Wadiah Savings product, at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Magelang Muntilan, Central Java. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, using SPSS software analysis tools. There are two variables used in this research, namely the independent variable Service Quality (X) and the dependent variable Customer Satisfaction (Y). The results obtained from this research are that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction. If service quality increases, customer satisfaction will also be higher. This is proven by the results of the t test analysis which shows the calculated t is 19.213 with a significance level of 0.01.

Abstract

Factors that influence bank profitability can come from various performances. One of the profitability ratios used is Return On Assets (ROA), which is a profitability ratio that shows the percentage of profits to determine the company's efficiency in managing assets to generate profits. Other factors that influence profitability include Third Party Funds and Non-Performing Finance. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of DPK and NPF on profit sharing financing at Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in 2016-2020. This type of research is quantitative, using data collection techniques with purpose sampling. This research also uses panel data analysis techniques, namely a combination of time series and cross section data. The panel data regression model is a combination of data from a number of objects within a certain time period. The total population is 14 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia, with a sample size of 10 Islamic commercial banks in accordance with the characteristics of this research. This research uses a panel data regression analysis method which is processed using eviews 10. The results of this research are that DPK has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability. NPF has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability. Profit sharing financing has a positive and significant effect on profitability. DPK has a positive and significant effect on profit sharing financing. NPF has a negative and significant effect on profit sharing financing. Profit sharing financing does not mediate TPF and NPF on profitability.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the literacy used by syariah banking in increasing the acceleration of financial inclusion at BSI KCP Probolinggo. This research explores the impact of the role of syariah banking literacy on accelerating financial inclusion, in the context of inclusive and sustainable syariah banking. This topic was chosen to fill the gap in understanding the contribution of syariah banking literacy to the development of financial inclusion, which is a crucial aspect in building a sustainable syariah financial institutional environment. The qualitative approach used in this research is a case study type. The selection of objects at BSI KCP Probolinggo was based on considerations because the bank is one of the syariah financial institutions that plays an important role in the development of syariah finance in the Probolinggo area. The techniques used to collect research data consist of in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Where the research data consists of primary data obtained from several research informants, namely the director of BSI KCP Probolinggo, three employees of BSI KCP Probolinggo, five customers of BSI KCP Probolinggo. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from national and international journals that were relevant to research. The data analysis techniques used consist of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that syariah banking literacy in increasing financial inclusion is carried out by providing financial education, holding promotions and marketing, and conducting outreach through various media. Syariah banking literacy has a significant impact on increasing financial inclusion.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors that cause financing problems and strategies for handling them at the BMT Sharia Savings and Loans and Financing Cooperative (KSPPS) in Jepara. A descriptive qualitative approach is used to describe the problematic financing phenomenon experienced by Islamic financial institutions. Primary data was obtained through interviews and direct observation, while secondary data was collected from financial reports and periodicals. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions according to Miles and Huberman's theory. The research results show that financing problems at KSPPS BMT Sharing are caused by internal factors, such as weak financing analysis, lack of supervision, and suboptimal coordination of the financing committee. External factors include the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, economic inflation, and the character of members who are irresponsible in paying installments. The handling strategies implemented include preventive measures (financing analysis, monitoring and evaluation), revitalization (rescheduling, restructuring and reconditioning), as well as curative measures (collateral execution, liquidation and collection through third parties). The effectiveness of this strategy is proven by reducing the number of non-performing financing by 19% from 2022 to 2023

Abstract

ABSTRACT Service capability plays an important role for the sustainability of a company in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The main priority of a company engaged in banking services is customer satisfaction. In winning the increasingly competitive competition, the Bank strives to provide the best service (service excellent). This study aims to determine the importance of retaining customers and reaching potential customers. In addition, to find out how to maintain and improve the quality and loyalty of its customers. The research uses a library research method in which data is collected based on academic data bases, digital libraries, and repositories of educational institutions. Some references are obtained from books, scientific journals, articles and research reports relevant to customer service quality research in improving customer quality and loyalty. The result is that customer service quality has a crucial role in shaping customer perceptions of financial institutions. Quality of service is very concerned about satisfaction and loyalty to maintain a positive brand image or image in the eyes of the community. The effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty can show that customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Increasing service quality has an impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty is also increasing. Conversely, if the quality of Customer Service service decreases, it will have an impact on worsening customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Al Amin Kediri is a life insurance company that manages the risks of each participant who joins it. The company's superior product, At Ta'min Fadhillah, provides benefits for insurance participants so that it has many enthusiasts. The At Ta'min Fadhillah product provides coverage when the participant is destined to die and provides additional benefits, namely badal hajj/umrah. Participants who join this insurance product must go through an underwriting process. Underwriting is the process of selecting prospective participants before they are declared accepted or not as insurance participants. This research uses a qualitative approach with data sources obtained from primary and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis process is carried out by data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the research explain that the implementation of risk management in the At Ta'min Fadhillah product is by providing an age limit when participants join, giving extra premiums to participants who have high risks and exceed the predetermined provisions, and revoke the policies of participants who are late in paying premiums to prevent fraud by unscrupulous individuals. The implementation of risk management in the product underwriting process of At Ta'min Fadhillah PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Al Amin is carried out by identifying participants by looking at age, risk analysis of participants, risk evaluation, risk treatment and risk monitoring.

Abstract

Pengaruh bauran pemasaran untuk meningkatkan minat menabung pada bank syariah. Pada saat ini perbankan syariah mengalami perkembangan dan kemajuan yang pesat namun dalam memperoleh nasabah perbankan syariah masih kalah dengan perbankan konvensional, mengingat hal utama masyarakat indonesia yang beragama muslim lebih dominan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner secara langsung dan melakukan wawancara kepada masyarakat yang berada di Surakarta, penyebaran dilakukan di lima kecamatan berikut : Pasar Kliwon, Jebres, Laweyan, Banjar sari, dan Serengan. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner adalah 100 responden, dalam penelitian ini digunakan perangkat lunak SPSS untuk mengolah data dan menganalisis data menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil uji T terdapat faktor yang mempengaruhi minat menabung yaitu faktor produk, harga, promosi, dan juga bukti fisik, sedangkan tempat, proses, orang, tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung. Uji F menghasilkan hasil bahwa produk, harga, promosi, tempat, proses, orang, dan bukti fisik secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan theory of planned behavior (TPB) terhadap investasi emas di bank syariah. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pemahaman yang memengaruhi nasabah dalam minat untuk keputusan investasi emas di bank syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol, serta pengetahuan investasi dan risiko investasi terhadap investasi emas melalui bank syariah di Solo Raya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, pada penelitian ini analisis yang digunakan meliputi : uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis yang pengolahan datanya dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS 26. Sampel yang digunakan di dalam penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian bahwa sikap investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, dengan nilai signifikan 0,004 < 0,05, kontrol perilaku berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai 0,031 < 0,05, norma subjektif berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai 0,045 < 0,05, dan pengetahuan investasi berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai 0,000 < 0,05 terhadap keputusan investasi. Sedangkan variable risiko investasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi dengan nilai 0,857 < 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of the Debt To Equity Ratio, the condition of Return On Equity and the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Equity at Bank BTPN Syariah for the period 2018-2023. This study uses a quantitative approach and secondary data based on time series data. Data were obtained from monthly financial reports published by Bank BTPN Syariah for 2018-2023 with a population of 72. The results of this study indicate that the condition of the Debt to Equity Ratio of Bank BTPN Syariah based on statistical analysis is in a less condition. Meanwhile, the condition of the Return On Equity of Bank BTPN Syariah based on statistical analysis is in the less category. The results of the correlation analysis between Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Equity are -0,035, which means that it has a moderate and opposite or negative relationship. The t-value is -0,294 with a significance value of 0.000, which means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of the Debt to Equity Ratio determination coefficient have an effect of 15,5% on Return On Equity. While the remaining 84,5%  is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to understand consumer behavior in choosing murabahah financing at BMT Beringharjo Nganjuk Branch, focusing on the role of consumer knowledge as the main factor influencing decision-making. This study uses a quantitative method with a simple linear regression analysis technique. Data were collected through questionnaires for 66 respondents who are BMT customers. The results of the study indicate that consumer knowledge has a significant influence on murabahah financing decision-making, with a correlation coefficient of 0.796 (strong relationship) and an R² value of 63.4%. This indicates that 63.4% of the variability in consumer decisions can be explained by their level of knowledge, while 36.6% is influenced by other factors. Education through family and friends is the main source of information (60.6%), while electronic media and brochures are less effective. In conclusion, increasing consumer knowledge, especially through product education, can encourage more informed decisions and strengthen trust in sharia financing. This study is relevant in formulating marketing and education strategies to improve consumer understanding and BMT competitiveness in the sharia financial sector.
